I sent a request for a quote for service through google for water line repair to three companies. Henco was the first to respond and is actually the only one who called. They sent Chris Greenwood to assess what was needed. He was professional and friendly and explained everything that was needed to repair a broken main water line. He completely put me at ease and offered to contact another company to set up restoration and pumping out of the crawl space.After that was done Henco sent Jesse Duran and Nick Whiting to replace the water line. Both of these guys were exceptionally friendly and advised me of what they were doing and checked with me every step of the way in case I had any questions. What I thought would be an all day job was completed in less than 4 hours. They cleaned everything before leaving and made sure I was satisfied.I highly recommend Henco and will call them in the future for any plumbing needs!

From Estimator Nolan to Installer Reade they did a great job.Previously Jose came out to fix a leak on the main line to get us back with water service on a Saturday and stayed until 9:30 PM to make sure we had water until Henco could replace our water main.

I had a water heater that had stopped working. I was referred to Henco Plumbing for an inspection. Brian Roberts was able to come out and diagnose the problem and explained it in a way that made sense. We ended up replace the old water heater with a new one on the same visit. Brian was professional, courteous and friendly. He installed the water heater and removed the old on along with cleaning up after the job. I would recommend anyone to consider Henco and Brian for plumbing work that you may need done.

We had a sudden clogged drain Friday morning from our clothes washer that also affected our kitchen sink, dishwasher & garage sink. Henco tried to get a technician on Friday; but was booked out for the day.They did say they could have a service technician out Sunday or if they got a cancelation with an earlier time they would call me. A follow up call confirming Sunday appointment was received from office. Also, an advance call from plumber Michael about one hour prior to arrival. He was polite, professional and did a thorough evaluation of the clog location & how best to fix. He quickly removed the clog and did an evaluation to advise on possible improvement to reduce future issues. Appreciate Henco & Michael’s communication skills & their respectful professionalism. I would not hesitate to contact for future needs.

Greg is the best (THANK YOU SO MUCH Greg). He is knowledgeable and honest, and gave us two options after his initial inspection. We went with hydrojet and he could have left earlier but he was not satisfied with the flow so he did the hydrojet again just to be thorough. Im so happy to have working kitchen sinks and dishwasher again.I will be calling Henco for future needs and also refer them to anyone in Portland metro who needs plumbing services.

Getting 4-stars vs 5-stars only due to a few minor hiccups that were easily addressed. The work done by Henco and specifically the two plumbers Anthony and Jesse was top notch. Anthony and Jesse were extremely personable and very thorough. They answered any and all questions honestly. They were clearly experienced in what they did and gave clear updates on progress as well as when they would be arriving in the mornings. Further, they were thorough in the post work clean-up. Respectful employees and would be happy to call on those two specifically for any future work if it were needed. Henco should be lucky to have employees like these two. Lastly, our estimator Nolan was easy to work with and helped with any issues. Overall, the entire house re-pipe job took a little longer than expected but turned out great!

We were very pleased with Michael’s service. He explained everything to us clearly. We had a bit of a tricky situation that gave him some trouble (114 year old house and some very old galvanized drains). But he managed to get our clogged kitchen cleared and set us up for some much needed drain replacement. He was here on a Monday, and the following Monday Danny was here to replace our old drains with new. Both gentleman tended to business and didn’t leave a mess. Danny did a great job replacing all the old galvanized pipe which was a bit of a messy job. Our drain is far more straightforward and accessible compared to what they were when Michael snaked the old one. Thanks Danny! Both gentlemen were prompt, personable, courteous and efficient (and they were very tolerant of our bouncy 6 month old puppy who thought they should be playing not plumbing)!

Henco plumbing gave same day service and kept us in formed of arrival time. Mark arrived on time and neatly dressed and groomed. Shoe covers applied and an assessment was made. He performed the least invasive measure first which turned out to be all that was needed. He left the house without a trace of him being there. He was very courteous and represented Henco and Sunset plumbing very well. And yes, I most certainly would recommend and use them again.

We contacted Henco Plumbing Services because we needed to have a shutoff valve and an adapter with quick connect installed at our gas mater for our gas generator. Travis was the technician they sent to perform the work, and we couldn’t be happier with him. Travis called us with his ETA, which was very much appreciated. He was on time and very professional. He answered all our questions in a clear manner, and addressed all our concerns thoughtfully. It was very evident that Travis was very capable, and the shutoff valve works flawlessly with our gas generator. We highly recommend Henco Plumbing Services.

Wyatt Meurs came today to replace the leaking water heater at my home. He and his colleague were courteous and efficient. It was a cold wet morning and they worked tirelessly to disconnect the 26 year old water heater and then installed a brand new Bradford White. Wyatt patiently answered all my questions and even offered to inspect the craw space to make sure there is no serious flooding due to the leaking heater. I am totally satisfied with his performance and would give him and his colleague my highest recommendation. Congratulations Henco for having these wonderful young men on your team.

We have used Henco twice for natural gas and grey water drain issues. Both times they have fixed the issue and with their plumbing inspection they have discovered drain joints from the original plumber that were not glued at all. Years of water dripping into the crawl space have finally been fixed. We will diffidently used them again. They are very fast to respond, communicate well and are very courteous folks. We had Joshua do the work and home inspection, he is very polite and respectful of our home. He made sure when he left there was no mess left behind.

Gabe from Henco was dispatched via Sunset Heating & Cooling to cap the gas line in our kitchen in preparation for conversion to an induction range. I called Sunset at 10 a.m. and the work was completed by 11 a.m. the same day! So refreshing to work with a contractor that is prompt and communicative. Will keep both Henco and Sunset top of mind for future needs.

I want to thank Josh Keith, one of Hencos plumbing specialists, for the great work he did today to get our water leak fixed. I called around to four other plumbing firms today to get a plumber out to fix a very bad leak. No one responded to our distress call except Henco Plumbing. Josh arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem in a very professional and efficient manner. Josh also alerted us to other existing problems (water under the house, mold, worn-out CPVC pipes, vermin rodents living under our house) which we need to address. Our home is over 27 years old, and I cant see myself living anywhere else. I also know that repairs need to be made to make it possible for me to live in our home the rest of my life. I appreciate Josh for going the extra mile in his detailed inspections of our water system, water heater, and under our home, and for identifying areas needing updating. At age 74, Im not able to go under our house to do an inspection these days, so I am very thankful for Josh for fixing the broken pipe and for doing a detailed inspection so we can now implement a plan to correct issues needing to be fixed. Very new to septic tanks and just moved into a house that has one. As we were getting settled we found out we had a clog already in our pipes in both directions of the clean out. Henco was referred to us from the septic company and they were able to get us scheduled the next day. Greg from Henco came out and got our pipes freed up and was able to answer all questions I had about maintaining our system. He was very fast and extremely friendly. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Very professional, knowledgable, fast and friendly! Mark took the time to communicate clearly everything that he was doing and why. He double checked to make sure everything was working properly and was careful to protect the floor and cabinets from getting damaged and dirty. He also checked to see if there were any other concerns or issues with anything else. (Thankfully nothing else is giving us issues.) There is also a 30 day guarantee on the work that was done today, so that puts our minds at ease. Very happy with this service and we will always make sure we call if we need help again! I appreciate the hard work Alan did. He was very pleasant and I had full confidence in his knowledge. I know it was a long day for him, but he did not skimp on anything, and made sure I saw all the work items he fixed . Nine new stop fixtures, rebuild toilet tank and installed pressure meter gauge. Expensive for me, but I have been happy with the previous work from Henco. This is the 4th time I have hired them.

We had a small problem with a leaky shower diverter on our tub, found the previous owner did the renovation on the cheap. Henco was able to get someone out to look at our pipes and give us an estimate in a matter of days. We have had the entire house redone in just three days. They removed the old pvc pipes and ran new pex tubing through out, with a new water heater and no freeze taps outside. A second crew came through after the plumbing was installed to fix the drywall. We had to repaint the patches but that was easy.All the work happened in three weeks estimate to finish during the summer which is surprisingly fast. The crews were courteous, friendly, and very quick to clean up any debris.I highly recommend Henco plumbing.

When you have a plumbing emergency the first thing you hope is someone answers the phone. Henco did that and they scheduled a technician next available. Their customer service agent could not have been more kind and helpful. They were so great about communicating with us. They called to confirm, called to let us know our technician was early and sent us his profile and picture which I thought was fabulous. The technician reached out also to say he was 20 minutes out but could he answer any worries or questions prior to his arrival!He arrived and was so transparent and professional. He did a full house inspection free and gave us advice for future issues we may encounter and answered all our questions .Our issue requires remediation and within minutes while he was still here they called and said they were sending someone out. They arrived and as a result we are on our way to get our issue ironed out! So impressed. Highly recommend.

Mark Dominguez from Henco came to my home last week to repair a shower drain and hydro-jet my drainline. Mark arrived on time, was courteous and professional, completed the job conscientiously, and even took the time to inspect a separate shower drain I was concerned about. Mark showed skill in overcoming roadblocks such as rusted screws, a deformed drain plate, and old grout occluding the pipeline! Unfortunately, the silicone caulk Mark initially used didnt hold the drain plate past a few days, but an adhesive-type caulking, also applied by Henco, later did the trick.

Our 14 yr old hot water heater went out. I called these guys after 5:00 pm, hoping we could get some warm water again soon. To my surprise, they called me back that evening and set me up for service the very next morning. A technician showed up at 9:00 and took a look and agreed we needed to get a new one. They were able to get me a replacement with the same size and brand we had before and set it up to be installed that day. So fortunately we were able to get back to having hot water within a day. A few hours later Joe Good showed up with a helper and all the right parts (including new controls and new expansion tank). He and his helper had the new unit in and working within about two hours. Everything went great. Joe when went the extra mile and turned back on our pilot light on our fireplace inside, which was a little tricky. But I really appreciated the extra service. Great guy to work with and great company as well. Couldnt be happier with their service. Kudos to the whole team from Henco for getting us taken care of so promptly. Great customer service all the way around.

Got a calm and very informative call from TJ Broussard to walk me through the change, impact and assurance that the landscape would be put back the very best two plumbers could do it and it was (including the part of the fence that had to come down to move equip). There was an issue with a City valve breaking and that was fixed and additional repairs made with minimal inconvenience to me. TJ and his crew stayed late on a Friday night to make sure water was on and we could flush. VERY happy with his professionalism and courtesy. Will recommend to family and friends.Also shout out to Aaron Kelley for the job follow up and taking the lead on resolving the sprinkler lines that should not have been where the previous homeowner put them. Henco plumbing installer Ron came out to install a gas line from the outside of the house to my kitchen so I could install a gas stove. He was very professional and answered my questions with no problem. The installation required running through my crawl space under the house. He came well prepared for this and the initial visit was to just to take measurements of materials needed. We set up a date for the installation, but unfortunately he didnt have all the materials, so had to reschedule, which wasnt a big deal for me and I understand some things just happen and out of your control. When he shows up at the next scheduled date he had everything needed to complete the job, minus a few hiccups that he had a resource to contact... Im talking things like a battery charger and such. He went right to work and I was really impressed with his attention to detail. He accomplished everything I was hoping and taught me a few things about gas lines. Ron was very approachable and answered any questions I had, while confident in his answer, he made sure to contact someone just to verify, mostly regarding what state regulations are required after installation. I really appreciated his honesty and his demeanor. I would definitely love to hire him again for what ever job I may have in the future. Definitely a great person to work with 10/10, thank you Ron

I recently had Henco plumbing come and fix a valve in my condo shower. First Chris G. came and did the free estimate. He was wonderful. He told me he learned the trade from his father, went to school in business and came back to work in plumbing. He quickly identified the problem after removing the handle of the shower and carefully explained the problem. Then he went out to locate the main shut off for the building, only to discover the handle had rusted off. He took a picture to show me. I asked if he could explain this to my building manager and he gladly agreed. He offered to have this repair done the next day and quickly sent her a bid. Even though she didnt accept his bid, I was able to keep him in the loop. He was extremely professional and I wouldnt hesitate to hire him again. He was super patient with all my questions!When the condo got their plumber out I was able to schedule the repair which I had to cancel several times. Lupe was great in getting some confusion over scheduling so it could be done when the water was shut off.Then there was the plumber, Zach B. He was very sweet, efficient, careful, thorough and got right to work.This was a wonderful experience. The price mightve been a little high, but the quality of staff was superb!

We needed to have a new natural gas line run to install a gas range. The installer did a great job and went the extra mile to complete the installation. When he discovered that the installation kit that had been sent with him lacked some necessary parts, he called around to local suppliers to get the parts asap, saving the need to come back another day to complete the installation. Due to the storm (1/14/24) one of my pipe burst. The team answer my call immediately and did everything to schedule me in same day. Other companies didn’t. Chris Schommer, the service technician was so helpful and patient with me, as I had water damage and was really worried. At one point I felt so bad for the endless questions I’m asking, and Chris responded always with smile and took care all of my concerts. He did the job well and cleaned.Best experience. Easter Eve our water heater pipes were leaking and we had to disconnect hot water. A house full of company and no showers! Travis was able to come out and diagnose our problem quickly. Ricky, the Henco Plumbing Specialist, arrived with a smile at my home over the weekend. He listened intently as I explained a problem with my kitchen sink. He then thoroughly described how he would conduct repairs. He listed all the possible fees that I might incur. I then gave him permission to begin the work. As he worked, he explained his actions each step of the way. In a very short time, he had repaired my sink. He then returned the space to me, organized & cleaned. All the while, he conducted repairs in a very professional manner, with that same smile. He then advised me about things I might do to avoid the same plumbing problem in the future. He was obviously very knowledgeable about plumbing but, at the same, friendly and very relatable. It was a great experience meeting Ricky and learning about Henco. Our technician Austin T. went above and beyond to get our broken pipe fixed and water running again (same day) during this winter storm. We actually had another company come out and gave us a plan/quote right before Henco called to say they had a technician available to come out within the hour! The other company had to leave to answer more calls so we accepted the offer for another plumber to get a second opinion and were so happy that we were able to get Austin ASAP because he saved us so much money and time from what we would have done had he not been available at that moment! They get to the job in a timely manner and they work with you on payment, they talk through the whole process with you and make sure you are ok with the outcome. I had a couple of pipes burst during last weeks little snow storm. And Matt was the technician you came to fix it during the madness. He was amazing, he was honesty and upfront about what needed to be done to get water back up and running. Amazing! It only took a couple of days for them to come in because the pipes were located in the crawlspace that was flooded, plus all the other people that had plumbing issue during the storm. This is one happy customer :)

We contacted Henco Plumbing with an emergency call to assess and quote options for a water main leak. T.J. arrived within 45 minutes of our call. He was personable and competent, explained our options and answered all our questions patiently. He left us with a very favorable impression of Henco.After closer inspection, the leak turned out to be a localized problem we could repair ourselves. Should we have water pipe problems again in the future, based on our experience with T.J. we would not hesitate to call on Henco for a larger repair or replacement job.

Chris arrived on time for a complimentary hot water heater flush. He provided us information on our 50 gallon water tank and its accessories. Since we are an upstairs unit the 50 gallon tank drained quickly. Chris then checked all the faucets and made sure they functioned properly. He then restarted the pilot and left information should any plumbing needs arise. Chris is Friendly, Fast and Efficient. I will request him by name for our plumbing needs.
