Grand Canyon Home Services is a great choice for your home A/C needs! My air conditioner went out on me and an inspector came. He checked it out and determined that I needed a new one, and I did. The workers that came to do the job were professional, polite, respectful of property, and very efficient. They replaced my A/C in a half a day. The inspector came back to check the job. My new unit works perfectly. I had a chance to meet Mark, the companys owner, when he, too, came by. I highly recommend this company!

Todd Pipitone, Service expert, Is very knowledgeable and professional in his position. Keep in mind they do cooling heating plumbing and electrical so not only do they take care of your Air Conditioners But they also do many other things related to the service of your home. Highly recommended!

The service men arrived on time. They put on shoe covers and started working immediately.My logshad originally been put in incorrectly causing the fire to go out. After correcting that issue, they checked all the fireplace parts and maintained them.I really appreciated how careful they were not get dust on the tile or rug. The me were very pleasant and told me how to better use my fireplace. Both the hearth and fireplace were vacuumed; as well as the general area.Their service was very affordable and Im so pleased with the results!

Kyle with Grand Canyon Home Services was wonderful! He came to service/maintenance my gas fireplace. He reassured me it was safe and got it in good working condition for the winter. While Kyle was here I also asked him to service my water heater. I am so thankful he had the extra time as initially I only called for the fireplace. I appreciated his flexibility and knowledge on both systems. I would use Grand Canyon for any future needs as my experience was very pleasant.

Todd did a great job and was very helpful with the maintenance of my air conditioner. I wanted him to use a special cleaner for my chemical sensitivities and he did so. He also replaced the light bulb in my UV light that was on the air conditioner. I am very appreciative.

Air conditioner started making loud noise and rattling outside wall.Todd from Grand Canyon came to do six month service and found major problem with cooling system. Lucky for me it was before heat really kicked in so unit was ordered and installed by two highly efficient repairmen before completely going out. They were here working most of the day and cleaned up every scrap of dust along with doing a great installation.Todd then came and inspected installation and unit. I am very happy to say my home is cool and no noise at all from unit! I have recommended Grand Canyon air to neighbors and friends. My son used them for a new unit and was also very please with their product and installation.

I am very pleased overall with the quality of service l received from Grand Canyon Home Services. I called after my ac unit stopped heating or cooling. When I called to make an appointment I was treated very courteously. The service tech Tommy arrived on time the next day. He was professional and personable and diagnosed the problem quickly. It turned out that the outside blower motor was bad. He took his time replacing the motor and capacitor in a very conscientious manor. He showed me the the old motor when he was finished and showed me that the motor shaft was pretty much frozen and could not be turned by hand (it should turn freely). The ac unit works great now putting out more heat than it has for a long time. I will definitely call on them again.

First time customer, and longtime homeowner. Never needed an electrician until now, but i want to say that I am very pleased with the customer service, reasonable pricing and the work our Service Expert provided. We had a complicated electrical issue with our dryer wiring that required new conduit from the dryer to the electrical box. Todd did a very professional job fixing the problem and running the conduit through our garage. Its not always easy to find a good contractor, so i just wanted everyone to know that we had a positive experience. Thank you.

Grand Canyon came to our home to give a second opinion. We had been told that the coil was bad during a maintenance check by another company. The other company quoted a price well over $1,000. Grand Canyon arrived on time, checked out the unit, and said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the coil. Grand Canyon could have said that there was a problem and made a quote on the spot. They were honest, and their honestly saved us a lot of money. As soon as they left, I called and set up a maintenance plan with them. Their honesty gave them a new customer today!

GCHS was our 2nd call for an estimate on repairing our 20 year old air conditioning unit. As the first, the cost to repair was not worth considering however their quote for a new Lennox system was substantially less than another quote we had received. They installed our new system within 2 days (in August!), they were professional and courteous, and the price was exactly as agreed. We highly recommend Grand Canyon Home Services!

AC went out Saturday night this past weekend, called the number at 5am Sunday, Technician - Todd was there by 930am and has AC unit running by 10 am, couldnt be happier with there customer service and master technicians. They do offer a yearly service package, that is the only way to go..

I called to have my old HVAC system checked - the old system was circa 1997 and beyond repair - I ordered a new Lennox 5 ton HVAC system thru Brandon - GCHS made good on their installation date - the installers and components were here on time and the old system removal and new system installation went great - I chose GCHS because they stand behind their products and their work - Michael just did a post install inspection and topped off the freon and will be back in 6 months for another checkup - my wife and I are very happy with all the service and experience thru GCHS - thanks!

These guys came out and gave us a 2nd opinion for free. Found the leak in our line (Christian Brothers offered us a leak detection service for $700) they said was obvious. Went up in the attic with the sniffer to make sure no other leaks (other guys just looked at the compressor. So pleased with Nick and Jasper who went above and beyond the call of duty coming back out the next day to fix leak and fill refrigerant. House is back to habitable. Nice and COOOOOOOLLLLLLLLD!! Thank you dudes!
