    Our tech Randall texted ahead of our scheduled time frame and arrived early. He was courteous during the whole visit and interacted with my wife and all the way through the toilet replacement job. At each important step where customer input was needed, he gave us our options. More supply line work will be needed, and we needed a hose bib replaced at the rear of the house, so he quoted that work as well. Easy payment via cc on todayā€™s work. Butt got us out of a jam once in the past, and again saved our bacon this time on 24 hour notice on a Holiday week. We appreciate the good work Randall did, and Butt Plumbing for the quick response.

    #MakeTheBootyCallTodayCaleb and his team are great! We had a pipe get clogged at 10pm the night before Christmas Eve. I made the call right away, and by 8am on Christmas Eve morning they were at my house to fix it. If it was not for the quick response time then our Christmas plans were about to completely change!     John was friendly and quick. With in 5 mins of looking at my hot water heater he was able to identify the issue and that my unit was leaking internally. And most of the Inside where rusted and the wire was shorting out. I did end up needing to replace my entire unit but he was able to get it replaced and the new one up and running same day.

    Great service! John was very patient in explaining the problem and worked hard to clear an obstruction in our drain lines. He got us up and running and performed checks to make sure the issue was solved. In addition to being knowledgeable, he was also friendly. He let us view the camera that located the clog.     Caleb and his guys (shout out to Randall who was on site for the entire job) replaced my entire drain tree and roof vent for my bathroom renovation. Couldnā€™t have picked a more capable and professional crew.. always responsive, on time and really nice guys. Brought everything up to code, replacing all the aging cast iron sewer pipe, new water lines, sink, toilet and shower valves, toilet flanges, and reset both toilets and my vanity. The work was done over the course of two days with the infrastructure first and the rest at a later date.Finding good contractors is a challenge.. Caleb shoots straight and follows through. Definitely satisfied with the cost / work ratio. Highly recommended!

    Randall came out to assess my plumbing issues. He took the time to explain to me what he found. He stated that it was most likely a septic tank issue, and he could still work on the plumbing, but said it was not a guarantee that it would resolve the issues. I ended up calling a septic company that verified it was a septic issue and not the plumbing.Thank you Randall for you honesty, and fast service getting to my home. I know if I am in a bind in the future I will be calling you guys again.

    Definitely another 5 stars for the Booty Call of Butt Plumbing!!!John was awesome! Very professional, kind, nice, friendly & informative. He found my issues right away, gave me his recommendations, was ready to go right to work. Had more wrong than I thought, but by the end of the day, all was repaired.Main issue was leaking hot water heater in the basement, later discovered it was about 30 years old. No wonder, right? But he got the old one out, new one in with no help, yep, he was alone.     Randall came out this morning from Butt Plumbing to investigate a sewer smell we were having in our house. The appointment was for 9am and he arrived at 9:30(pretty much on time for a plumber)and he proceeded to diagnose the drains and lay out a plan to fix our problem. Theyll have to get back to us for an estimate but hopefully we can go forward with repairs. Randall was very polite and informative about what he thought our problem was.

    We called Butt Plumbing because our water line to our house was leaking, they were recommended by White House Utilities. Randall came and did a bang up job, he arrived early and ended up staying late, but got the job done just as quoted and was as friendly and courteous as one could hope for! We will likely have to have the whole line replaced soon, but thanks to Randall it is working OK for now and I think I know who is going to get the replacement work when we are ready. Highly recommend.

    John and Nick came this morning within 24 hours of our call for service on a severed flexible gas line to our outdoor gas lamp. The sized up the situation and offered several alternatives. They made several calls for us, arranged for the Piedmont tech to come and see the situation, even called the septic tank company at fault. We ended up with a great solution at an acceptable price for the work and completed it the same day. Friendly professional service and great communication throughout the entire project. All this after my somewhat desperate text to our lawn guy, a Portland fireman, who then asked one of his fireman friends, who then recommended Butt Plumbing. This was our first experience with Butt Plumbing, but as a new customer, I think weve found a new plumber!

    When we moved into our new home, our water smelled so bad that we couldnā€™t use it! As soon as I scheduled the appointment, Caleb was able to tell me what the problem most likely was and explained the pricing structure so that I knew what to expect.     If I had to pick a company of the year, it would be Butt Plumbing! These guys are simply incredible. I was referred from another friend a few months ago for a problem we couldnā€™t get anyone else to fix and they came that day, on time, stayed late ( with permission) and hooked us up. They saved us literally hundreds of dollars quoted by 2 other companies who never showed up and didnā€™t even call. This past week we had another emergency leak and Butt came right out and took care of us again. They showed up in khakis and crawled right down under our house! Wow!! Oh, and also they fixed a HUGE project for a friend that others had quoted an insane amount of money for.     We received a phone call from Hannah saying the plumbing technician was able to come earlier than scheduled if that was ok. Shes wonderful to work with. Randall arrived to discuss our overall plumbing needs so an estimate could be done. We indicated we may have to do the projects in bits as we could pay for it. He mentioned that payment plans were available too. He took pictures and notes so a plan of action and cost could be put together. All in all, a very good, professional experience. He cleaned everything up when he finished. It looks so much better and nicer than it did, and is working perfectly. Reducing the pressure even fixed the leaking toilet upstairs.
