    Called yesterday, new water heater installed today! Alex is a nice down to earth professional. He explained what needed to be done and showed me how to use the shut off valve, both at the heater and my main water source. He got rid of extra, old plumbing lines and stuck valves (see pic of clean install) He checked his work at least 3 different times before he left and cleaned up the area. I now have him in my contact list of reliable service people on my phone. Great job.

    My family came home from a trip to find leaking in our garage. After calling, Alex was here within an hour and was able to quickly find the leak and offer options for repair.     Alex & Bros Plumbing gave us amazing service! I bought a new washer and dryer but I wasnā€™t able to get it installed until I had our valves replaced. I called Alex and he showed up to my house in less than an hour (on a Saturday). He immediately got to work and not only replaced the valves but also the piping, so we wouldnā€™t run into the problem again. He was fast, efficient and very kind! I highly recommend them and will be using them for future plumbing needs.

    I had an unknown plumbing issue that turned into a MUCH bigger problem than I anticipated. Alex walked me through everything, got me set up with a great restoration company, and came back to make the repairs super quickly. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met and was so willing to work with us during this stressful time.     Not only was Alex incredibly responsive, professional, and skilled, he was friendly and thoughtful. We called Alex in an emergency situation, and he was here ,quickly, and resolved our issue in under an hour.     Alex was quick and professional. Showed up at 4pm on Haloween to save the Day and replace the seats and valves in my shower that wouldnā€™t turn off. Took less then an hour to arrive and less than 30 min to preform the work. Would recommend him every time over any of the big chains that scam you left and right. 5 stars!

    Was referred to Alex & Bros from Simon Plumbing and Alex arrived on the dot at the appointment time. He got right to work and explained everything he was doing. The first water heater was unfortunately dented but he drove it back and got a replacement within an hour. He didnā€™t just replace the heater either, he got all of my old valves and lines replaced and even updated the TP Valve piping so itā€™s actually up to code. He was very polite and did a great job. I would use him again!

    Professional. Quote upfront. Showed up on time and cleaned up perfectly after the job. Was very transparent on our leak issue and Alex didnt try to upsell us on a potential leak. Rather, he addressed the cause, fix it and said lets see if that does the job before tearing up your dry wall. He was right...we didnt all the extra work and appreciate him not trying to over sell us.As an added bonus, Alex followed up by text two weeks later to make sure everything was working properly and that we didnt see any leaks! Who does that any more?I would recommend Alex for any plumbing jobs to my friends and family. We will definitely be using their services again!

    I called. No one answered. He called me back within 15 minutes. Sent him pictures of my old destroyed water heater. He quickly sent me back a quote for parts and labor to install a new water heater. Asked a few questions about warranty, time etc. Asked what time could he stop by and install the new water heater. The time he scheduled me was the exact time he showed up. He took a look at my situation and got right to work. He did an amazing job. He also installed a good brand water heater as replacement.     We had some kind of a sewer blockage that backed up into the house, which needless to say, was pretty horrible. I had the phone number for Alex & Bros Plumbing In my phone because a friend had recommended them if I ever needed a plumber and so I called late in the day on a public holiday, expecting them to say that they couldnā€™t help me right away. Thankfully, they were at the house almost immediately and went to work on solving the problem. I ran outside and shut off the water, but by time we cleaned it all up it had to be 11 pm. Youā€™re not going to find many places open that have the parts you need to fix it at that hour. We called a few alleged 24 hour plumbers but none returned our calls. The next morning my wife called a plumber we had used before and as he was busy he recommended Alex to us.     I cannot recommend Alex enough! There was a pinhole leak in an unused bathroom at my mothers house and Alex was able to respond within the hour.     I do a lot of my own handiwork, but I ran into a problem while replacing a kitchen sink faucet. During the work, the pipe began to leak upstream of the shutoff valve. It was in a location where I was uncomfortable working with a torch on soldered copper fittings. We were without water for the whole house so I wanted to get get help quickly. I called Alex & Brothers and explained the situation. In less than two hours, Alex was at our door. In a couple of hours, everything was back in place and we could turn the water on.     This team of brothers is positively fabulous. We have used them for almost 8 years now. It doesnt matter what time I call or what day they respond, and they dont charge crazy weekend fees.     Forever thankful for Alexs super quick response to my emergency! I contacted Alex in desperation, hoping he could come and fix my plumbing issues (water softener system leaking).     I had two small water leaks that needed repair and these two projects required a bit of work to one get to in order to make repair and two several stops at vendors to purchase proper piping at the best value.     We had a leak in our water heater and needed someone to install a new one asap. We called Alex for a quote. He asked us to send him some pictures of the old unit. He responded back very quickly and quoted us a fair price for the work. He also explained how the water heaters they install are of better quality than what much of the competition uses. We booked the job with him that morning and he came out the very same day in the afternoon. The work he did was top quality and completed in a reasonable time frame. He even added an extension to the water heater overflow pvc piping for us which was extra work for him. Overall weā€™re very satisfied with his work and would gladly recommend Alex.
