Christian did a great job in my post installation inspection. Helped ensure the airflow was redirected to the side of the house that was colder than the warmer side of the house. He also ensured we knew the details of our warranty and other miscellaneous details. I love how systematized & documented Milestone has made their whole process from A-Z and doesn’t question any complaint I had. Matthew Lacey did a wonderful job and is a pleasure to deal with. We discovered that there was an issue with one of the island pendant lights I purchased, so he had to make 2 trips to our home to complete the installation. Jose was very knowledgeable about my AC unit. Immediately he diagnosed the problem with my thermostat. The hub was not functioning send the wrong voltage to the thermostat. Also he noticed several loose wires that fell out when he attempted to remove them. Hes very proficient in his knowledge AC control panels. He did a really great job.

It was my first time to engage Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing, and I have to say that I was extremely impressed and happy with my experience. I had submitted a request online and later that morning I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and professionalism of the lady who handled my request and scheduling. Additionally, there was a follow up call by another person to see if I would be able to accommodate their technician a little earlier since they were already in the area. Upon arrival, two gentlemen arrived in Milestone uniforms and I could tell by their introduction and demeanor that they were ready to tackle just about any electrical problem that I could give them. So, I proceeded to discuss the initial reason for the call which was to install an outlet in the area where my water heater was. (I wanted the outlet to power a newly installed FloodStop device on the water heater since I didnt want to rely on batteries for the devices operation.) Bryan (the lead electrician) discussed how they would approach the installation and what they would be looking for. He was very detail oriented and explained everything. I had some additional electrical work that I had questions about and Bryan listened to my thoughts and provided his advice on each future plan that I had. He worked up the solutions and pricing so that I could plan appropriately. He also explained the Milestone Advantage Plan, its costs and benefits. And he provided pricing on each solution with and without the plan. Work was completed in a flash, just like their motto says! I definitely appreciated the great professionalism exhibited by Bryan and Simon as well as the rest of the office staff. I look forward to doing additional business with them to handle my large-scale electrical needs.

I live in an older home and knew the time would come when I’d have to address some electrical safety issues. Having recently become a Milestone advantage customer, I decided to take advantage of the perk for a free Safety Inspection. Alex arrive within 30 minutes of my arrival timeframe exhibiting the friendliest personality. After explaining the process, he got started. After about 45 minutes, he presented me with his findings. It wasn’t bad at all for a house nearing 40 years old. He, also, point out things which weren’t critical which I should be aware. There wasn’t any scary sales pitch just the facts. I appreciated his candor and insights. Looking forward to him returning to perform the tasks we agreed upon.

I had them out for a quiet to run power from the house to a workshop and while there discovers that my 30 year old panel was a pretty big fire hazard. I had wrong fuses from past work that were arcing and melting the bus bar. I have them coming out to replace the whole main panel I a few days.The came out yesterday and replaced my main panel and did an outstanding job and quicker then I expected!I highly recommend them to any and everyone.

A/C broke down, temperature almost 100 and inside temp 85. While could not fix that day, parts needed, the very next day, personnel came out and installed new parts. It is working, yeah. I found Technicians to be excellent, as well as courteous, caring and effective in explains the process. Definitely recommend. One other thing, the personnel with whom I spoke on the phone were fantastic, even taking up my cause and ensuring that I would receive service quickly. Even called me back to explain what happening and assuring that Milestone would get things fixed that day, very caring.

Angel Balleza from Milestone did a wonderful job for us today replacing a leaking coil in our AC system. When he arrived, he told us exactly what he would be doing and how long it would take to get the work done. When he removed the old coil, he showed it to us and patiently answered our questions. His job wasn’t complete until he ran checks to make sure pressure numbers were right and we were comfortable with the house temperature. Francisco is the Best! Seriously! I had quite a night because of my water heather burst. I called Milestone by 8am and before noon Francisco was already working. He asses the situation provide me the quote with reasonable fair pricing and he started working right away.Process will take longer than one day since I need restoration services before installing the new water heather. But Francisco took care of everything. Profesional and assisting in every posible way through the process. If the were more than five starts he definitely deserve more than 5.

Adam Sanchez and Alex Perez went well beyond in providing excellent customer service. In 102 degree heat, they installed a HVAC system. I call this dedication to their job with great professionalism. Milestone should be happy and proud with these employees.

Jeb has been to our home twice. Each time he is very efficient and does a great job of explaining what is causing the issues. If he can’t find a problem or is unsure, he doesn’t try to charge you. I recommend him as a technician if you have any issues with your A/C system.

I will get right to it here...Phillip (electrician), Brian (plumbing) and Jayne (finance) are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! It all started with an electrical problem, Phillip showed up listened/diagnosed but heard me talking about a plumbing and HVAC problem. He handdled that too, called in and had rockstar number 2 on the way in no time and a meeting . I debriefed with both, understood both my electrical and plumbing issues and already knew the HVAC problems...all of which lead to the next problem...coughing up the cash. While I have the cash set aside, handing it over is just as painful...until I met Jayne (thanks to Phillip) who said I got you...10 minutes later I had a plan of action to get all the work (plus a little more) done at my house and favorable financing terms to boot. Folks...I can not say enough...if you have a need or question or problem DO NOT hesitate to call Milestone and ask for Philip, Brian or Jayne...it just doesnt get any better than thaese folks here.Gus...PLEASE take noticve of this review and use these 3 people to train any and all new employeees on what caring and customer service looks like. I criscross the country focused on commercial real estate and development, run large teams of professionals and deal with contractors/subcontractors everywhere...if I had a crew like this we would be unstoppable, you have hired and trained the best...thank you.

I am trying to be very generous here by leaving a 4 star review.They charged me $570 for what was, in total, an hour, maybe an hour and a half of work. This was not at emergency hours - we scheduled a couple days in advance. The work was acceptable but I am extremely unhappy with the price. Because my tenant had a leak that needed to be resolved, they had me over a barrel, or I would have told them no.Why is your hourly rate higher than my lawyer? I bet the plumber doesnt see that money.
