We just finished a major kitchen remodel with Los Contracting and we couldnt be happier. Our kitchen was installed with attention to detail (my husband is a perfectionist and it met his high standards.) The entire team was reliable and professional. The owner, Amadou, is outstanding at timely communication and oversees that everything is done to his customers liking. Last year they helped with our main bedrooms en suite remodel (also brought down to the studs and layout was changed), our only regret is we didnt call them sooner as we started the project as our own contractor. They did a fantastic job on the bathroom, as well.

I would highly recommend Lo’s Contracting. My mother hired Amadou (owner of Lo’s Contracting) for a few remodeling projects and they turned out beautiful. My husband and I have hired other contractors for previous projects and I wish we would have used Lo’s Contracting for all of them. Amadou stands out and is exceptional with the entire process. He is honest and communicates well from start to finish. The contracts are detailed and clear on the costs and work that will be provided. Amadou communicates well and immediately responds to any concerns that the home owner has. For our recent project with Lo’s Contracting, his team was kind, cleaned up any messes throughout the project and always asked questions regarding details of the work.

I recently hired Los Contracting to (re)paint the outside of my house, including the shutters, window trim, and garage doors. Los had painted my house 14 years ago and the paint was still in pretty good shape (!!) but was starting to peel in places and had developed cracks between the cedar boards.As usual, Los Contracting did a fantastic job (special shout-out to Eliceo and his crew), performing above and beyond expectations. They dismantled my shutters and painted beneath them, power washed and painted difficult to reach places (e.g., behind large bushes) and were meticulous about the trim work. They even discovered (and promptly fixed) significant dry rot beneath the roof overhang, where a shingle had gone missing.Needless to say they were also on-time, professional, friendly, and made sure I was perfectly satisfied with the results of their work.I have used Los Contracting for many projects over the last 15 years. I cant recommend them enough.

I first hired (Amadou) Lo’s Contracting (2021) because I saw his crew doing a great job on a neighbor’s home, and he also did a great job for us doing house painting, garage door replacement and dry rot repair, this second time I hired them (2024), they did a fantastic job for us ! The enclosed our back porch to make a beautiful, insulated sunroom, a small deck and a wheelchair ramp. As an added bonus they extended our upper deck to cover the small deck. We were very fortunate to have Amadou Lo and Lo’s Contracting recommended to us when we purchased our “new” home. Amadou was always responsive and managed our project extremely efficiently, especially important to us since we had a deadline for furniture delivery. From repairing holes in walls due to electrical work and adding a bedroom closet to painting ceilings with intricate woodwork and walls, he and his crews did beautiful and skillful work. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We truly enjoyed having them in our home!

Amadou is the best contractor I have ever worked with.Back many years ago, when I was selling a house, I had an issue in the garage that needed to be fixed. We had many people come and give bids, and they flaked or wanted to charge insane amounts of money, or were going to do a quick and dirty job for a lot of money that wouldn’t stand up for the new owners. Amadou came up with an elegant, long lasting and simple solution. We were on a time crunch, and he figured out how to keep the job on time despite some inclement weather. He charged us less than anyone else was quoting, for quality work.So when my mom had a leak start in her basement from the upstairs bathroom, I knew I could call Amadou and trust his work. There were some tiles where water was leaking from the shower, and he replaced just the impacted tiles and matched them fairly closely to the rest of the shower. He kept the cost incredibly reasonable, and he did the work rapidly. My mom was so happy, and I was able to manage it from away because Amadou is so trustworthy. It’s an amazing feeling to be able to call him up and know he’s doing the best work and that he follows what he says he will do. I wish all contractors could be like Amadou, he is a gem!!!

Los allowed me to purchase my own door and even picked it up for me at the hardware store. No extra charge. He also allowed me to do my own painting.All his workers placed down coverings and removed their shoes when entering the house. Thanks for the wonderful job you did!!!! We definitely will refer and use Los again.

Lo’s did excellent work. Their customer service is great. I got 4 bids for the work I had done: some siding replacement and painting the exterior of my house. Lo’s was not the lowest bid but competitive. I chose them because they were the one company to keep in close touch with me through the process. I found Amadou ready to fine tune the contract once I decided to accept their bid. The work itself was careful. They do not cut corners or skip steps or use cheap materials. There was an unexpected problem with some siding around an exterior fireplace that Pablo solved. They kept to the schedule we worked out and completed the work on time. Several of my neighbors observed parts of the ongoing work and told me how impressed they were with the quality of the work being done. I intend to hire them again as I need other repairs etc in the future. I am very pleased with the results--my house looks great.

The Lo’s roofing crew removed two layers of shingles and reshingled the roof on our house and also reshingled our shed. Amadou was very responsive and got a crew out in a timely manner. The crew was great! They were very communicative with the work they were doing and schedule. They also finished the job quickly and the roof looks great. This is the third time we have used Lo’s Contracting and we will continue to use them in the future. Very honest and trustworthy company and employees. So happy to have found them!

Los Contracting Inc helped us replace our sliding glass door. This outfit is incredibly good. Very responsive, on time, and will communicate every step of the way. I value integrity above all else. They completed everything they said they will do. Even when the removal of the original door shed light on an interior problem, they communicated right away and gave us options to handle the issue without having to remove interior trim or replace and paint drywall. The quality of the work and professional customer service is the reason I am having them back to bid on our shower replacement.

Amandous team did a great job (especially with the tricky texturing transitions from lath & plaster to new drywall.). Amandou takes pride in doing the right thing for his clients, and I would not hesitate to hire Los Contracting for future projects.

Our one-story 1925 house was badly in need of repainting, with bubbling, cracking, and pealing paint over most of the house. Amadou and the crew did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and we were confident in their ability to manage the lead paint removal. We are very pleased with their work, especially considering they had to schedule around the rainy weather. We ended up deciding to go with them over other companies because they could complete both the painting and the patio roof replacement projects (the latter of which was an absolute breeze). We would definitely hire them again.

Los contracting replaced (2) 4x6 posts which supported the porch roof, and painted our ranch style home. They raised 2 posts so that the wood posts would no longer contact the soil or grass. I feel like I got great value for the work done, and it was all done with a smile and a great attitude.Our next door neighbor hired Lo’s Contracting last year to fix some sections of our shared cedar fence that were old and in need of repair. They did a great job at the time, so when we noticed last month that some other areas of our backyard fence needed to be fixed, I decided to look them up and give them a call myself.Amadou was a pleasure to communicate with… always responsive and detail oriented, even by text message. He had me text over some pictures of the fence areas in question to get the conversation started, and then scheduled a time to come take a closer look and give me an estimate. I asked for separate quotes so I could share the cost with my neighbors, which was no issue at all. I had emailed estimates in my inbox that same evening, and the price was right! Amadou was easy to reach throughout the entire process, promptly answering every question I had along the way.They were able to start work within a few days of me accepting their estimate, and arrived to start the job exactly when they said they would. Amadou stopped by during the day to check in on the work and chat with me about the progress of the job. Even though there was a lot to do, they completed the job on time. When they were all finished, every inch of the yard was cleaned up and left exactly how they found it at the start of the job. You’d never even know they had been there if it weren’t for the brand new sections of fence and the new gate they’d installed.I will not hesitate to call upon Lo’s Contracting again for any work I might need done in the future.

In 2017, Los Contracting painted our house. A few days ago, we hired window washers to clean our windows and storm windows. The window washers were unable to remove the storm windows without damaging the paint. We e-mailed Mr Amadou Lo and explained out situation. He immediately contacted us and he and his employee, Ulisses, came to our home and removed the storm windows that were a concern to the washers. Mr. Lo did not charge us a fee for doing this service. We appreciate his help and response to our needs. We highly recommend Los Contracting for reliability and service.

As a home owner and retired construction worker, I know how hard and frustrating it can be in finding the right contractor that you can trust and will stand by his name. Los is a name that I have been telling home owners about for the last 8 years, thats how long its been since my first project. Four homes later Im still calling on them. But just like everything in life prices have gone up year after year on materials as a home owner of two residents, Im just like everyone else, I do my home work and read up on contractors to help me decide where I will spend my hard earned money. I look for price, past history with clients, quality of work, ability to communicate the scope of the job to the home owner, and most of all Honesty. With that being said Ive had a total of nine projects over the years with Los, from sheet rocking and painting a room at my place of business, to whole exterior panting and complete garage conversion. Excellent! Ill definitely hire them again!My flight back from overseas was canceled and rebooked for the following day. As a result, I was unable to contact Amadou to reschedule our initial appointment for an estimate. Despite this, he came to my house anyway, carefully examined the water-damaged pillars, and provided a fair estimate.Amadou always communicates in a timely manner and is very patient in explaining and showing me how to do certain things unrelated to the job.His crew members, Alberto and Lino, were very polite, arrived on time, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving each day. Ive never had any crew do such a great cleaning job.

I just had new siding, gutters, down spouts, two windows done by Los. They are so easy to work with, and so likeable. Marlin did a fantastic job. He was here early and stayed late. A very hard worker. I couldnt be happier the way my house turned out. I also had my bathroom done by them about 7 years ago, and it turned out beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Construction isn’t always an easy process, but they’ve been positive, solution oriented, efficient and dedicated to making sure we’re happy with the final product. We highly recommend Amadou and his crew. We had a big job for them with removal of aluminum siding, redoing parts of the old cedar siding, prepping and painting the house. They were responsive, friendly, professional and fair. They were transparent in the work they did and any issues that arose, making us feeling confident in the work they did. They were able to get our project done quickly at our request due to some scheduling issues. Our house looks fabulous and we would certainly use them in the future. Thanks Amadou and crew!
