Black Cat Plumbing is great. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and efficient. Nobody likes facing expensive plumbing issues, but I felt like they made it easier to handle.Jake is a rockstar. My shower drain had a hole that had been leaking into the crawl space. I asked Jake if I could venture under the house with him to get a good look and so he could show me what we were dealing with. Not only did he mind it, he encouraged me to go with him. In doing so I felt very confident in his knowledge and ability. Showing me firsthand and in real time was awesome. He answered all of my questions and shared practical information I wasnt previously aware of. Jake is an excellent communicator. He kept me in the loop and explained the ins and outs of anything that came up while doing the work. Eddie was also helpful, polite and professional.Filipe was quick in putting together an estimate and answered all of my questions. His correspondence was timely and informative. Im happy with the estimate for everything theyve been able to accomplish.The payment process was also made effortless by Chrissy who was polite and accommodating. I had a broken copper pipe that the plumber replaced in the freezing cold His van got stuck and he had to put on chains to get out of my long driveway. I’m a senior and it’s too cold to dig and chunk out the ice. So glad for his help. He’s patient and polite and answered all my questions. He came out Thursday to help restore my water system 1-18-24. He’s a gem. Sorry I don’t remember his name but will call find out and thank him.

We Love Black Cat! After buying an old house and realizing all the plumbing had to go, I couldnt have been happier with my experience with Black Cat.Mike, the owner, was lovely: very straightforward and very clear about the bid, pricing and timelines for work to be done. All communication was easy. They worked to fit our timeline restrictions into their schedule, did the work quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed everyone on their team and are confident in the work they performed.Thank you!! Highly Recommend and would absolutely go to them first for any future plumbing needs.

Mike was communicative and able to send someone within a week. Anna did an efficient job with my several leaky faucets, replacement of laundry tub and kitchen garbage disposal. She also didn’t mind all my curious questions. Will definitely ask for Anna again!
