I had such an amazing experience with this company and with my plumber Cole in particular. I was so scared when I realized I had a big leak in a home I had just moved into, but they sent out Cole quickly and he was so helpful to me! Cole was so thorough, persistent through any of the tricky parts, and went above and beyond maneuvering around tight spaces to make sure we wouldnt have to cut into any tiles or cause me additional repairs. Cole was very patient with me and explained everything along the way and answered all of my questions! His expertise was clear and I feel thankful I was paired up with someone as kind and knowledgeable to help me through such a stressful situation. I had two plumbing issues – one of the toilet handles was broken and there was no water supply in the master bath tub. Cameron & Kyle came from Roto Rooter and they started diagnosing the problems. They spent quite a bit of time with the master bath tub, as this was a unique problem. However, throughout their time at my place, they were very polite and gave me the updates intermittently. As they realized that they needed new parts for both the issues, they went out to purchase those parts, as they didn’t have in their stock. They were able to get the parts for the toilet handle, but, not for the master bath. So, they fixed the toilet and helped me order the parts for the bath tub. They came back after 2 days once we had the part and fixed the water flow in the tub. Throughout the process, they were very cordial, always very responsive and took time to explain if I had any questions/concerns. At the end, they were able to fix both issues. So, thank you Cameron & Kyle. I will highly recommend them, if you have any plumbing concerns!

I hired Roto Rooter to remove an existing faucet AND install a new one however it ended up being a removal only which was not clear by the plumber who came out. He got the job done but I paid $250 for maybe an hour of work. Given how expensive their service is I will be looking for a more cost-efficient option next time.

Kyle at Roto rooter came to our home on emergency last night at 10:00 pm when our main sewer line started backing up into our house. Two supervisors arrived shortly after. They worked late into the night. They were able to unblock the sewer line obstruction which was tree roots & multiple sections of broken pipe. With a camera that they fed down into the pipe they were able to diagnose the problem. Roto rooter will return in a few days to dig up the 50 year old sewer line & replace with new pipes. We dont know what we would have done had they not come & worked so efficiently. They were kind & extremely competent at their job. I do not hesitate to highly recommend them!!

It was the day after thanksgiving and I was taking a shower when I noticed the water not draining.Then I got out of the shower and went to check the toilet and faucet and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I just bought the home and didn’t know what was going on so I called roto rooter. They were to the house within 30 min the day after a holiday and didn’t try to rip me off.To be honest I think the cost to unclog the main sewer line was very over priced ($600) but they had a discount t with cand for a food drive which was cool. Other than the cost I would hands down recommend these guys. 10/10 for Preston and Mason solely.Thanks!

Victor, the technician, had the drain in kitchen sink cleared totally within half hour of arriving. So, I would highly recommend this company for others, and if we need plumbing work again, they will be who I call.

But Luis was very kind and generous with his honest feedback. I felt no pressure from him to choose RotoRooter. My interactions with Roto Rooter started poorly. 2 months ago they supposedly fixed my septic tank for $3500. Then 2 months later they diagnose new roots that were fully mature and had grown into the septic pipes in just a short time which they said they could fix for an additional $5000.Needless to say these werent new roots and the $3500 I spent fixing my septic 2 months ago was money poorly spent and did not fix the septic. I was very frustrated and disappointed.Thank goodness Tommy at Roto took charge. He contacted me and was very professional. He told me he would take care of the issue and he did. In record time. After calling several local plumbers and not being able to get ahold of anybody, I Googled Emergency Plumbers. Roto-Rooter popped up right away. The website said Tucson (were a little over an hour away), but I was familiar with the Roto-Rooter name, and I was desperate because our faucet underneath the bathroom sink was leaking AND we had company flying in the next day. The lady on the phone let me know ahead of time there was a travel charge and itd be about 90 minutes. Jacob arrived in that time frame, checked out the issue, wrote down what needed to be fixed and the cost, and explained everything before proceeding. Jacob was professional, friendly, funny, honest, and thorough. He even asked my husband if he wanted to watch him and he explained what he was doing during the process of fixing the issue. During the visit, Jacob discovered another issue we had with our plumbing and gave us an estimate without pushing us to schedule the repair with Roto-Rooter. After he was done, he sat with us and reviewed everything again. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter for my future plumbing needs and will request Jacob George for my technician.
