    Brandon Lima installed our new RO and replaced our kitchen faucet. He did a fantastic job. He also took the time to help address some other plumbing issues we’re having with our new home. Next week he’ll be out to install a re-cirque pump on our water heater. I couldn’t be more happy with his work!

    I was driving past this company doing work at another house and ask them if they had time to do an estimate at my house. Within minutes I had a proposal in front of me. Being an out-of-state contractor myself in the same trade I cannot stand companies that are not transparent and quick to the price these guys are, and they delivered exactly what they said they would. The install was perfectly clean they used drop cloths and the two that installed the work were very polite and courteous. The garage for our short term rental will feel comfortable for anyone working out thanks to the new ductless unit they installed.

    We moved into a new home and I decided to use our single garage as a home gym. I contacted several different companies in the valley for a mini split A/C system and received a number of quotes. Many companies tried to oversell me on what I needed - one company tried to sell me a 24k BTU unit for a 265 sq ft garage and wanted to pull up my driveway for the extra power needed (over $13k quote)!Most companies charge between $4k - $8k for a 12k BTU ductless mini split installation. I paid an electrician $550 to run the wire, and American Home Water & Air was the ONLY company that provided honest, straightforward pricing on their mini split as well as their water softeners. I ended up hiring them to do both and we are satisfied with the professionalism, service, and quality so far. I was able to get my brand new mini split, water softener, and chlorine filter all installed for under $5k.Thank you Vernon, Omar, and Michelle for your great service!

    Trey Grandberry is the reason for this 5 star rating. He is quiet, efficient, and does excellent work. American Home water and air has been our AC provider for over 8 years and we have had trouble the last year, especially the last 2 weeks, having someone reschedule our appointments without telling us they were doing so. A day taken off work wasted waiting for people who don’t show up. I gave them another chance, after two un communicated reschedules in 2 weeks, and Trey was and is their saving grace. He is the first technician who arrived before 8 am but waited until 8 am on the dot to ring the doorbell. He has 220 5 star reviews and I can see why. Extremely professional. Usually technicians leave their home base at 8 am and get to me 8:30 or so. He went above and beyond today. I appreciate Trey and hope the company does, too.Trey has set a new bar for a 5 star review. He deserves 10 stars. I hope American home water and air realizes the gem they have in him, and doesn’t use him to cover up their 0 Star parts, without recognition and pay to match his performance and who he is.

    Update 8/5/24: Dylan came out last month to replace our water softener and we added on the whole house filter - They are both amazing!! American Home Water is still consistent in keeping good communication and quality products and workmanship. Dylan made sure everything was as set up and working and double checked to make sure we wouldnt have any issues! Excellent service as always!We purchased an Alkaline RO system from American Home Water & Air back in 2020. The system has worked really well for us and we haven’t had any issues with the equipment.We had the annual service performed today. Higi came out for the service and he was AWESOME! Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. There were ZERO sales tactics or pressure. The whole appointment was easy, quick and we would 100% recommend American Home Water and Air (and especially Higi)Side note: Getting ahold of the main office with questions and to schedule appointments has always been easy. Their communication is fantastic and they keep you updated about the appointment and when the technician is on the way out. All around excellent service!

    Another fantastic experience with AHWA. Our AC went out over the weekend. Called after hours, got to speak with a person and with 2 mins had an appt. Curtis arrived first thing in the morning, immediately diagnosed the problem and the repair was completed within minutes. Despite the heat and what his day/week was about to be like (temps upper 113+) he was courteous, professional and cared about our comfort. Highly impressed and will continue to use AHWA for all our HVAC needs.

    Update: I was called and told they would service my HVAC system so I figured I had paid for it so ok lets try this again. This time they sent Trey and he did a phenomenal job. He was super personable and through . I even bought another maintenance package. Thanks Trey and American Home. You won me back and I appreciate a company that does the right thing.I had my air conditioner installed and a water softener installed back in 2016. I have had them perform the maintenance since then and Tim Scott is the tech I always request. Tim did a good job. I always have bought their maintenance pkg for twice a year. Just called to have the second visit scheduled and was told it expired. I was never told it would expire. The guy on the phone said we called you 4 times. They did call a couple of times and left me a vm but not once did they say it expired. I will never again do business with them. Its a scam as far as Im concerned. I paid for a 2 time visit so I should be able to schedule it when its convenient for me. Done.

I run a dog boarding business and had my house annually serviced yesterday the first tech replaced something and sent my ac unit haywire my house got as hot as 83 last night.     These folks installed 2 new units for me 3-4 years back. I have them on a service contract, and they do a great job of keeping the systems ticking over. I found them on Yelp and they had one of the highest ratings there. Highly recommended.6/8/23 - I have taken up a biannual service contract with AHWA and it has worked out well. They come regularly and clean and overhaul my two units every six months. This last week one of the systems had a problem. They were willing to come out the same day, but i told them it would be fine the next day. Turns out one of the caps had failed, they were able to diagnose and repair quickly. The beauty of the maintenance contract is preferential service attention, a discount on the repairs and no initial call out diagnosis fee. Friendly service technicians. Highly recommend these folks

    Had a softener installed and a loop retrofit done recently to accomodate it. One if the best, cleanest jobs Ive seen and ever had done in our home.     We used American Home Water & Air in 2017 and again today. The service is STILL excellent and professional. We had our RO system repaired and 5 stage filter change. Louis was able to install a faucet as well. All of the work took less than an hour and they made sure to clean up afterwards and tested everything before they left. Will continue to use American Home in the future! Great work guys!

    I reached out to AHW&A on a Thursday morning, they had an estimator to my place that day and came to install 2 days later. I am more than pleased with their customer service and technicians. From start to finish it was a positive experience. The install went smoothly, they had a 5 man team for my job and got it done quickly. The guys answered every question I had and most importantly they got AC to the house. I had contacted 4 companies and this was the most responsive and quickest to schedule me. Their estimate was comparable to other quotes I got for the work. I plan on using them again in the near future to replace my 5 ton unit as well. I should also mention that I was referred to this company by a family member who also had a 5 star experience with their install.

    I needed a plumber to replace a worn-out hot water tank. I threw it out on Yelp and found a few folks that responded with different prices and what they intended to do for me. Well, I found American Plumbing satisfied what I needed and gave a very competitive quote. They replaced both hot and cold water lines to the tank, the pan that it sits on, and of course, a new Bradford water tank.Daniel, the service technician, did a great job and arrived early for my appointment. He knew what he was doing and was a well-trained installer; he cleaned up very well after he installed the new tank. He also went over the warranty and was very friendlyI am pleased with the work and new tank. I would use them again, and I would recommend American Plumbing for your plumbing and HVAC needs.

    My AC unit died on a 109 degree day (Thursday). They were able to get someone out same day. I bought a new unit Thursday night. They fit in the installation the 2 next evenings after their full schedule and worked until 9:00 & 10:00 PM to get it done (which they didn’t have to do). I had a new furnace and new AC and my house was cool Saturday night. They really went above and beyond, were very professional, and take pride in what they do.     Our annual service of the RO water system was done a few days ago. Higi was our service technician. Its so rare nowadays to receive such great service, I just had to write this review. Higi was phenomenal! He was like a machine cleaning and changing out the filters. Totally focused on the work; no nonsense; very professional. When he was finished he explained what I needed to do to check for leaks (there were none) and cleaned up after himself. To the management of American Home Water - I hope youre paying this guy top dollar because you have a really great one. I wish MY customer service reps were this good!

American Home Water & Air sent technician Tim Scott to our home a few hours after I called. Great response time and Tim was very thorough in checking the insulation, coils, freon, coolant, etc. He found some issues and made the appropriate repairs.
