We had some unexpected broken pipes and got referred this company by a friend and I am so grateful for it. They did the work at a very fair price compared to what we were quoted elsewhere and every single person we interacted with was incredibly professional, nice and understanding of us just being stressed about the situation since we had like half a bathroom functional for 4 adults.We had a lot of questions about different things and everyone took their time to explain all the questions we had, were very communicative with schedule, the work etc and the job only took 3 days, which 2 of it was digging.Afterwards everything worked wonderfully and while I never want to deal with plumbing crap ever again, if I have to Im absolutely using them again

I relied on Accurate to reroute the cast iron sewer lines under my 40-year old house. It was quite nerve-racking, but the guys at Accurate made it seem routine (which for them, it is).Accurate really shined in dealing with my insurance company. They know how to talk to them, what documents to provide and how to work the system to get as much covered as possible. It took over a month of back-and-forth, but Accurate never seemed to get frustrated. Their patience paid off, as the project was almost completely covered (after deductible).The entire job was done in 5 days. From the first shovel hitting the dirt to the final hydrostatic test. I was never without sewer-line access, as they stagger the work one side of the house at a time. (it took longer for all the dirt to be put back because we had to wait for 3rd party inspections).Our only issues, which were minor, were with the excavation company that ACCURATE uses. They cut our fiber optic line (it looked like a root), but they paid to repair it the next day. And they had to cut my sprinkler lines--this was expected--but it leaked after they spliced them back together. Accurate paid for a sprinkler repair company to service the entire system and repair the remaining leaks.All and all, I would recommend Accurate in a heartbeat. We went from living under a ticking time bomb — would this next flush be the one? -- to having a PVC-pipe piece of mind.

Accurate Leak and Line was recommended to me by one of my close friends from church after he did a ton of research and got multiple bids and went with them. I could not be happier. From the master plumber who came out to do my estimate (he is also one of their owners) to the office staff to the scheduling, job supervision, digging/tunneling, plumbing connection guys, and finally the tunnelling crew who put the dirt back in, I am very pleased.They took great care of my property and were very diligent to get all of the old pipe out, even replacing all the way up to my shower drains, all toilet flanges, and my sink drains where they go through the slab. They did this work by tunnelling from the drains under the house and out to the side-yard, where they ran the pipes down to the front, connected the drains from both sides of my house, and then connected them to the city sewer. They were careful to confirm that they had good slope/grading to make the drains flow well.Not only did they do this job very well, they were also very fast, starting on 1/18/24 and getting it all done and back in order on 1/29/24 -- 12 days total -- and they did this with several days of hard rain in the middle where they couldnt work. Their digging crews worked on Saturday and Sunday to keep the project moving as soon as the rain stopped.When it was time to put the pipes all together, they kept our down time to an absolute minimum, meaning we never had to leave the house or be more than an hour or two where we couldnt put things down the drain. It was not at all disruptive to our lives as I thought it might be.This work is all they do, and it shows. These guys are super-proficient, treat their customers with great friendliness and respect, and get the job done fast. They also have a 10-year transferrable warranty, and this is a big and well-run company that has been around for years and will be around to service your warranty. I would use them again or recommend them to my friends without hesitation.

The sheet rock was cut with utmost precision and care and in squires, so that I did not have to use some one to repair it. They even tayped it to the wall precisily. All I have to do it to get some some one to paint it. No mess.

Accurate was the fourth company we spoke with in an attempt to diagnose a slab leak after a hydrostatic test failed following foundation work. A prior plumbing company made 2 site visits without being able to diagnose the leaks. Accurate saved us money by using an epoxy-based solution on one repair and they diagnosed several breakage points. Pricing and estimates were all up front with no surprises or add-ons.

I can’t say enough about my positive experience with Accurate Leak and Line. I was unfortunate enough to have a tree root intrusion in my sewer line that culminated directly under my driveway. After having two different companies provide estimates that required tearing up and replacing part of my drive cement with what I felt would be a detriment to curb appeal, I located Accurate Leak and Line. They were not only super competitive price wise, but did not require replacing any cement. From start to finish I would have to give 5 stars on prompt communications, scheduling and on time arrivals, limiting time without water and sewer service, and outstanding cleanup of the job site.I would definitely not hesitate to use them again if the need arose for their expertise.

Accurate Leak and Line were great to work with. We can’t recommend them highly enough. After some initial concerns about where our leak was they isolated it and started the repair right away. Their guys did an amazing job start to finish. We thought there would be a huge mess after all of the digging but you’d never know they even put a shovel in the ground. I hope I never have another leak but if I do I know who I’ll call.

These guys were absolutely incredible in replacing my cast iron sewer. They did it quickly, and you can barely tell that they were here. The city inspector that came by after the work was done made a point to come tell me how great this company was in all his inspections. Theyre not cheap, but they were not the most expensive either. Worth every penny, as far as Im concerned. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The work was good and the price was very reasonable. Communication could have been a lot better. I never knew when or if the workers were going to be at the house working on any given day (weather delays). When the work was complete, I wasnt notified. I just received the final invoice. All the workers who came through were friendly and professional, and the quality of the work is most important. Its only been a few weeks, but we are happy so far. The final cost matched the initial estimate, which was also very nice.

I normally dont take time to send a review, but Accurate Leak was great. I took a lot of time and had a lot of questions before I decided on a company to completely replace my drain/sewer lines under my home. They gave me a couple of options one to tunnel under my home and the other to reroute the lines which were options other companies provided as well, but they were the most responsive to all of my concerns. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do and provided pictures of the work they did under my home. I would highly recommend these professionals.

I was shocked to hear from the city of Frisco I had a under slab leak. I scheduled an appointment ASAP, Scott arrive checked the water meter, outside yard, house valve and walked whole house. He checked outside again and told me to check the icemaker before getting started. Of course, that was the problem. How many companies would have went through the motion just to bill me before telling me it was the ice maker.. These guys are ethical, highly recommend.

This company did a good job. The office staff was professional, the supervisor over the repair team was professional as well as the leak locator. Every step was simple. The dig team worked in the rain all afternoon to refill the hole and they then power sprayed our driveway cleaning all the mud off of it left everything clean, nice and neat.

I believe I had a good experience with Accurate Leak. Completed on schedule and what they told me would happen. The work appeared to be of quality. Sprinklers and drainage pipes that were disrupted were repaired when requested. If I had a few faults it was Accurate did not come back at the end to do a check list to close the work. I had to report any issues that I saw. A process at completion is needed. I will saw any issues I had they were very quick to remedy. The property well cleaned up after the job, hard to tell all the trench that was done.

When you find out that a house you bought 3 months before has roots in the sewage system due to rotting cast iron, it can be quite disturbing.After multiple bids from traditional plumbers and Accurate leak, we chose Accurate Leak because their solution was the most comprehensive and their price was half the cost. Their estimate was much more affordable than my other estimates. It was a complex job and they had a very hard-working crew. The team helped me with plumbing work related to some foundation repair I had done. It wasnt cheap, and turned into a huge job, but they worked with me the entire way over several weeks to get everything done. Throughout all of the work, we were without water for only a few hours each at a time which was nice. Very knowledgeable, professional, and timely.My only complaint was that the digging crew failed to re-route my A/C drain line while working in the area which caused water to backup into my house for a short time. Fortunately, someone was home, and I was able to correct the problem myself with no damage to my systems. Otherwise, the crew was fabulous, and worked hard in the summer heat to get the job done.

Unfortunately, I had to call Chad and Christian several times for different sewage and plumbing issues at my home and found their cost was comparable or lower to other companies so was glad to have found them for these problems. Their service is excellent. One call was for a water leak pouring from an outside faucet and down to the street. Another plumber could not get there for several days. Chad thought it might be the next day before they could get there and 30 minutes later his crew showed up unexpectedly, did a temporary fix with no charge. Highly recommend this company.

We had an old cast iron sewer line under our slab foundation that developed a whole and clogged the line. After getting four different quotes on how to address the issue, Chad from Accurate Leak and Line offered the best plan for addressing the issue (not digging through my patio), their price was extremely competitive and represented a solid value, and his expertise and professionalism was very clear. Work started less than a week after signing the proposal. Their excavation crew did an excellent job of containing debris and treating my property with care. We were able to use the guest bathroom throughout. The work took about a week altogether. When they were finished, the crew cleaned up everything very well. There was leftover soil from the excavation which they hauled away for me as well. Christian was our project manager and made sure we were always kept well informed of progress and what to expect. If your issue is a sub-slab repair or replacement I would highly recommend them. That is the only kind of work they do, so their specialization offers a very high quality of work with a fair price.

Instead of dissing the work that was done by previous owners - which seems to be the norm of most all companies, the Accurate team that came for the fix (Juan and team) provided creative solutions to fix a problem that was a headache and potentially very expensive. They were on time and respectful of my home situation as well and explained to me in detail what was wrong where and how he planned to fix it etc. Also left the workspace clean after done.I had talked to David in the beginning after I saw their truck on the freeway - and he was pretty clear about the process and timeline etc. Work was done exactly within estimated timeline.Overall a great experience. I got quotes from three businesses. The assessment was the same from all three. Replace two sections of sewer line. All three were good with communication. Accurate was slightly better than the other two. The lowest quote was from Accurate at $8000. A close second was Legacy Plumbing at $8900. The unpleasant surprise was Rescue Air/Plumbing at $20,600. When using Rescue on smaller jobs in the past, their plumbing fees seemed unusually high. This latest discrepancy confirmed that I’ll no longer consider Rescue for plumbing work. Accurate Leak did not disappoint, and I’ll be using them again.

We discovered, in the middle of another major renovation, we had cast iron plumbing beneath the slab foundation of our house which had rusted and corroded over the years. Our plumbing started backing up and were very quickly approaching a major mess. We interviewed multiple companies, some of which wanted to charge us the cost of a house for the repair and others who said the only way to repair the issue was to tunnel beneath the entire foundation and replace every piece of plumbing piece by piece or jackhammer through our tile and wooden floors through the foundation. Chad visited and listened to all of my concerns and offered a solution that would replace our plumbing with minimal interruption to our daily lifestyle. Christian was on site to coordinate everything and kept us abreast of what was going on daily. I was most pleased with the fact that I did not have to move out of the house with my wife and 3 small children. We were instructed ahead of time to not run water or use the bathroom in certain areas of the house while repairs were going on. It was a costly and extensive project, but for the amount of labor that went into tunneling, replacing and externalizing plumbing which was beneath my slab, I felt pricing was fair and the results were worth it. From start to finish Accurate L&L was probably the best help I could’ve asked for when we needed to replumb our house due to bad sewage pipes two years ago. Christian is the man. Extremely satisfied with the entire process of discovery of the problem (cast iron sewer pipe under house collapsed - 44 years old), outlining alternatives with pros and cons, providing very reasonable quote, and getting the job done quickly and with high quality. These people are honest - a big plus these days. In addition, they know what they are doing and have skilled labor that was remarkable - they had to dig a trench four feet deep across the front yard and down the side of the house for placement of the new PVC sewer line - AND, they didnt break any wires (internet, phone, etc or any other underground utilities. They did an amazing job of tunneling under two sections of the house to connect up to the drain lines (sinks, toilets, etc) and completed the job with no problems with the City inspectors. They provided photos of everything they did under the house. They filled in the trenches and compacted the earth accordingly. Would highly recommend these folks for any related work as above - - they are very good to work with - -no surprises.
