These are the best people! DNA plumping!!! I called them in a panic on New Year’s Eve day in the morning. They were here in 20 minutes and it is now 430. They have been here since 930 this morning. They fixed both my plumbing leak out at the street from the main and they also Fixed the leak in my shower. Their prices were way more reasonable … as a matter fact Baker Brother’s wanted $9000 for the same job … not including the shower… Never will I ever use Baker Brothers.. DNA Plumbing save me $7000! I am proud to say call around there’s some reasonably priced plumbing out there with good people doing the right thing. DNA is the plumbing company for me. Call these guys they’re amazing.

Miguel and the team at D-N-A Plumbing Services were friendly, efficient, and worked with my schedule. I was in a time crunch that was out of my control and they were able to come out, same day, to access and resolve my plumbing issue. The transaction was priced friendly, which works for my budget, especially since this was an unexpected expense during this holiday season. They were able to get everything taken care of and gave me a review of what was needed, and the work, once completed. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future!

The team at DNA Plumbing Services has many 5-star ratings and I will am adding another well-deserved 5-star review to their list.I called for help at 8:45am this morning and in less than one hour a technician was onsite ready to tackle our Plumbing issue.Andrew and Cody were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They offered several solutions for accessing the water leak within the wall and provided recommendations on how to prevent future issues. Not only did they repair the leak, but they replaced the cartridge in the shower valve too! No more dripping shower faucet!You can tell that this crew really cared about the customer. Whomever the 2 guys that came over were great. First was going to be The control section of the Hot water heater for $675. They left to pickup parts and came back with also a thermo-coupler in which they replaced first. It fixed it right up and saved me over $400 at $191 instead. Easy to respond with and loads of help. Another person, that I thought was a plumber but was not, had installed a water booster and nearly blew up my water heater with the pressure and cost me thousands in a water bill. Another update to my review -- I had them come out another time this year to connect the gas to the furnace. Another great job and they took care of us very quickly with getting everything connected after the city did the permitting.I have had two experiences with DNA Plumbing. First, i had them replace a water heater and toilets for the same price that another company was going to charge me for just a water heater. They did a great job and were very helpful. If you supply the toilet they will install it for a really good price.Second experience, I just replaced my gas line after a previous owner put a stake through the gas line. They were very good at trying to find a way to repair the leak instead of replacing the whole line. Ended up having to replace the whole line, which sucked but not in their control. After the job the tech did a great job following up with my insurance company to make sure insurance provided what I was entitled to through coverage I added to the policy a few months ago.I hope i get to go a few years before my next plumbing issues, but I will be calling DNA when that happens.

What to say about these guys? They are AMAZING. Want to give a big shoutout to Aaron H. He came over, I told him the issue, and he immediately figured out the problem. I had a pipe issue underground that needed to be fixed. While it cost quite a bit (still cheaper than the competition), they walked me through the steps, they were very responsive, and they made sure all of my concerns were answered. From the customer service team, to the technicians, to the excavation team... it was an easy experience. I appreciate their help and their service. I highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues, especially emergency issues.

We have had water heaters replaced, toilets, faucets, etc. They have fair competitive pricing and usually a $49 fee to come out and to apply to any work they end up doing. Their call center and service teams are always friendly and responsive and they have a good tracking system for appointment scheduling. Overall 5 star service and value!

Other highly rated companies were out to look at a backed up toilet and both of the other companies almost immediately said I need to replace all of my cast iron plumbing…. 30-40kJordan was here for 2.5 hours and got a complete picture of our system using cameras, metal detectors to trace lines and found out the entire story. This way he was able to give me several options so I can split the project into two phases which helps financially the edge off. Once I let the customer service team at DNA know about the issues, they had a crew (Brandon Manriquez and his teammate) out within 20 minutes. Despite the bad weather, these guys were polite, professional and wouldn’t leave until they were sure I was happy with the job. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with their quality of work and service.I’ve got no problem with a company making a mistake as long as they are willing to offer top notch customer service in getting it rectified. Had a major clog in our kitchen and laundry room and we couldn’t get our last plumber to come out day of. They wouldn’t even pencil us in for next day because it “wasn’t convenient for them”. So we called DNA Plumbing and they were available to come out day off and they were very customer friendly and did great work. Turned out the clog was much worse than we expected and after they finished and left, we noticed it was backing up again. We called DNA back and same guys were back within 20 min to finish the job. They did a great job! Scheduled to come fix my issues really quickly the day after I called. Showed up on time, too! The work was solid and quick. They had to get in my attic to snake the pipe but took the time to explain why to me so I understood what was going on. They came for backed up drains but also fixed my toilet while they were here which totally made my day.I have an autoimmune thing going on, and they didn’t arrive wearing any masks, so that took me a bit by surprise, but I just provided my own disposable ones to them when they arrived and asked them to wear them inside, and they were respectful about it, which I really appreciated.I would definitely use this service again.

Montana was super awesome to work with. I was dealing with a house within an estate in Carrollton, TX and I live in South Carolina. Our realtor called DNA and Montana came out with his crew. The job ended up being bigger than either of could imagine. They had to go under the slab in 4 or 5 places and ended up fixing 7 areas of plumbing leaks. The crews were on time, notified me when arriving and departing, and cleaned up when it was all done. Montana kept in touch with me by phone, text and pictures. I highly recommend this company.

Just wanted to update my review based on the outstanding service I received from Jack (Owner) who promptly responded to my review. He acknowledged the lack of communication was concerning and he would address it with his staff. Additionally he throughly explained the problem and what it would take to repair it. During the entire process he keep us informed. Im changing my review to a 5 star based on Jacks superior service.The main purpose of this review is to get the attention of the business owner(s). On Friday, March 10, my husband resolved we had a plumbing issue because there was standing water in the front yard and flowerbed. After researching for a reputable plumber that can provide 24-hour service, we decided to go with DNA Plumbing. We contacted them and placed a service call and was informed that a plumber would be out and we would receive a text when they were on their way. After waiting several hours and no text, the plumbing crew showed up at 12:30 am. (early morning). After their initial assessment, we were informed that the main water line was cracked, and it could be resolved for 1k. After further researched we were informed the problem was more severe, and additionally, the underground water lines were cracked and needed to be replaced, and it would cost 4K. Work wasnt performed because it would require a crew to dig up the ground. In the meantime, we had no running water and was under the impression the repair would be done on Saturday between 3pm and 5pm. Without water, we waited all day Saturday, and finally, a plumber showed up around 7 pm. and informed us that the Excuvation crew couldnt dig in the dark. To no avail, we didnt receive the repair, However, we explained that weve been without water since Friday and needed some resolve. The plumber informed us he could run a temporary line from the main water valve, and that would restore water to our home. He informed us that the Excuvation Crew would be at our home at 9 am. on Sunday morning. As Im writing this review, its after 12 noon noon, and no one is here to resolve the problem.Note: Anytime there has been communication, it has been initiated by us. It appears we are talking to a dispatcher. The main concern from the dispatcher is MONEY! The credit card is on file, and payment is of no issue. Communication is HORRIBLE!Being without a natural resource has been a major problem in my household. We care for my 82 year old Father in Law and our 22 year old daughter. Drinking, bathing, washing dishes, and flushing toilets are a necessity. We need water restored!We welcome a follow-up call from the owner(s).

I’ve been using these guys for a couple years now and have had nothing but good experiences. My house is 50 years old with cast iron pipes, so random problems pop up when you least expect them. After trying a couple other local plumbers before I have to say you get the best value from DNA. Their pricing is upfront, they’re always on time, I’ve never had to wait even 24hrs to get them out here (they also do 24hr service which I’ve never used), I’ve always talked to a real person when I call, not a machine, and the plumbers always seem to remember me and check in on the other stuff they’ve repaired when they come by for a new problem. Will continue to use and recommend them to others.

I called DNA plumbing after hours around 6 pm; they picked up the phone and set me up for an appointment next day to find and repair a gas leak. I spoke to one of the co-owners and he spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone after hours explaining my options to me. They came in the next day and completed the work, I am very pleased with how the job was handled and I would absolutely recommend DNA plumbing.

DNA now has me as a long term customer. We had an emergency leak situation late at night, and they came right out. The problem was diagnosed/fixed, and recommendations were made for repairs needed from the water damage. Asa even called the restoration company for me so that he could provide professional assessment to them for the damage. The price was more than reasonable with no surprises (except how inexpensive it was). I will recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Scott from DNA was a class act! I had a gargantuan gas leak in many places. Almost impossible to find in my Home. Not only did they Conundrum solve for days and see my gargantuan job to the culminate and made sure everything was Magnificent! I had never used this company before and I would suggest them as a trusted solid vendor and when scheduling I would enquire for Scott hes top notch and solid! Had an emergency call on a Sunday night. After another company kept stringing us along, I called DNA plumbing based on their reviews. Boy was I glad I did. Marie immediately answered and said they could have a tech there in 45 minutes or less. Jerrod arrived literally 38 minutes later and had the problem narrowed down and fixed shortly after that. Prompt, professional, courteous and the pricing was reasonable, especially for being after 8pm on a Sunday night. Would not hesitate for a second to call them again for emergency or non emergency needs!!!
