I called Crouchley with a leak we needed fixed urgently, while they were unavailble to fit us in, they were SO kind, explaining to me what might be the issue and reccommending another plumber near me who was available. Just stand up customer service that is rare these days.

I worked with Crouchley to get my home fully re-piped and I cannot say enough good things about them. Their work (from assessment, quote, through to the actual plumbing and inspection) was incredibly thorough and they made sure to followup on all the questions or requests I had. They were knowledgeable, communicative, personable, extremely fair, and reliable. If you want a high quality job, done by high quality humans you can trust, I recommend Crouchley. They will be my go-to should I ever come across other plumbing needs.

We call Crouchley a while back and asked some advice. They were great and gave my husband the advice he needed to finish the job on his own. Now this seems counter intuitive for making money but when we had a leaky faucet in the shower the first people we called was Crouchley. They got us in within a few days. Roger called ahead to tell me he was on his way. He was friendly, professional, and quickly got the job done. He also took the time to show me how to check my meter for a leak. They have the small town feel and service. We will definitely use them again!

We have relied on Crouchley to help maintain our aging plumbing in our older home for close to 20 years now, and have always found them to be kind, professional, highly competent and fair. Most recently, we needed their help fixing a leaky shower faucet that was getting worse each day. They were booked up for a couple of weeks when I called, as were others when I look around. I asked if we could be put on a cancellation list and, as luck would have it, Roger had a cancellation in the field within a day and he was able to come and fix it a week before our scheduled appointment. These folks are dedicated, friendly, know what theyre doing, and in it for the long haul.

Having had work done by them in the past and had an amazing experience with them. Very reasonable and treated us with respect. We called to have them fix a leak recently. We were desperate to get it fixed the day of and Crouchley weren’t able to make it, so we went with someone else. I was so deeply unsatisfied with the people we went with. We should have just waited and had Crouchley come out! Now we know for next time!

WOW! I have lived in the St. Johns area for 8 years and when I had my first plumbing issue a week ago, I called because I wanted to support local businesses. They told me they were booked solid and so it would be the 21st when they could get to me. that worked for me so i was fine with that. Later that day, I got a call from the company, and the nice lady said their plumber was ahead of schedule, so he could come by today if that worked. it worked! Roger was AWESOME and SO nice and professional. I REALLY appreciate you guys getting to me over a WEEK before you were supposed to! Crouchleys is the BEST!!!

This review is long overdue. Since 2014, Tracey has come to our house several times for various plumbing related concerns that accompanies an older house. He has replaced our water heaters and changed various bathroom fixtures and toilets. All very reasonable and within a timely manner. We appreciate his great and thorough work.

We are very pleased with the work done. We had a leaking kitchen pipe replaced within the crawlspace, a rusted saddle valve replaced, and various caps upgraded. Joel did great work in a short period of time at a reasonable price. Well be coming back again to Crouchley for any future work.

We hired Crouchley to do a whole house repipe. It was a big job and they were very communicative and professional throughout the process. Would highly recommend them.

I got three quotes and Im glad I did. The first was from Micks Plumbing.He said I needed a new line from the water meter to the house for $3000 + an electrician to hook up the grounding. The second was from D & L Plumbing. He said I needed a new line from the water meter to the house for $5000 + an electrician to hook up the grounding. Just to get them to come out I had to pay them $119.Terry Miller from Crouchley asked if he could come in to the house to see the pipe which came in from the street. He said that because it was copper it could be patched. He recommended Innovative Leak Detector who would do a sonic test to locate the leak underground. $325. Then his plumber would come out to dig and patch for an estimated $520. The plumber he sent was a ex-veteran and a good guy. Crouchleys bill was $348.50. Thats $171.50 under the estimate! On top of that, it was my neighbors tree roots that broke my pipe. Putting a new line in would not have removed the tree roots that broke my pipe.

Thankful to Crouchley Plumbing and Roger (technician) for coming out during a cancellation they had as I was ruling out the cause of a water leak. The leak ended up being from our AC unit in the attic, and Roger was kind enough to drain the overflowing drain pan versus us waiting for the AC company as this was not a plumbing issue. We are thankful for his work and thoughtfulness as I am at the end of my pregnancy, and this is the last thing I wanted to deal with.

We had a fantastic experience with Tracey & Joel! We moved to Sherwood and decided to call them down for a 2nd opinion after another big, 24/7 company tried to tell us we had to replace the water service for $3600. They searched more thoroughly for the leak and made repairs quickly, explaining what they were doing along the way.Theyre honest, professional and worked within our budget; offering suggestions to help us monitor future leaks and quoted preventative replacement of the water service at about $800 less than the other guys.
