What a professional group of people! I own a property in Cedar Hill and live in Los Angeles. I needed to get the drains cleaned for the new tenant and was flying out to inspect the building and get this done. Called a week before scheduled a time that worked for my 7 hour stay and they came on time did the work all is good (I’m sorry for not remembering the gentleman’s name who came out, but to say he was courteous, professional and generally a nice man is an understatement!). We had some other concerns about the slab and while he was unclogging the drain Kyrsten came by checked for moisture issues, was very polite and professional as well. Highly recommend them both if you have a plumbing emergency.

I would say it’s best if the company equips your workers with better vehicles, preferably 4x4, as some of us live in the country and have muddy terrain. Just want to say wow!! I had one of the worst experiences of my life when my house flooded . I called rotorouter out to help me clean up my house that was in shambles. Not only did Justin come out and did an amazing job . He was there for me emotionally which wasn’t his job . I was very upset and not only did Justin lend me his ear for me to voice all my concerns and troubles but he guided me through this whole flood process with him and the insurance company . He told me what to expect and what I was looking at time wise to get me back in my house . He explained everything. It almost made this an easy experience. A huge shout out to William and Cody who showed up at 7PM on New Years to help us with an emergency flood inside our home. They helped us get the water stopped, put in a band-aid fix, get our insurance claim started and scheduled a crew to come out first thing Saturday morning to figure out the root cause. Justin showed up right when scheduled and took out all the damaged pieces of flooring very quickly and set up dehumidifiers, fans, etc. He was super friendly, professional, and sympathetic (which was especially needed given the extensive damage). As soon as he was finished removing the damaged debris, Xavier, who was equally kind and professional, was already on our property ready to run camera down our drain and help us figure out the root cause (a busted pipe). Xavier was able to get Terry out right away to help with the diagnostics, again, just as kind, professional, and hardworking, and then got a crew, led by David DeLarosso, to start working that afternoon on replacing the damaged section, who was here until 8PM at night and back at 8AM on Sunday to keep at it. All these men worked extremely hard over a holiday and weekend to help us in the middle of a crisis and we are forever grateful for their kindness and excellent work ethic.
