The last plumber my husband called was so sloppy and left a big mess, so this time I decided to research. Shapiro and Sons was highly recommended on Nextdoor app and office was near my area, so I decided to call. Keith answered and came within a couple of hours and my grinder pump was all cleaned out and my toilets quit overflowing. I was pleasantly surprised to have someone come that day, much less within a couple hours. He was so professional, did not look like a plumber and was so thorough, provided education how to prevent future issues and bagged up all the debris and threw away himself. I will recommend this company and plan to use whenever I have any plumbing issue. It is nice to finally find someone trustworthy, courteous and professional. Thank you Keith!

We called these fine folks early Sunday, 30 Jun 2024. By 2:00 this afternoon, same day, we have a new gas water heater installed and up and running. They arrived even earlier than they orginally indicated and they called to let us know they could arrive early. Keith is just an outstanding individual and super smart on his area of expertise. So when my handyman didnt show up as scheduled I started calling around to plumbers to install our kitchen sink faucets, disposal, dishwasher etc after a remodel. Shapiro & Sons where the only company who went out of their way to be responsive.Keith owner sent his son Dylan over within an hour, gave a fair quote for our need to have a last minute project taken care of same day wifey needed her kitchen sink. Dylan was super professional, knew his stuff and very friendly, everything I expected from a mom and pop company.He did great work, had us up and running within an hour or so and made our lives 100 percent easier. I would highly recommend and will be using in the future for any plumbing needs.

I recently had a plumming issue that needed immadiate attention. 4:00 PM on a Friday. I called a few places that reported that they could get to me that Monday. I called Shapiro & Sons, and Keith was at my house an hour later. He fixed the issue and went the extra mile to make my proporty better by installing a shut off valve underground for easy access in case of emergencies.I had a few other minor issues that I had been putting off, and decided to hire Keith to tighten them for me. He gave me suggestions on what to purchase, and returned a few days later for the installs. We are very satisfied with our experiance, and will be using Keith moving forward.I highly recommed this company.

Shapiro & sons were dispatched to my home by my insurance company for an install of a new gas pipe. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing. I was in contact with their office, talked to Shawna, the office coordinator, she is very pleasant, professional, and followed up with me throughout the process. The timing was great, between scoping and commencing the work. They had a crew of 5 men, for the job install. I couldnt have been happier with everything, these men and true professionals and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing. THANK YOU shapiro & Sons for a job well done. If i can give them 10 stars I would!

Before they even started the job, the overall experience was unbelievable. Shawna did an incredible job scheduling the job and providing updates along the way. Robert showed up a day before to walk the job. He mentioned that he and his crew will be back tomorrow morning at 8:00. At 8:01 they were prepping the work. We hired Rob from Shapiro plumbing to install a center draining freestanding bathtub. Our previous plumber was unable to install the tub and claimed it was defective because he could not get the tub to drain efficiently.We found Shapiro Plumbing online and they sent Rob out to our house to assess the situation. He did a thorough examination of the tub, plumbing, drain, etc and concluded that the tub could be installed, so that it would drain properly.Rob delivered on his promise when he came back and installed the center drain tub. We tested it and it drained very quickly. Robs skill and professionalism saved us a lot of extra cost and hassle. Without him, we probably would have returned the tub that we liked.

Keith & Dylan are both super great! They came right out (after we waited on a chain name plumber to help us at night with a septic issue who never showed, new to the area & didnt know any better). Shapiro & sons had good reviews & I tried them instead. So very happy we found them. Got us up & running again right away & then took the extra step to actually find the bigger problem that caused the smaller issue so that we wont have anymore problems. Definitely 5 stars!!

Absolutely everything about Shapiro and Sons was excellent. First, they came out to analyze problems I was having with leaks from a shower/bath in one bathroom, and a shower in another. They then came out a second time because of a question I had about their analysis of what was wrong with the shower leak. Not until Spencer (who is not only skilled at his craft but as well a pleasure to work with) came out for a THIRD TIME (!) to confirm their analysis, write up the details of what needed to be done, give me an estimate, and even cut into the wall behind the shower/bath to confirm that in fact that the valve was the sole cause of that leak did they charge me a very reasonable fee.The extensive work they did was excellent, they were very personable, clean, and VERY thorough. Their fee was very reasonable; I did get my money’s worth. BTW, re: the fee, they ended up refunding the estimate fee, which they could have very easily advised me was already deducted when assessing the total price for the job. Everyone is friendly and helpful, including Keith and Kim, who I spoke with several times.

Found them from an Internet search after the installer from Home Depot quoted us $870 to install our garbage disposal. I thought, you must think Im an idiot! I found Shapiro & Sobns. Keith came out quickly, evaluated the job, (I had purchased the disposal), and within an hour he had installed it, fixed the faulty plumbing, and cleaned up. Mom mom was very impressed. Highly recommend this new company!
