We returned home to find our main water line had ruptured in our crawlspace. We contacted Brandon at BP Plumbing & Construction Services and they responded straight away. Brandon and his professional staff identified the source, came up with a plan and provided us with a very reasonable estimate. The defective water line, associated valves and the adjacent 35 year old sprinkler pipes and fittings were all replaced. We had our water restored in less than two working days. They moved a ton of dirt and dug several trenches. Outstanding service by all.If you have any need for professional and reasonable household plumbing work, we would without hesitation recommend Brandon at BP Plumbing & Construction Services. My husband called BP to do a repair on a hose bib, thinking that they had done the initial install. When Brandon showed up it became apparent that they had not done the installation, but he took a look at it anyway. He quickly assessed what needed to be replaced, explained it to me, did the work, and our hose bib is back in business. Brandon could have declined to do the repair, as it wasn’t his company’s work, but not only did he fix it, he also refused payment. This act of kindness coupled with his plumbing skills means that we will be using him for all of our plumbing jobs in the future.

January 16 my pipe started to leak, it was in the ceiling above the kitchen and then it burst. I was devastated, I went down to the garage to look where the water was going, it was like a waterfall. I had a man excellent experience with BP Plumbing. Every interaction was very professional and I could tell Brandon knew what he was doing. He advised me on what he thought would be best for our situation but wasn’t pushy or recommending things we didn’t need. He caught some incorrect duct work from the previous water heater install, and even went back to the store to pick up the correct materials when he came to install instead of trying to force something incorrect into place. His rates were reasonable, he was timely, he didn’t mark up materials, and he is a friendly guy that is easy to talk to. The only negative I can think of was there was a little over a weeks wait to get our water heater installed but I think all the trades are slammed right now so it didn’t bother us. I highly recommend BP Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

The kitchen faucet was plugged so I thought we were in for more galvanized pipe replacement (we had some done about six months ago) but the first thing Brandon from BP did was clean out the spray device on the faucet and that completely resolved the problem! Brandon came out (after only 30 min wait.. in an ice storm) to consult on a broken pipe in my tankless h2o heater. He said the whole unit was toast and he didn’t have availability for a few weeks. He gave me a recommendation for a competitor, which I thought was courteous and unexpected.After calling 20 other plumbers, no one else had time either so I texted him and asked for a quote and said I’d wait the weeks/month. By some miracle he cleared a day, found a new unit and all the parts and was back to do the work in 24 hours.I checked up on the prices he quoted for the unit, parts, etc and everything was by the book. No markups or hidden fees, a totally fair a reasonable cost for the job.And he was very nice and happy to explain everything along the way.

4/29/2020 - Brandon at BP plumbing still doesnt disappoint, its been almost two years since I last needed to call him and sure enough Brandon responded quickly and was ready to fix our issues, our hot water heater. Fortunately our issue resolved on its own, but eventually we will need a new hot water heater and I know I can always count on Brandon to help with just about anything. In 2017 Brandon replaced all of the galvanizing plumbing in my 40+ year old home. His quote was reasonable and he walked me through every step. He also created a wonderful walk in shower. My well water has a lot of rust so we added a while house filtration system. I had trouble removing the filter the last couple of times and he worked me into his crazy schedule and also found an area he decided to rework. Brandon is my go to guy for any plumbing questions. I highly recommend Brandon! He is very professional and does A++ work at a very reasonable price. During pendamic, the hardest thing to find were available plumbers. When you get lucky with one, they overcharge you by an astronomical price for a really average job. We have been having a crazy week with pipe leakages and water heater problems occurring one after another. Despite being extremely busy, Brandon was extremely kind and squeezed time to help us. He kept every promised appointments, came right at the dot, and fixed every issue under a fair price.
