    I can not say enough good things about Tyson and his crew at Phoenician Plumbing. We have, unfortunately, had to have them out a few times, but I wouldnt call anyone else first.The team is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and really easy to get a hold of and talk to. Tyson has taken a ton of time and care to explain things to me, teach me how to do things on my own, and has always been available. He is working really hard to build a quality company that does great work and has a great reputation. You can tell he cares deeply about doing a job well.On top of it all, they are affordable and clearly not trying to rip you off. I highly recommend Phoenician to anyone who asks me for the name of a good a plumber.

    Were first-time homeowners in a historic home, and weve called on Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing several times over the past few years. Tyson and his team are extremely friendly, professional, and prompt, and he always does a great job explaining the issue and how it was resolved. We also feel his pricing is very fair. Tyson has tackled routine issues in the house -- leaky bathtub drain, faucets, and toilets -- and most recently diagnosed and repaired a mysterious pool of standing water in our back yard in about an hour. (!) We wouldnt use anyone else, and we have his number saved permanently in our phones!

    I have used Phoenician Plumbing for years. Tyson is professional, reliable, knowledgeable and a great plumber. Companies typically have corporate mentality and customers are just a number, Tyson provides better service at a fair price really cares about his customers and fixing their plumbing problems. Phoenician Plumbing is the only company I trust to work on my mine my mothers and friends plumbing issues.

    This company is amazing! Called them approx 4pm at night and the next day despite having a busy schedule Tyson was at my house at 830am like he said he would be. Helped detect my problem and fix the issue quickly without spending a fortune like I was going to have to with other companies. Can’t say enough positive thing about Phoenician Plumbing. They’ll be my go to plumber from now on. Thanks again!!!

    My experience with Phoenician Plumbing was consistent with many of the other reviews. Bottom line....Tyson is professional. He promptly returns calls, is very knowledgeable, scheduling is quick and they show up reliably. They are fairly priced and 100% stand by their work. Customer service at this high level is a rare thing these days.

    My pipe burst in my yard. Tyson was over in a matter of minutes and was able to fix it immediately. He let me know what he found and was able to fix it. No hidden costs! If I ever need plumbing work done he will be the first person I call. Very professional. I recommend him to everyone I know.

    Cant say enough great things about Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing. I noticed some pooling water in my front yard. Dug around enough to see it was beyond my DIY. Called Tyson at Phoenician Plumbing. Jacob was here within an hour or so. Found the leak at the connection of the water main into the house. About 4 feet down in muck since it had been leaking for awhile. Was here about six hours and left at 8:30 last night. I very much appreciate the prompt response and dedicated service that does things the right way.

    Tyson called to send someone out immediately once he got the call that I had an emergency regarding a leaking/broken water heat valve. Jeremy came out and was very professional and efficient. The work he completed in a timely manner while providing a respectful, friendly attitude answering any questions and fully explaining all work he intended to do.     Had an under slab water line burst. Called Tyson and he explained how to shut my water off over the phone. Came out that day. Capped off the bad line and restored water to the rest of our house. Came back the next day and rerouted the water line through the attic with minimal dry wall damage. Very clean, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I have used them several times since then. Only plumber I will ever call. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

    Phoenician plumbing did a great job on short notice. I was referred to them when I had multiple pipe leaks. Jacob came out, even earlier than he thought and spent the entire day fixing the original problems, laying new pipes, and then fixing new leaks when the water was turned on. I wish more companies had the work ethic and attention to detail that phoenician Plumbing has. I will contact them again when I build my house in a few months.
