I experienced a leak in my kitchen and a partially clogged drain line. Staggs Plumbing responded quickly to my service request. Tanner arrived the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair and repair estimate, then repaired the leak and cleared the drain line. He tested everything to ensure the repair was completed properly and he cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with his service and professionalism. I’ll definitely use Staggs Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Staggs Plumbing is my go-to for any and all plumbing needs, and can’t recommend them enough.Tanner H was at my house yesterday, and he was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He went above and beyond to take care of us and made sure he did what was best for us. He not only helped us navigate a difficult plumbing/gas/piping situation and helped troubleshoot multiple different issues and potential root causes of our specific plumbing and gas-related problems, but he was also willing to wait around for the gas company to arrive to make sure we got the cheapest possible, yet safest fix for my family and me.Any customers who get Tanner (or Garrett who was at my house the day before yesterday and came after-hours late one night) should consider themselves extremely lucky!

Full disclosure: the Staggs Plumbing folks asked me for this feedback, but didnt offer any compensation nor did I ask for any compensation in exchange for my feedback. That said I called them and explained my plumbing issue and they quickly sent out a plumber who quickly identified my problem, gave me a quote on the spot. I approved and they quickly completed the job. They did a great job, and their pricing was fair. I like that they are a second generation, locally owned, business and I will gladly use them again for any future plumbing issues.

Staggs Plumbing 🦌 was probably the best choice I made when water suddenly appeared in my bathroom 🚿🚽 , bedrooms 🛌 , and hallway. They came out quickly, located the blockage, and explained why the blockage occurred. They were able to fix the blockage quickly and provided me a quote for preventing the problem occurring again.After confirming coverage with my insurance for repairing the cast iron plumbing, their crew came out quickly and trenched underneath the house to begin repairs. I was shocked 🫢 how quickly they were able to dig 36’ trench. April worked with me on making payments, understanding that insurance isn’t always the quickest with sending out checks.Shortly after trenching was completed, Reece and Austin with Staggs Plumbing came back out and began the needed repairs. They replaced the cast iron and poorly PVC patchwork completed by another company (work that had been done before I purchased the house). During the process they kept me informed about things they found out; including, some previous work that clearly was not to code (who uses Great Stuff spray foam 🤦‍♂️ when doing PVC repairs).Reece and Austin were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. He made the repairs, managed the plumbing, excavation, permitting, and cleanup like a pro. He was prompt and responsive. Had Staggs come out to flush my water heater. Technician was very good at explaining that he did not recommend having my water heater flushed since it was 12 years old and had never been flushed. I appreciate his honesty and taking the time to explain the situation. He offered / possible solutions (replace water heater now as it was 6 years past warranty or wait it out). Right now, I’m going to wait it out. Thanks Staggs! I’ll recommend you to anyone who asks for an honest, ethical plumber!

We had a clogged line and our usual plumber was unavailable so we tried Stagg. Our Tech Reece was a nice guy, and wore the foot booties inside the house which my wife liked. Reece informed us of how they were going to approach the issue and then, after he did his analysis he informed us what the issue was, and then he told us the plan to resolve. We agreed with the plan and within an hour it was fixed. I thought it was over and above when they used a camera to ensure it was completely resolved and only then, when he was satisfied, the job would be complete. Overall it was great and I will use them again.

Yeah Staggs may be a little on the high end of the pricing spectrum. But..what I’ve learned in the plumbing industry you get what you pay for. Update : there was a billing confusion. The owner contacted me and rectified the issue by refunding me the excess.I appreciate their honesty and making the effort to reach out and resolve the issue.Don’t be fooled by their upfront $59.99 visit cost. That literally does not cover anything other than the tech knocking on your door. While the tech who came was friendly and thoughtful, To just take a look at the Rinnai tankless heater and perform a diagnostic, the company charges an additional $150. The technician called someone after seeing the error code, which i told them when I made the initial call for appt., but did not perform any other diagnostic for any additional info. That was the single most expensive 2-min call in this day and age. After that came the almost $1000 for cleaning and replacing the flamerods that are sold for less than $75 with some cleaning. This was not a valuable service. I would have paid $59.99 for coming by and initial diagnostic but $150 is excessive and not worth it. Not moving forward with them.

Derrian and Rafael came out to test my pipes to determine if I had a leak causing water to puddle in my crawlspace leading to buckled floors. They determined that there was a leak and got to work. They had to pump water as they searched for the exact location and spent several hours in the muddy, cramped, dark, wet crawlspace pumping water and digging trenches until finally they were able to resolve the issue.They were friendly and communicated throughout the entire process so that I knew what they were thinking and planning. I was not very excited about the quote initially but knew it was going to be pricey going into this.By the time they were done I felt like I had gotten a bargain. Highly recommend these guys. They came on a recommendation from a good friend and I will definitely call them out again if I have any issues. 10 ⭐️’s

Tony Brown arrived on time and went the extra mile to fix my problem. The sediment filter/trap on my Rinnai tankless was fused to the valve and cracked; therefore needing to be forcefully removed. For those locally looking in the Dallas area for a plumbing company that is full service and top quality, this is the one. I never really leave reviews, but am taking time to write this because of the incredibly positive experience I have had with Staggs Plumbing. We have had several issues with our home in regard to gas and water leaks (think Tom Hanks and the movie, The Money Pit), and over the years have used a few different plumbers. We found ourselves facing a situation where the gas line to the house needed to be replaced and our normal group was unable to make us a priority to come out. Staggs was able to get people out almost immediately to start digging up the existing line; they worked through the weekend to get it replaced. They even worked with the local gas company on our behalf when there was debate on whether the gas should be turned back on - Matt from Staggs was on the phone with them, explaining the work done and even available to walk the local gas company through the work on site - which was done with top quality parts and labor. At the time, we also had a kitchen faucet that broke and due to old plumbing under the sink it needed a professional to install new quarter-turn valves, and Matt was available to install that while here (saved us on another service call to do that). Later, we had a leak in a shower and in a tub - Staggs fixed both, but turned out the piece in the tub that was replaced was slightly different than the one it needed. Matt was able to come out quickly, replace the part, and ensured it was all covered at no cost to us, because they stand by their work 100%. We have had other issues since, and Staggs Plumbing has been our go-to without hesitation. We are now looking to get a new house, and they will be who we call in the future. So, for what it is worth, Staggs the best plumbing company we have worked with by far and highly recommend them.

Marco is your guy! I had a different plumber (not Marco) out a couple days ago for a lazy toilet. He first replaced the equipment in the back of the tank. The toilet was not working any better, so he told me I needed to replace my toilet for $900! That new toilet would not match the sink in that room and didnt look anything like the other toilet.Today, Marco (from Staggs) came out, diagnosed the problem in about a minute, dug out some calcification from the hole in the bottom, and my toilet works PERFECTLY!!! Marco is my new hero!!!!!

Jonathan and Juan came out and I told them what the other plumbers had said. They claimed it was a slab leak and theyd have to reroute the plumbing. It was going to cost me anywhere from 3200-4200. Juan stepped in, very confidently, and said, this doesnt seem like slab leak. He was about 90% sure but said they needed to run their own test. I was hesitant because I had just paid $200 to get the air test done to find the leak. I reluctantly said yes but man was I ever happy when he said this will only cost you half of what the other guy quoted. Juan went in elbow deep and found the tiny pinhole that was definitely not under the foundation. They were able to cut away the old pipe, solder on some new and clean copper piping and I was good to go. These guys did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend.

I had Nicholas and his assistant work on my master shower today and am very pleased. The hot water valve in my 1960s home was original and had deteriorated to where it was no longer shutting completely, causing a constant drip. I had previously talked to a plumber who had told me they’d have to tear into my wall and redo piping to fix the leak. Nick with Staggs quickly disassembled the valve, identified the problem (a worn rubber piece), called the plumbing supply store and had it replaced and back to new within an hour. I’m very pleased with the minimally invasive approach, the professionalism, and the prompt response.
