Ernie and Carlos were excellent during the installation, professional and courteous, and took the time to walk us through the new unit and its features. Highly recommend them for any AC needs!

Gave good information that I didnt know, even on financing. I highly recommend this company, as a former Marine myself, I feel they uphold the standard expected from a veteran owned company with the name Semper Fi.

We recently had a new AC systems installed (air handler and AC unit). Everyone from the Technician (Dave) who came out on a Sunday, one hour after I scheduled a last minute appointment, to the installers who installed the system, and even the girls who helped schedule the appointment, were all so nice, polite and professional! After the work was complete, the installers left a nice clean work area, which I appreciate! Semper Fi will be my go to for any heating and cooling issues in the future!

Same day service appreciated. Our air was only blowing room temperature air, not cool - not good in Phoenix!! A technician came out the same day and assisted with replacing a part and cleaning the coils and we were back up in running within a couple of hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable tech.

I bought a brand new ac unit with Semper Fi over 2 years ago. The customer service is amazing and they have some of the best prices I found while I shopped all around for estimates.I have no regrets choosing them for my heating and cooling and I recommend them to everybody that I can.I was recently having issues with my unit and they came out the same day i called with a time window of 6pm to 10pm. My technician, Kayin Dacruz was fantastic. He called me at 6pm and asked if it was OK he come by and look at my unit and he also showed up within 30 minutes, like he said he would. He answered all my questions, no matter how stupid or repetitive they were and was not only very professional and informative, but very thorough and a real pleasure to work with.Please continue to be amazing!

Tech checked all areas of my newer AC unit (4/2022) that I have inspected every 6 months and found that the blower wheel was rusting/pitted and part was covered but not the labor. Will be following up with Semper Fi to find out how to prevent this issue going forward before i have it replaced or cleaned/coated. Humidity in house is 40% to 50% which is considered normal in AZ.Overall I am happy with their customer service since replacing our AC unit and getting this issue resolved/repaired.

I actually contacted two other services that never got back to me. Had Semper Fi come out and look at my 13 year old roof top unit with a failing reversing valve. It would have been too high of a risk to repair for the age of the unit, and a possible weakened compressor, so a new unit was our option. Sat down with The Rep Thomas and he walked us through the process and Scheduled the install that week for September 11th. Installers showed up and got to work, had a small issue with the Crane truck being too small to get past our trees. Had to request a bigger crane truck and they showed up a couple hours later. They finished the install and now my house is cool again. Thank you Thomas and thank you Semper Fi . :)

I had 2 A/C units installed about 4 months ago. I unit has broken a total of 3 times. I’ve been waiting on a part for over 6 weeks now. With no call or updates. It’s an upstairs unit with 5 bedrooms. They offered me a portable A/C unit. ( what’s that going to do with 5 bedrooms?) called over 4 times. Keep getting the run around. The checkup took less than 20 minutes which was fine.He suggested that I might want to change out the capacitors at this time, but since the unit is only 3 years old, still under warranty, and should no fail out here in the extreme heat of the desert I declined.Overall friendly service with a smile.

My first scheduled checkup appointment was great. The service person was very courteous and professional and arrived close at the beginning of my 4 hour appointment window. Why can’t a specific appointment time be made instead of a 4 hour window? Anyway, I greatly appreciated that he arrived at the beginning of my appointment window. He recommended that I purchase a surge protector and a run capacitor to prevent already visible circuit board scarring only after the unit being in service from July 2023. Unfortunately I cannot afford it right now. I wish it was offered during the initial sale so I could have made that cost part of the initial loan amount.

The next day the team showed up very professional and so polite all questions were answered. After putting in over an 8 hour job my new unit was up and running. Unfortunately he could not get the unit fixed and we had to replace it. Unit is 20 years old. And was on its last leg last year .The install team came the next day and installed everything in a day. Always glad to support veteran owned business and will be recommending them to everyone.

Semper Fi truly blew all of my expectations out of the water! My parents AC went out and the entire unit had to be replaced. I helped them get quotes from several companies but the only one who stood out was Semper Fi. They had a technician come out same day, Andre, who was genuine, professional, kind, and patient- answering all of my parents questions. He explained everything and ensured my parents felt confident in their decision. He came back a second time to review the contract and again, spent several hours with my parents explaining all of the details and setting expectations. He truly went above and beyond. On the day of the install, the crew was extremely professional and thorough, even locating and repairing some additional things they found while they were doing everything and keeping my parents apprised the whole time.
