    This company wins a gold star. I recently moved to Sun City West. Bought a warranty when buying the house. The kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working ( no water coming out) and water everywhere else. The warranty company sent Cool Blew out .. they reported their findings .. the warranty company refused to pay.. they said there was a foreign body in the faucet ( the plumber didn’t say that in his report), so they would not cover it . I talked to Jim Smith at Cool Blew, who was really customer service oriented.. was very warm & professional & talked to me like a regular person ( I am both a woman & a senior citizen, so appreciated that he was neither patronizing or talking down to me). I had paid a fee to the warranty complany, so Jim offered to waive their fee to return & installed a faucet I purchased for almost 1/2 price. The plumber returned (Edward Tatum) and replaced the faucet the next day. Edward had previously told me the best brands to buy, gave me lots of information about my plumbing and water set up. He was pleasant, informative and left my kitchen very tidy and clean. I will definitely use them again. I got red carpet treatment!!!

    True blue I want you to know how happy I have been over the years. I would not call anybody but true blue to work on my system. They are friendly they are honest and their technicians are the best. When when theyre out and theyre working on the problem and they find something else thats a problem your technician will notify you immediately and show you the problem. Theyre not in and out in a abreeze they are here until the problem is done. As far as the true blue staff goes when you call they too are the friendliest people. Theyll work with you on days and times that a good for you. All I can say is Ive had true blue work on my systems for a very long time and I cannot recommend anybody better than them. Thank you true blue

    Our Technician Dan was awesome!! He called prior to arrival and was earlier than expected which in 115 deg weather was amazing! He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I offered him some cold water and he was very grateful. Please do that for your maintenance guys it’s so important! Our A/C is working fabulous! I definitely recommend and would use them again!!

    Our A/ C is 15 years old and was starting to make some noise and the fan did not always work. Cool Blew came out replaced the motor on the fan through my home warranty. They took some great pictures and cleaned and detailed the coils and blower and made it sound just as it should just like a kitten purring. PurrThe Tech was very informative and made sure I understood any costs and what they were doing as a copay. AAA rating. !!

    Cool Blew has cared for our HVAC for 7 years. We just used their services for a serious leak at our irrigation box. Edward did an outstanding job at a very fair price.     Professional, affordable, and fast! I contacted Cool Blew on Friday and explained what I needed done. I got a reasonable estimate and was put on the schedule for Monday morning. Nick contacted me when he was 30 minutes out (just like he said he would) and arrived on-time. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and charged me the amount he quoted me.     I want to say more good things about Jim and Carl from Cool Blew, as they returned to relocate and upgrade the faucets for our washing machine. They also rerouted the washer drain and the drain for the water treatment line and brought everything up to code.     Good day to all, on the hottest day of the year so far June 6 th 2024 , I returned home and the house was 94 degrees. I knew right away (I should of had the AC unit tuned up in March )something was wrong . The Unit was installed in 2020 . I had no idea who to call , the abundance of AC companies , I decided to Google maps AC repair in Surprise and reviewed the many companies reviews . I must say the half dozen I did review were good reviews. I decided to go with Cool Blew Inc. for 2 reasons the reviews and on the way home passed one of there vans , thinking to myself hot days ahead , all the AC companies are going to be busy . I just didnt think I would need assistance yet , as new as the unit is. I was wrong , so after making the decision on Cool Blew I called and the representative she was very nice , and accommodated us with being Dans first appointment (as my wifes important appointment was at noon . Cool Blew text a 30 minute prior text letting me know Dan was on his way . I also received a call from Dan he was 10 minutes away. Dan was very Friendly, Polite, Professional. Dan took the time to check if the unit was still under warranty and was , saved a few dollars on the part . I would like to recommend Cool Blew and if you decide on them , you have a good plesent experience as my wife and I did. Thank you Dan , stay cool and safe , keeping us all cool and safe .

    A/C stops cooling = BADFried Wires, Dead Capacitor, Bad blower Motor = BADCall home warranty and hope they cover the issue and send someone knowledgeable… hoping for the best.The home warranty company dispatched Cool Blew to come out to repair the issue, they were the best case scenario!     I made an appointment over the phone for a pre-season checkup on my two air conditioning units. The appointment was set up easily. The technician called before coming to the house and arrived when he said he would. He gave me an overview of the tasks he was about to perform, including the cost and my payment options. After the job was completed, I asked him to be sure there were no fingerprints on the access panel in the ceiling, and he did that. He gave me a review of everything he checked and what the results were. I paid by card and received a receipt for the exact amount quoted. The technician confirmed that I was satisfied with the work and asked if he could answer any further questions before he left.

As I spoke, Ricardo was preparing to assess the problem with our furnace.He is a asset to your company, are are most vets. I may be biased, but a veteran usually has good qualities.It turned out to be a very simple, but dangerous problem. We had a wire that was grounding the step down transformer.     I have now used Cool Blew for both Solar and AC replacement. They have been great both times.Sales call, every option was presented, but no high pressure. Competitive pricing, but didnt take shortcuts some other companies were offering to cut price.Installs have all been smooth. For the AC, Juan and his crew arrived at 0600 and were done with a 2 unit install by 1:30.Cant comment on service calls, because nothing Ive bought from them has broke.I do recommend using Cool Blew.

    I have to give Cool Blew a major appreciation for an issue that happened. I felt very upset about it and they rectified it 100% to my satisfaction as a long time customer. There was a break down in some communication initially, but the owner called me personally and took care of the situation immediately. Ive worked with them, and have referred them for many years as I will for many years to come.Ive been using Cool Blew literally for over 15 to 18 years, they replaced my AC unit in my old house in Garden lakes years ago.     I called my warranty company to explain the horrible service from the last AC company which had came out two times prior. They sent Cool Blew out to handle to problem for me. From the moment I contacted cool blew to help with my issue and set up an appointment, the service has been phenomenal. The lady I wish I remembered her name, contacted me Saturday afternoon during non working hours. Advised me someone would call me at 8am Sunday to set up a Monday appointment. She called as scheduled. The first tech Dan arrived and placed an order for the parts needed to do the repair. He was great! Cleared a clogged line and did what he needed to get us taken care of. That same day the company called to set up the appointment to get the new parts installed. The technicians JB and Jared that arrived this morning (early which was fantastic), did a great job and got our new secondary drain pan replaced as well as the safe T switch. Water was leaking through our wall and through the light fixtures. The last AC company told me they couldn’t do it and I had to call someone else. Thank you JB and Jared for doing such a great job and ensuring everything was working correctly prior to leaving. I would recommend this company!!!

    Service man was very knowledgeable and was a second opinion option. The first said we needed a pressure switch the second stated was not the pressure switch but the circuit board.     Very responsive called at 3 the day before and was able to get someone to come out the next day and accommodate my work schedule. David the technician was professional and took the time to thoroughly check out the system and found out that it was a faulty switch on the ac unit. My home warranty company sent out someone who said it was a zoning panel issue and the warranty company doesn’t cover zoning panels.     It was 90 degrees in my house with the AC on. For speed purposes I paid a $125 service call and had another company diagnose my AC unit. Their technician gave me the problem as a bad Tx valve and a $2500 estimate. Filed a home warranty claim and paid another $85 service charge and was assigned Cool Blew. Technician Dan Hillman arrived at the beginning of the appointment window I was given. He looked and found the leak in minutes and showed me. It was too obvious for the other company to miss. He made the repair in under 2 hours and the cost was 5x less than what the other company quoted. He stayed and verified the temp at the register was 20 degrees less than the room temp before leaving.

The technician called when he was on his way to confirm his arrival, which was at the beginning of the appointment window. Upon arrival, he introduced himself, gave a summary of what he had been told of the problem, and listened to my description of the problem and extra details. He then grabbed his ladder and tools and started examining the system.Shortly after beginning, he identified the source of the problem, and after confirming that he had the necessary parts on his truck, he fixed the problem by replacing the affected parts. No discussion of price was required, because this was being done under a home warranty.While working, he was polite, considerate of my property and time, and willing to talk to me and let me watch and learn. When he was done, he very quickly packed up his tools, filled out his paperwork, and was on his merry way.I was very satisfied with the service provided, and would recommend this company to others.

    I could not recommend Steve with Cool Blew enough. After another HVAC company came out and told us we were looking at a 7k repair or 15k replacement on a 6 year old system I wanted to get a second opinion. Right away Steve ran diagnostics and determined a repair/replacement was not necessary. He was able to get us up and running quickly. The previous technician told us the leak was so bad it would cost us 800.00 just to recharge the system to keep us cool until they were able to replace the system. Steve recharged the system for a fraction of that cost and gave us the peace of mind that it was not a short term fix and we would be good for the sunmer. He also said that when the time came for replacement, the system he could offer would be better and cheaper than the one offered by the other company. Great experience!

    Wonderful service from 2 amazing employees in Chandler. Johnny, the technician who came out to diagnose the issue, was very pleasant and polite and a pleasure to deal with. We needed new compressors for 2 of our units so they sent Joe to install them and he was equally polite, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Because the compressors had to be ordered by the warranty company, Joe kept me posted on their status and when we might expect them to be installed. I would highly recommend Cool Blew for air conditioning service as its not the first time we have had them here for service. The only reason that I didnt give them 5 stars is that I called the Service Manager to speak to him to commend the employees and left a message asking him to call me and he didnt bother to call me back.

    We found Cool Blew through our home warranty, Fidelity National Home Warranty. Sometimes home warranty assignments can be hit or miss. Cool Blew is AMAZING. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Cool Blew, their technicians, and their office staff. We got put in the schedule the same day our work order went in. Ralf came out, he was 15 minutes early for our service time, and he did his absolute best to get our AC unit working. The regulator in our unit had died, so there was just nothing he could do that minute. I was 9 months pregnant when he came out and it was 90 degrees in our house daily. Ralf expedited our part order and informed his service manager of the situation. They called me the next day and sent Matt out to come take a second look to see if he could clear the regulator enough to get it working. Matt worked on the unit for a LONG time and it just wasn’t cooperating. I got in touch with the office and Brittany let me know that the part had been delivered, we just needed to get in the schedule. We got into the schedule the day I was scheduled to be induced - the office worked with us and we agreed to have them install the part whether we were home or not. After I delivered, I checked in with the office to see if they were successful and they told us that the unit had been repaired! Not only had our unit been repaired but Brittany remembered our unique situation and asked how everything went.Cool Blew is timely, professional, quick, and they clearly care about customers and clients. My husband and I were blown away by how much they did to try to get our AC working before the regulator came in and we could not stop talking about how much we appreciated them getting us a cool, comfortable home to bring our new baby home to. He let me know that one item was on the edge of the time frame and, at my agreement, he replaced it. Everyone whos every come for maintenance or repair has been considerate and super polite. They also all seem to have a sense of humor which is great.

    I would recommend CoolBlew to my dearest friends and family. A couple years ago when my AC stopped working, I was in the market for a completely new unit. CoolBlew was the best value and within my budget for a new system. I did 3-4 weeks of research while my house was around 80-90 degrees in the middle of June to make sure I was getting what I needed from an air conditioning company. CoolBlew checked all the boxes and we went with them. They installed a new American Standard compressor unit and HVAC system in the attic and have continued with 2 preventative maintenance “tune-ups” per year for the following 2 years. Recently Cole, the technician, came by for the last (4 of 4) tune-ups for my AC system. Cole was very personable and professional. He gave me a detailed breakdown of what he inspected and even took photos of what he saw to show me and describe potential issues. Now that my last free inspection (included with install) is done, I have to consider signing up for a yearly plan to continue these bi-annual inspections ($169/year). Will update if we do or don’t and how CoolBlew treats us in the future.

    My god, these men were wonderful. My problem was uneven heat in the house. They discovered that some of my vents were not even open and others poorly opened. They went into the attic and that area is not an easy place to inspect. They came on time, they were respectful of my home, and were very polite. They explained my heating system to me and pointed out several things I could do to improved it. Some simple, some expensive. Its up to me to choose what I want to. I can do all the easy things myself, which will probably satisfy me.I highly recommend Cool Blue to anyone.

    I have had a number of positive experiences with Cool Blew, starting with when they came out on a Saturday evening in June to help me with my AC that stopped working. No other company returned my call, but they had a technician, Greg, out to my house within an hour. He diagnosed the issue (it was a very old unit), got it running for us, then came back and got it fully fixed up. The next year we replaced our attic and outdoor unit and got new insulation in the attic with them. It was 118 that day but they did a great job with great service. They then have done follow-up inspections to ensure the unit is in top shape, and we havent had any issues.

    These guys helped us out quite a bit these last few months. Our 17 year old ac unit went out this summer and they were there within 3 days to replace it. Our 15 year old water heater also went out and found out it was leaking in the closet. They gave us a recommendation of a restoration company that came within hours of the discovery on a Sunday to remedy the situation. Cool blew was out to remove the old unit the next day and to install a new heater once the dry out process was finished.
