I recently needed the main water line to my house replaced. Kim in the office is easy to get a hold of and the guys showed up on time and finished the job earlier then expected. The plumbers were friendly & explained what they needed to do.Ive used R&K for smaller jobs including replacing toilets and they have always performed to high standards.I would highly recommend this company. We came across R&K in a blind call for plumbers after a falling tree took out our water lines during a hurricane. Robbie and Kim came out almost instantly. They created a jungle gym like system (water meter was 3 feet in the air) around the debris to restore our water. Later they fixed it permanently. Since, R&K has replaced toilets, replaced a dishwasher, replaced a drain line to the street and checked interior lines for leaks. This week they replaced our 25-year-old water heater. They always respond promptly, their plumbers are experts who dont leave a mess, and prices are very reasonable. Robbie and Kim will always be our first call for plumbing issues. Thanks!!!

Highly recommend this company! Professional and reassuring for services my 70 year old mother needed. Rob greeted her with his business card and after a short explanation of the issue he began his investigation. Soon all was resolved and he treated her plumbing issue as if it were his own without overwhelming her. Treated her concerns with care. VERY satisfied and thorough work! R and K Plumbing is the best! We had both toilets in my mother’s house not working with 30 people coming for dinner in about 5 hours! Kim said she could send someone out the next morning at the earliest and I completely understood….….but then…… I quickly got a text and she was sending one of the workers over right then!!!! He happened to be nearby and had a little time and so he came and fixed both toilets in about 20 minutes!!! I love when businesses understand and make a way for customers to be satisfied….. thanks, Kim, and Showalter for saving the day for us! 100% recommend R and K Plumbing!

Bought a house, seller failed to disclose leaking gas line, but had no proof. Called a different company, and the guy they sent smelled like weed, guesstimated the materials needed, quoted $3,000 and tried to get me to use him his side business because it would be cheaper.So, I decided to get a different quote and tried R&K Plumbing. The guy, Robert, came, measured everything out and was very quick and respectful. We had a slight issue communicating through email, but we got there in the end. The price was less than half the previous quote. We set a date, and they came, were quick and efficient, and cleaning and even sweeping the floor to remove any mess they made. I will 100% use them again if I have any more issues.

Called for an estimate for a gas range supply valve installation, was given a good price, and scheduled an appointment. The techs arrived on time, verified exactly what work was to be performed, did the job efficiently, and then cleaned up the site. Also did a thorough inspection of a dripping faucet with options for repair or replacement.I highly recommend this business as professional, timely, courteous, and competitive on their rates.

Best plumbing company around hands down. They respond fast, work hard, and the prices are incredibly fair. They walked through the problem, how they fixed it, how to avoid it from happening again and other tips to keep future costs down. Just a good experience. We have used them a few times over the last couple years and each has been a fantastic experience. This latest issue was a whole house sewage backup and they were there same day and got it handled promptly. I cant say enough positives about them.I dont write reviews often, but they deserve it. It is never a good situation when you need a professional plumber, but you are in great hands with them. They are my go-to for anything plumbing related now.

Wonderful company. My call was returned within an hour. They were able to come the same day to fix my sewer pipe that was damaged. Staff who worked the phones and the technicians were great. I was able to pay with a credit card at the completion of the service instead of waiting for a bill. Prices were reasonable, and less than the initial estimate. Would definitely use them again.

What an absolute delight they are to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the plumbing business. Originally we had R & K just installing new faucets and shower hardware to include making our shower a rain head shower. We talked with Kim and Robert about how we really wished we could move the toilet to the other side of the room but didn’t think it could be done. After talking with us and explaining the process they gave us a very fair estimate to add that work. We couldn’t be happier with how they made it happen. I had a couple minor hiccups along the way with some other toilet issues in the other bathroom but Kim and Robert were more than happy to help guide me through the process. We will definitely be using R&K Plumbing again and will recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services. After you check with the franchise guys, give R&K a call and support local. You won’t be disappointed.

These folks are amazing. Great communication all the way through, reliable, and with quality work. They installed an instant water heater at my newly purchased home before I moved in. Coordinated all the permits, gas being turned on, everything. Had hot water on day 1.Compared to plumbing companies I have dealt with in the past, they come out on top.If anyone in my neighborhood asks for a referral, wouldnt send them any other way.

Robert took time to discuss options when he came out to quote the job. We were charged the original price even though, I suspect, it was more work than Robert anticipated. Highly recommend!

Great Service, knowledgeable technicians. I called in the morning with a leaking pipe in the bathroom wall. The lady who schedules had techs there in an hour. They solved the issue and we were back to normal before lunch. We will call them again if we need a plumber.
