    Thank goodness for Baker Brothers and David Jason, one of their men working on Saturday. I just had foot surgery and water was all around the toilet and soon to be on the bamboo floor. I am grateful for the office finding someone right away! Bakers Brothers,May each of you be blessed this Thanksgiving! You certainly deserve many blessings! On Monday my toilet was replaced and the old carried off. Then my Hot Water Heater was drained and I bought their annual membership, which I think will be very helpful! The owner, David talked with me and found me the perfect toilet for my small bathroom space. See photo. Thank you for helping my Thanksgiving Week to be even more grateful. Most importantly, he empathized with the situation that I and my family were in (horrible cold weather, single digit wind-chill and without heat/gas at home).     Plumbing is costly, so put that aside. Our technician, Mike Pack, gave us two quotes, one involving changing out two parts, the other involving cutting into the wall. He managed to go the first route, while all other quotes we got *assumed* they would have to cut into the sheetrock. We were very happy with Mikes work.

    I had sewer pipes replaced over 4 years ago by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I was happy with them then with the process. I recently decided to sell the home where the work was done and the buyers had some inspections done. Their plumbers tried to say that the sewer pipes had areas that had cracks and wanted to charge an enormous fee to dig up the yard, replace pipes and fix the sod. Benjamin Franklin had Cory Greenwood come out and he took a video camera through the pipes and was able to determine that the place where the cracks happened were outside my property and on the City of Richardsonā€™s system. Cory helped me feel confident that I could go to settlement on my house without a problem and also transfer the warranty of work they did to the new home owners.

    I really like the scheduling and arrival notification process for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I got a phone call that the service tech was on the way and a picture of Daniel Ruiz so that I would know what he looked like ahead of time. Daniel did a great job of diagnosing the problem I was having, explaining what he was doing along the way and had excellent customer service skills. His solution worked great and made a big difference. We are very happy!

    Such excellent service from Nicholas Green! We had an after hours emergency on a Friday night, we had an after hours emergency. Nicholas Green was at our house within 30 min. The next morning he replaced our water heater early and fast. His excellent customer service is the icing on the cake to his professionalism and work ethic. We couldnā€™t be more thankful! (And thanks to Whitney for being so helpful, too!)

    Our experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was 5-star...We needed to have service to our two outdoor water faucets that were leaking and already had a different company come out the week before who gave us a price quote for the work needed to be done and warned us about possibilities of drywall damage with a risk of extra cost in their quote.So we searched online for a better option and found the reviews for Benjamin Franklin, decided to give them a call and they were able to have a plumber dispatched the SAME DAY within a time window that worked for us. Nick (Nicholas), the plumber who helped us was right on time to assess the issue we were having and options to fix them, quoted us a competitive price on the spot and offered to get started immediately. Nick even gave us a heads up and 5 minute window prior to shutting off the water to the house, to ensure we had enough water to drink, use the restroom, etc., which we appreciated. Nick was able to get the work completed within 15-20 minutes! Finishing the work faster than expected, we were really wowed by his efficiency, friendliness and helpfulness. He then explained exactly what he did and was able to accept payment securely via his company iPad and we received a receipt along with warranty info on the work shortly after by email in PDF format. Nick also took the time to mention some tips for the future, with our hot water heater in mind. This was the most excellent, efficient and superb customer experience. On top of that, stellar service at a fair price. We 100% recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Look no further.

    Ben Franklin saved me life today. The water heater tank broke and they sent me a guy immediately (his name is Ben). That guy is very professional, knowledgeable and super fast.     I was pleased with installation of my 2 toilets. My plumber, Lionel, was professional and thorough in his installation and communication. He cleaned up the work site and took care to not scratch my hardwood floors as he brought in the toilets. What really pleased me is that he installed one toilet in a way that corrected/improved an error in the prior toilet install. He did this without cracking a single tile in the bathroom.

They also text me a link to follow Howard as he drove to my house.3. Howard arrived on time which I greatly appreciated. He assessed the leak and quickly determined hard water caused damage to faucet cartridge.4. Howard showed me the extensive damage hard water caused while he removed and replaced the cartridge.5.     12/12/2024ā€“Another great job from Ben Franklin Plumbing! Weā€™ve used BFP several times lately. They are fast, on time and competitively priced. Today, Jason holder repaired a leaking tub faucet in a little-used bathroom. He kindly took the time to remind us that we should run water in the sink and tub to keep water in the ā€œPā€ traps, preventing smelly sewer odors from coming into the house through the plumbing. A much appreciated reminder!Great service, great work! Ben Franklin (David Jason) did an outstanding job fixing our leaky toilet! They were able to schedule us for early afternoon but called back a few minutes later to say that Jason was available and could come right away. He was there and working in less than 30 minutes. The tank mounting bolts were corroded, loose and leaking. He replaced the bolts, recognized that the tank needed bigger bolt gaskets than originally provided, got it all back together and left the bathroom clean and ready for service. We are very pleased! We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing in the past and will certainly use David and Ben Franklin again in the future!

    I had Gene from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out to do the annual service on my water heater. This is the 6th year since they installed it. Iā€™ve never had a problem and they actually call to remind me every year. Only takes 45 minutes max and theyā€™re done. Peace of mind for another year!

    I been through 4 different companies trying to fix my tankless. 2 ghosted me 1 was an ass and finally a company and most importantly the tech was awesome.     Ive been calling Ben Franklin Plumbing for years and theyve never let me down. My hot water heater died last night and they had the new one in by lunch the next day.     Great job reasonable price. Replaced leaking outside faucet Michael and John did a terrific job. Showed up in about an hour and a half from the time I first called. Cleaned up the area and stayed with the price I was quoted when they arrived. I was quoted a price from another well known company that never came out to even look at the project that was 5 times higher. I had been using another very well know plumbing sevice in Dallas for over 30 years they changed ownership and service was terrible and overpriced after that purchase. Really glad I found Benjamin Franklin Plano they will be my new plumbers from now on. Highly recommended.

    Very quick response and David was able to help us determine that the issue we have is not a leak from any water supply lines or valves, but that itā€™s likely due to a shower drain thatā€™s not properly silicone caulked where the drain flange joins the shower pan.2nd time weā€™ve used Ben Franklin and if/any plumbing issues in the future will use them again.

    We most definitely would recommend Benjamin Franklin plumber, Michael, who did an excellent job for us this morning Wednesday, October 25, 2023. Michael came to our home and helped with an incomplete sink installation that a handyman started for us but never completed because the job was over his head. Michael completed the job. Plus, he is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He successfully installed the missing cup washer to our kitchen sink. We are happy with the quality work he provided us and we even discussed future plumbing upgrades that we will likely have him come back and do for us.

    Chuck diagnosed the leak location and determined that,at installation last Nov 2023, there was a missed pump to reroute condensation to sink overflow. That caused leakage and damage to our kitchen ceiling where the leak showed up. We need drying and repair. But more importantly, we will get a pump to carry away the condensation! Not sure how this error happened but Chuck reassured that the remedy will address the leak and prevent this from repeating.

    I want to thank Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for their superior service last week. Firstly, the customer service representative was so helpful and communicative from the beginning to the end. My service person, Joe Molina, was punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable and super polite. He was honest about the costs and gave me comparisons on pricing on what would help save me money on the long run. I had two leaky toilets (cheap builders-grade toilets) and had to have the water pipes replaced which meant he had to cut through the sheet rock. He replaced both the toilets on the same day within a few hours. Joe was immaculate with his work from the precision of the cut on the wall to leaving the bathroom spotless. Our needed repair turned into being a lot more complicated than anticipated. Both technicians put on shoe covers every time they entered the house, and left the job site spotless! This was our first time using Ben Franklin Plumbing, and we had a good experience.
