The assessment of my issue over the phone prior to the services provided was essential; it saved my family from incurring possible damage to our home.Kenny was professional, educated me as to what the issue was, what he was doing and why, as well as tolerating me hovering over him; he did it all with a smile.Keep in mind, this was an emergency evening call, the day after thanksgiving. God bless Da Vincis Best Plumbing and their EMERGENCY SERVICE! I contacted them at 7:38 p.m. because both our toilets would not flush. I was in a panic and tried everything short of grabbing the 25 foot snake. Kenney showed up within minutes. He went into my crawl space, banged on a few pipes of my 25 year old house and things starting moving! He then went outside with his snake camera and gave my pipes what I considered a colonoscopy. It was cool to watch. My poor old pipes are sagging and need to be raised to the proper grade. He had us flush out they system a few times and got us up and running. I am good now, so after the first of the year, when I can afford it, he will come back and fix the grade of the pipes and Ill be set. I so appreciate him dropping everything to come out for my emergency! They are the absolute best and I highly recommend them to everyone! -Oct 2024I called Da Vincis Best Plumbing because they were a member of the Gresham Chamber, and as soon as I spoke with Ravee on the phone, I booked an appointment because she was awesome. I was trying to install a bidet in my guest bath, and the setup was different than my master suite, and I needed assistance. Plus, I needed a new kitchen faucet installed, replace a broken shower valve, and to figure out why when we flush our master bath toilet, the walls shake every now and then. Kenney showed up, and he was wonderful. We talked about the issue with the guest bath and bidet. Since I am upgrading the house to pass down to my daughter someday, we talked about upgrading to the Toto Toilets he stocks on his truck. We worked out the quotes and scheduled a date. Then he looked at my shower. It was just missing a screw on the knob for the shower valve, and he had one in his truck, and it was fixed in five minutes. And the pounding in my walls when the toilet flushed, the water valve was barely open! Duh on me! He does some amazing shit! I was tickled pink, and two things werent even issues. He then looked at the faucet replacement, we talked about options and scheduled that with the toilet replacements and everything at a reasonable rate! I was so happy and a bonus, Kenney is a hoot.Then came installation day after they had to reschedule once for me (which they were wonderful about). Kenney and Asher showed up and in no time had the toilets put together (despite working around a four year old), the old toilets outs, and the new toilets in with bidets attached. Then Kenney replaced the faucet and a few other items under the sink. I so enjoyed working with Kenney, Ravee, and Asher. They are my kind of people. Honest, down to earth, and hard-working people. And bless his heart, he didnt have a problem with a foul-mouthed granny from down on the farm! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs! They helped our organization the night before thanksgiving when our sewer backed up and flooded the basement where we were scheduled to have a large feed the following day. Da Vincis Best Plumbing came out and had my sink leak free in minutes. It was mildly frustrating that I was not able to do it myself but Kenny was kind enough to explain what I was missing with my own repair attempt while he returned the plumbing under the sink to working order. DaVinci’s Plumbing came to the rescue when my shower head wouldn’t stop running. It was an emergency call.The person who took my call was very polite and helpful. Communication with the plumber (Kenneth) was good. He arrived when he said he would. He and the young man helping him were polite and professional. Kenneth walked me through what he was doing and gave 3 options. He was even able to find my main water turnoff at the house when no one else had been able to find it.He worked swiftly and took care of the problem. Very happy with the service.

I needed to get a plumber out for a client, as they had discovered a gas leak which NW Natural Gas fixed, but found another that required a plumber and NW Natural had to shut off the gas until the repair was located and fixed.After calling 6 different plumbers, who were booked from 2 weeks to 6 weeks, I was referred to Kenny @ Da Vinci’s Best Plumbing and he said he had a plumber that was just finishing another project and had to wait for a hydroblast excavation and could be at the property in about 1/2 hr…I shared a big thank you, as the overnight temps were down to freezing.Zach arrived promptly, but was not able to pin point the leak location, so Kenny brought out the Thermal Imager and quickly located the leak. After having to remove some of the iron gas pipes and elbows, they worked quickly to seal all the threads and securely tighten all the pipe & fittings and final pressure test for 15 minutes with minimal psi drop. They were on their way after about 2 Hours. Great job from Kenny and Zach.NW Natural Gas arrived 6 Hours later, ran their leak test and proceeded to check & relight the pilot lights on all 4 gas appliances and able to heat the property again. Special thanks also to Greg Whistler for the referral.

I mean, what can I say? Da Vincis was phenomenal. We had a pretty bad clog (dont flush wipes), called Da Vincis around 8pm when stuff started coming back up the pipes. Talked to the man, myth, legend himself, Kenney. He came out the same night, spent an hour digging around trying to find the exterior pipe to fix our issue. Reasonably priced, personable, locally ran and frankly kinda cool to talk to; given the fact he was digging around till almost midnight.10/10

Answered the phone at 6:30 AM when we had a sudden and very unexpected leak. They were able to book us within a day. When most plumbers are booked for weeks and will charge astronomical emergency fees, Da Vinci scheduled an appointment for us quickly. They had excellent communication about when they were arriving; the plumber was very helpful, friendly, and patient. They fixed the issue, and we had our water back only a day after we had to shut it off. The price was slightly higher than expected, but it was fair, given the circumstances. Will call them again for future work and/or issues.

The work was finished on a Saturday afternoon, and Kenney came right over to hook the water heater back up, and then made sure that lines were bled out and water pressure restored. We chose this plumber based on reviews and were not sorry. Our technician, Kenney, seems to be a man of integrity. He does not cut corners, offers options based on affordability, answers any questions, is very approachable, did a good job. I asked a lot of questions as the work progressed, wanting to understand what the issues were in having our entire outdoor sewer pipe replaced. It was made more complex by our having a basement, and there being a heavy groundwater flow through our front yard at the depth of the sewer pipe. I recommend this technician as a trustworthy plumber.

With all the heavy rain we had since December, it flooded our basement bathroom, and we had to put in a sump-pump. With this, we had to take out our shower and open our walls for the company who put in our pump. We had numerous plumbers came out to give us quotes on replacing our galvanized with pex tubing and update the shower drain. Da Vinci plumber, Ken, gave us the best quote, and we felt comfortable with his recommendations on what needs to be done. Kenny performed the work, he was really personable, efficient, explained things in a way that I could understand, threw zero shade at my plumbing ignorance, and initiated a referral for other restoration work I needed.
