Glad to have come across the number for oh No Plumbing & AC when we found ourselves with a clogged drain for our washing machine. James was professional and knowledgeable and was able to clean the drain quickly. They also sent a camera into our sewer lines for preventative measures. Their pricing was fair and the service was great. Definitely saving and sharing their info.

Greg was outstanding. Very professional and installed a new hot water heater the day I called for service. He had a new water heater on his truck, so there was no waiting. Ya, this was expensive, but no more than any another quotes I received and I felt they were fair. For the price and great service, I would use them again, but I hope I never have too.

From the moment we discovered issues, the sales and office staff at OH NO Plumbing and Air Conditioning promptly scheduled our upcoming service, making sure to be mindful of our schedules. They even initiated communication informing us each time they were headed to our home to perform service. OH NO Plumbing and Air Conditioning had the incredible job of removing an existing water softener system that was corroded and leaking as well as removing and installing two new A/C units in our home last week. I feel it is important to mention the fact that the temperature conditions outside were HOT, breaking heat records in the valley. The team was incredibly polite and courteous, attentive to our needs and answered every question we had. Mikie, Antonio, Levi, and Jacob worked not only, professionally but efficiently, all day, to get our units installed to make sure we had our A/C up and running for a comfortable night. They were back bright and early the next day to complete the final touches to our A/C install and then proceeded to reinsulate our attic, an incredible undertaking, especially with the temperatures in the 100s. Greg and Josh, with the plumbing team, reinstalled a water conditioning system as well as an R/O system after problem solving the leaking, corroded pipes. This team of highly motivated professionals with OH NO PLUMBING and Air Conditioning are top notch! We highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and A/C needs! We had a water maintenance done. We had some issues with miscommunication about the price but I am impressed with how they handled the issue. The staff called us back and then after, I also received a call from the manager to make sure everything is ok. Josh, the maintenance man did a great job. Incredible service in all regards.I called in to get my tankless water heater serviced and the scheduler was able to get someone to my house by the next morning! Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and polite, and that process went very easily.The plumber they sent to my house, William, arrived right on time and was FANTASTIC! The process called for flushing my heater for about 45 minutes, and during that time William inspected the rest of my unit, and answered countless questions I had for him ranging from how to perform the flush myself, to the water column my unit could reliably produce. He answered every single question without missing a beat, pleasant and polite the whole time.The price was very reasonable, and there was not a single part of the experience that I could see needing improvement. I dont usually write reviews, but I feel Oh No, and William, deserve visibility for providing excellent service. Well definitely be calling them for any future work we need done.

Mikie/Michael is the fricken MAN. We were paying for some special membership with another company for our AC and when ours stopped working, they couldnt see us for 4 days... long story short, Oh No saw us within 24hrs and even fixed the AC!! Michael was super nice and easy going and answered all of our Qs. After a day of no AC and having to take my kids and dogs elsewhere, i was overcome with joy when that AC kicked on. So glad to be able to sleep in my own bed tonight! Oh No is definitely our new go-to for our HVAC needs.
