Dre did a great job tackling the plumbing issues. We have an old house with old pipes and was able to take care of all of the issues we were having and made it right. We are first time home buyers and we were a little intimidated with everything that we need to take care of. With the knowledge that the folks at three mountains plumbing have we feel very secure With their work in the warrantees that they have for their products and their Work. I’m so happy to find a company that has all the trades under one roof and they are available ASAP. Left their card for us in case we have any questions or if anything comes up we can call them directly instead of having to find somebody in the company. Andrey was very professional, and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain my options, no pressure. The next day he installed my new water heater quickly, and explained everything to me before he left. I am very satisfied with his work.I do wish that I could have had a receipt before he left, though, he did say that it would be emailed to me, I guess Im a bit old school because I think a customer should receive one after payment. I hope it doesnt take too long. Im pleased with receiving a Veterans discount though, and am enjoying my hot water. Thank you!

These guys are excellent. Chris did a very thorough inspection of my whole plumbing system and gave me all the options available. He was very pleasant to work with and understanding of our issues. A work colleague recommended 3 Mountain Plumbing for some work on his newly bought home. I wanted a utility sink installed that I bought at Costco and hot/cold water spigots outside. Jon Marc was fantastic at explaining everything, very professional, and great quality work. I just switched my monthly coverage plan from ATemp after 6 years due to increasing monthly pricing and long waits to schedule work. In addition to a more competitive price, 3 Mountain Plumbing offers plumbing--so more services provided than ATemp under one umbrella.

3 Mountains was so great to work with. I called them on a Monday and they had a technician to my home on Tuesday. I needed to schedule the second part of the work for a different day and they were accommodating to my schedule. The communication from alerting me a technician was the way to the technician calling me to give me an ETA on their arrival is something I’ve never experienced and was helpful in planning my days. Chris, David and Tony were all very friendly and helped educate me along the way. This is honestly the best service experience I’ve ever had and I will be suggesting 3 Mountains to anyone who asks and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

I just had the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Old house, old pipes, toilet leak that led to severe water damage. All three people I dealt with from 3mountain were smart, courteous, with excellent communication skills. Everything was explained well in a way that a lay person can understand. To keep it short and simple, 3 Mountains is an amazing company to work with. I had them out to repair a leaking toilet, also had them repair a leak under my sink as well. Plumbing issues are expensive and stressful but he made a potentially challenging situation into a great experience. 3 Mountains has gained a long term customer.

Dominique deserves a great review. She was thorough and took time to explain options for leaky valve and other small questions I had. There was zero pressure to use 3 Mountains Svcs though I did. I’m happy with the higher quality valves; my only complaint isthe pricing (which the plumber did not set). This was very expensive for a non-urgent and relatively simple fix. One hour or so, 3 kitchen valves replaced, $570.

While maybe a little more expensive than a smaller outfit (although we had another quote that was way higher than 3 Mountains -- so they werent gouging us), the work was done quickly, cleanly, and everything was communicated clearly. Amazing… I’m so appreciative of both Andrea and the company. I had a water heater issue; Andrea was out the next day for the estimate and packages they offer. The issue was so bad that they were out the next day. Andrea and Mark were friendly and knowledgeable during the replacement. Both were awesome. The packages were very good in comparison to other companies and the warranty/maintenance after are by far the best!

Jeff sent a video of the sewer scope process and informed me about the type of pipes we have and other helpful information. Excellent service and as professional as always!!Mark did a great job replacing parts on my water heater. He stuck it through and drove to different places looking for the part I needed, and kept me informed of the process. Mark was kind and friendly, and I appreciate how he gave me several options to choose from based on what I was looking for. In the end he replaced my whole panel which was wonderful and so appreciated. Nick was great and friendly as well. I received a recent water bill that went from $197 to $450. Turns out we have a leak. Our neighbor had a trusted plumber who shed been using for years, now known as 3 Mountains Plumbing. They were able to send a plumber right away, named Tyler, who determined that we do, in fact, have a leak. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He presented four different options including repair or replace and there was absolutely no pressure at all to choose which option.I chose to replace the system and also got approved right on the spot for financing at 0% interest!I highly recommend these folks.In addition, I also had our house inspected by another area HVAC and the person who came, Alex, was also super friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Everyone I talked to at the office was also super nice. On time - early, even - worked with my schedule, and sent texts to keep me informed of arrival times. I was informed of a range of choices, and also given all the information I need about my new appliance. Nothing but high marks. Everything from first look to end of the install was done within 24 hours.MORE: The 3 Mts. dispatch team is very efficient and friendly. Al the technicians Ive worked with have been great. The company offers a subscription service that is well worth looking into. Not only do you get discounts on services, but it also helps remind me to get maintenance done. I almost never go for subscriptions or extended warranties, but as the owner of an older home, this one is worth it.

Alex @ 3 Mountains came out to fix my furnace. Its an old unit from 2008. When Ive had it serviced in the past, on two separate occasions other vendors have gone into the whole you need to replace the entire thing, its beyond repair schtick and I end up repairing it myself because it was such an easy fix. Not Alex and 3 Mountains, he spent some time diagnosing, figured out the issue, replaced a $250 part, told me about some maintenance plans and deals they they going, and then was on his way.No bullshit, just great same-day service!

We found out we had a gas leak from our fireplace insert and 3 Mountains sent someone the next day. Several other places were booked anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. Ben from 3 Mountains was polite & professional throughout the whole process. He came in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in rapid fashion. She successfully fixed several plumbing issues that wed had for years including very low water pressure with our hot water and a hammering sink in addition to a couple other issues. She kept us updated with each thing she was doing and explained what was causing each issue which I very much appreciated. She was courteous and respectful. I am thrilled to have all of our plumbing working properly again. She is a 10!I called 3 Mountain plumbing because of an experience I had several years ago. My husband and I were out of town and our dog got out of the back yard and was running down a very busy street. An employee of 3 Mountain was driving when he saw him running down the road. That employee took the time to pull over and try to get our dog out of the street. Riley ran home. Plumber saw where he went and took the time to knock on our door and let our grandaughter who was dog sitting know that Riley had gotten out so she could lock the gate. I was so grateful for this act if kindness and compassion that I said if I ever had plumbing issues, I would call 3 Mountain. I was uncertain about signing up for a subscription with 3 Mountains Plumbing but I am glad I did. It’s an inexpensive monthly fee but well worth it. Our bathtub is chronically slow draining because we have two teenagers with lots of hair showering and 1930s plumbing. Our subscription covers 2 drain clearings per year. Just this covers the cost of the subscription.Additionally, every 3 Mountain’s employee I’ve interacted with has been awesome. Today, Esli cleared our drain. He was clearly very knowledgeable, skilled, concerned about doing a good job, and the right thing. Jeff was extremely helpful with our rain drain scope today. We had a ton of rain over the past 48 hours, and 3 Mountain Plumbing promptly sent Tony out to hydrojet the drain. He had some difficulty with a blockage and scheduled Jeff to stop by the next morning with a scope. Within 10 minutes he found the culprit, flagged where the issue was, and sent us the video of the scope. I was very thankful for their quick response time, their ability to provide insight on the drain and its issue, and give us ideas for a repair. Would definitely recommend!!

When Nick arrived, he thoroughly sought the source of the sewer smell by going under the house. There was no apparent problem so he suggested a scoping of the sewer line.The next day, Jeff arrived for the scoping and had to go up to the roof to send the camera down the vent. After using a long length of the camera, there was (fortunately) no clog or malfunction to be found.Both technicians were very pleasant and knowledgeable about what the cause of the smell could be even though there was no cause found. Tony did a great job! He fixed our furnace problem immediately while inspecting the system (obstruction in the exhaust) , and answered our questions and concerns. Helpful and really nice guy. Another company that came out before prior to tony, quoted to replace the system without really fully examining the problem or attempting to remove the obstruction. Tony fixed the entire problem in 20 minutes and charged us very little. Man was unfazed when he pulled out a baby raccoon from the exhaust pipe(unfortunately deceased), put it in a trash-bag, cleaned up, inspected for any further damage, and reattached all the electrical components the prior company left hanging ending with a fully functioning furnace. What a boss.

Overall, the team was polite, clean, prompt, willing to go the extra mile and competent which provided a wonderful experience in a very difficult and challenging situation. I cant say enough good things about 3 Mts! Alex is our HVAC man. He is always thorough and patient. I joke that Im 3 Mts #1 customer due to the many times theyve been out to keep my home in tip top shape for every reason and season. Alex helped diagnose a dusty smell. I have a sensative sniffer! He adjusted our ducts, ensuring a snug fit to reduce the likelyhood that dust would sneak into our home from the attic. Checked filters, leaned on his spidey senses, and detected a leak in our furnace which left undetected would have cost us a whole new furnace! Its only 3 yrs old! Great service.The story: Water company was doing an inspection and was trying to tighten up a leak off the meter, and the coupling broke. As the fitting was on “our side”, we were responsible...how nice.Called my landlord, who called 3mountains, as he himself had had a leak under his driveway a few weeks before, which 3 mountains had repaired nicely.They came out that same morning and assessed the problem, and rerouted the water from the meter with a temp above-ground hose so we could have water while the work progressed. Turns out that the old cast iron pipe had to be replaced from the meter to the house, and the whole piping had to be rerouted, with ditch witch, concrete busting, digging, looking for the house water hookup that was not in any of the obvious places, etc. etc.All of the people involved were very courteous and professional. The Whole deal took a couple of weeks to complete.The only thing I might improve on their part is communication regarding messaging and timing. Seems like they have different ladies doing different schedules, and a time or two we weren’t here when we were supposed to be, or they weren’t. No biggie. 5 stars anyway.

Riley was very friendly and professional when she came to fix a leak in my tub drain. The work did not take her long to get the job done. My only criticism of 3 Mountains is that I was told to expect someone to call in early afternoon, so I went on some errands in the morning, only to get notified that Riley was about 30 minutes away at about 10:45. We both got to the house at the same time, thank goodness. Alls well that ends well, and the problem with the leak is fixed. I have had such great experiences with 3 Mountains over the years, and I will continue to use them when I need help- and now with electrical and HVAC, as well!

I couldnt be happier with my experience. We found ourselves in a bad situation with clogs in both bathrooms meaning we had no toilets or showers. We called 3 Mountains and within a couple hours they sent out Esli. Esli was professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He asked a couple questions and then came up with a plan that quickly and painlessly solved the problem. We hope we wont have to call them anytime soon but if we have another problem we will for sure be reaching out to 3 Mountains.

Overall experience: this company is super-professional, communicative, prompt, and seem to employ genuinely nice people.I specifically want to call out Camera Technician Jeff, who came to scope our sewer line after I reported a bad smell coming from the cleanout pipe. The scope didnt show anything, but Jeff noticed an access point in our wall not far from the pipe and offered to take a peek. He immediately found a dead rat (!!!) and, instead of walking away from what certainly wasnt a plumbing issue and wishing us luck with our new rat problem, he removed the decomposing body and sprayed the area with a cleaner to disinfect the space and help with the smell.If I could give Jeff 10 stars for his service today, I would.
