I was in dire need of a plumber as I had a broken water line in the front yard by the main water spigot. I called several Plumbing companies but no one could come out quickly enough for my needs. I then found Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical, on Next Door, and David immediately requested my address and pictures of the water break. David gave me a time frame for an arrival and communicated several times with me to update the arrival time. I was very pleased with the fact that he communicated with me instead of leaving me in the dark as to his arrival time. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. David finished the job ahead of schedule and explained to me what he was doing throughout the process . David was a pleasure to work with. He is personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with him. The work that was performed was done in a professional manner. His price was good and most importantly he responded quickly and did the job quickly. I highly recommend Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical for any or all your plumbing needs. Five stars!!

Aurora Plumbing is the best. Met David several years ago when I was calling around for a hot water heater that died an ugly death. He took extra steps to get the job done without delay. This time it was not urgent, but he provided a solid assessment and did another pro job. Shout out to Maureen, at headquarters, who is lovely and exceptionally responsive.David is a skilled plumber and a good guy who will do right by you. Support this local business!

Dave and Maureen are awesome! You won’t find better service. Dave actually takes the time to do things right and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. Each time I needed work done he’s always come out pretty quickly and was very upfront/honest with his pricing. He also takes the time to talk you through the repair so you know it’s quality work!

I can’t say enough good things about David. Today he installed a Supernova water conditioner for me and did a great, professional job, as always. He is courteous, meticulous in his work, and I think the best plumber out there. I highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

I drove into my garage on a Sunday afternoon and water alarm going off on gas water heater. Alarm frightened me as was not sure what problem was As unit was only 3 months old. I called Aurora Plumbing and within 30 minutes David arrived, assessed the situation and replaced a corroded hot water pipe on top of heater. Best part of all was that he did not charge me. He stood behind his product and his word.

I asked for a plumbing referral from next door app and several people gave a 5☆+ recommend with Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical. I called and as I was describing my list of fixes, David offered to drive over to get a better idea of the job. While doing the walk through of what we needed done, we just knew this was the our guy.Many houses in this area have been lived in for a while and are aged. He and his wife Maurine (they worked as a team) were both respectful and professional. They were thorough and as they did the upgrades/repairs needed also repaired some unexpected surprises. They communicated along the way and made sure we knew what signs to look for and what to do if we had problems in the future. We felt his prices was more than fair for the job completed, and the expertise he has along with the knowledge he possesses and shared.Answered phone each time I called and was here on time as expected. David is awesome! He is efficient professional , honest, kind and really knows his stuff ! He stands behind his work and does what it takes to make the customer happy. I remodeled my kitchen and needed a new faucet installed , dishwasher and garbage disposal and also came to find out the brand new farm sink I had installed was too large to accommodate a normal pea trap. Of course I was panicking because the entire remodel has been a nightmare. David suggested a couple of solutions but realizing later that my only option was installation of a reverse pea trap. David had everything hooked up and running in a matter of no time . I highly recommend Aurora Plumbing!

I have used this company in the past and as always this time he was on time, fast & efficient. I had several items on my list for him to do. Hes also always very personable. One of the things I needed him to do was install a hot water pump. It used to take 7 minutes for the hot water to get to my bathroom faucets. It now only takes a few seconds. I cant wait to see my next water bill. All this & his prices are very reasonable. Aurora plumbing is my go to plumbing company.

Look no farther as youve found the best perfect Plumber ever with Dave!!!! I went thru a Big Box store and learned my lesson not to trust them anymore! Their so called plumber left my kitchen faucet in such a mess that I couldnt even use new sink. I read nothing but EXCELLENT REVIEWS about Dave on my Nextdoor App. And knew I had to call him. I cant tell you enough on how he helped me!!! Previous guy told me Id have to have my wall cut out, pipes moved, etc.... I was a mess just as my plumbing was!!!Dave told me hed be out to fix that mess ( from the pictures I sent him ) and he was true to his word. I hope I can repay it by sharing my story and save another from going thru all the nonsense that Ive been put through.Had I known better, Id never of went through any services provided by these Big Box stores!!!Dave of Aurora Plumbing is the real deal. Very down to Earth person, caring and very reasonable!!!!

Are you happy with your kitchen sink?I wasnt - so we just had David with Aurora Plumbing replace our worn out double kitchen sink with a new modern single bowl sink to make washing larger cookware and sheet pans easy!We have had David take care of plumbing jobs for us in the past and when Id had enough of my sink I knew just who to call. David came promptly to take a look at our old sink and recommend what I should look for in a replacement. Once it was delivered we scheduled, he arrived right on time, and got right to work - quickly, efficiently, and cleanly the old one was out and new one in with no surprises - and at a reasonable, fair price.Remember with tradesmen youre paying for their knowledge, skills, and confidence in them standing behind their work - David and Aurora check all of those boxes.Highly recommend you contact David with any of your upcoming plumbing needs - I will definitely continue using and suggesting Aurora for mine.

I am so glad I contacted David I called him because my leaky garbage disposal needed to be replaced and I needed the toilet fixed. He was abled to put in the new disposal and fix the toilet for much lower than someone else quoted. I was so blessed I saw him on Nextdoor & remembered Auroa plumbing was in my phone under plumbing, just in case. I would definitely recommend calling Aurora Plumbing because I recieved service quickly and at fair prices.

Toilets were backing up because of a main sewer line clog. Dave ( the owner ) was able to come out on the MLK jr. day and fix the problem. Price was way better than I had experienced with other companies, especially with it being a holiday. Service was fast and effective.

It is always strange seeing people writing very positive or very negative reviews having only one (!) review. To me, they sound fake, if they write to positive about a new business, than most probably they are friends/family or even paid trolls. However, if they are very negative about a business just opened or they don‘t give their full name just initals etc, to my knowledge they are from competitors trying to kick them out of services or at least trying to give them a bad image.I have a good experience had with Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical. When I called, it went straight to voicemail. However, after leaving my number and telling them what I need them for, I received a call back in less than 2 mins.I don‘t recall her name, but I assume it was the owners wife who told me, that unfortunately they get 30+ calls from robots, spam, spoofing or scammers a day, so as a small family run company they could not afford waisting valued time that‘s why they let all unknown numbers going on the combox. If there is a customer she would call immediately back.I liked her openness and as I experience the same - not in that high numbers but also 4-5 a week, I fully understood her way of action.In my further contact I experienced that they are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. When she couldn‘t help me with a problem wuth black mold, she went to search a number for me to report it there, as well as she gave me another number of a „handyman“ who could help me too.Therefore from my experience I had with Aurora Plumbing & Mechanical I can recommend them.
