I cant say enough good things about Roland at ER Tankless. Our water softener failed and unbeknowst to us, the sediment got into our plumbing lines. This caused our washing machine to fail twice due to clogs in the water intake line. The appliance repair company said you have to get your lines flushed.We called another (major) plumbing company and the tech (more like a salesman) came out and gave us quote of $1500 to flush the lines and told us we would also have to replace the water heater as there is no way to completely clear the sediment from the 50 gal tank. That was going to $8k for a tankless Navien unit installedWe wanted a second opinion and called ER Tankless. Roland said he would come out the same day and assess the situation. After inspection he agreed that the lines needed to be flushed and also let us know that a tankless system would have to have a way to discharge condensation (which the other company never mentioned). His plan was to install lines for the condensation water and a p trap to discharge the water into the sewage lines. He also took the time to explain why the unit is not one size fits all and we dont want a unit with a capacity greater than our 2 bed/2 bath 2000 sq ft house would needLong story short he showed up the next day at 1pm and worked until 6:30pm at which time our lines were cleared and our tankless system was installed correctly for a fraction of the price quoted by the major plumbing service company we originally contactedI will also mention that the major companys rep told us clearing the line would be an all day process where they would have to go to each sink and drain the hot/cold lines into a bucket (outside - in). Roland brought a compressed air tank and cleared the lines from the inside - out in a matter of 30-60 minutes!

Roland quickly responded to my voicemail and was able to schedule me within the same week. He was easy to do business with through text and emails for quotes and payment. He showed up on time (which is extremely rare with contractors these days) and was friendly and professional during the service. He gave honest feedback on another plumbing item that I asked a question about where someone else might have just charged me a bunch of money and still not solve the problem. I HIGHLY recommend E.R. Tankless & Plumbing and they will be my first call the next time I have plumbing needs.

My mainline got clogged and sewage started backing up on a Saturday evening. When I called ER plumbing, they answered right away and sent someone out within 45 minutes. When Roland got here, he was kind, friendly, and got right to work. He was able to get the mainline cleared and we were back to being able to use our toilets and showers in no time. I highly recommend ER plumbing!

Very happy with the service. Roland was very personable and professional. We had a few other plumbing companies come out to try and survey our situation and they either couldn’t figure out what was needed to solve the issue or gave us outrageous quotes. Roland was very knowledgeable, honest, and fast. He gave us a fair quote and was able to come out and get the problem fixed within a few hours. Havn’t experienced any more issues since. If you need a good plumber, I highly recommend giving him a call

Very happy with the service from ER plumbing! After calling around to a few other companies no one was able to replace our water heater tank same day. ER plumbing came out quickly, and were able to get the same brand tank locally and replace it same day! Hopefully we won’t have another plumbing issue but if we do we’ll call ER plumbing first.

I bought my house and had issues with my tank heater not giving enough hot water. Roland was kind enough to come to my place late Friday evening, replace the heater element, he also replaced the T&P valve that was stuck shut. While at it, he upgraded the discharge port to a ball point valve that will help me empty/clean the heater easily once a year. No handle for the valve is shown since i keep that one separate since i have small kids and do not want any accidents.He used professional spare parts, not the cheap ones you can find at any store. I can only recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

It was a tale as old as time.My father in law wanted a new hose fitting post-water softener so he could wash his cars.With sawzall in hand he said “watch this” and cut the water main in half.No big deal, we just need to solder in a new fitting, how hard can it be?A new filing, a little bit of solder and a lot of heat and just like that a fitting was attached, it seemed so easy.And then we turned the water back on.And it went everywhere.So we turned the water off and began again.Burned a bit of the wall with the blowtorch.More leaks.A trip to the hardware store for new pipe sections and more gas for the torch.And again, solder starting to drip and pile up on the garage floor.More leaks.By now it had been hours. People were thirsty.The garage was wet. It was getting dark.Grandma had to pee.A thunderstorm was rolling in, and the lessor plumbers that we called all refused to come or were many hours away.Finally we found E.R. Tankless & Plumbing, and Roland was able to come within the hour, even at this dire hour!He quickly identified the mistakes and set about fixing things properly. He cleaned up our mess and installed quickly, efficiently and for a very fair price.We learned a very important lesson in DIY plumbing, which is next time, just call E.R. Tankless & Plumbing.
