I have previously had positive experiences with Air Design regarding air conditioner issues. Previously, I did not think of Air Design in connection with plumbing issues but when I was looking into a whole home waterfiltering system I noticed that it was a service they offered. Air Design quickly provided me a free estimate through a courteous gentleman named Rory. I gathered other estimates from other companies but I was not impressed with their throughness, pricing, or transparency. Air Design quickly set me up for installation with Jeff. Jeff was GREAT! He was right on time, knew exactly what he was doing, explained it to me, and was very efficient. I thank God that there are still wonderfully skilled and honest people and companies working to make things better! I highly recommend this business!

We had Air Design Systems replace an old water heater that started having problems. Mike and Tyler came out and replaced it quickly and professionally in a little over an hour for a fair price. Air Design techs do not work on commission like some other HVAC/plumbing companies do, so there was zero upselling for products or services we didnt need. Highly recommended!

Anthony M. and Aarun K. came yesterday to our house for an emergency plumbing problem. It seems a pipe in the foundation sprung a leak and it was flooding into our garage. I cannot say enough good about how these two men worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose our problem and then fix it. They kept us informed every step of the way and explained what had happened. They also told us that this problem could re-occur in other embedded pipes due to the age of our home, but we did not feel in any way that they were pressuring us for additional work/charges. They simply made sure we were well informed to make future decisions. I also want to thank the lady who answered the phone when I called. She took our information, processed the request, and quickly got us set up with a team that came out within an hour of my call. She then called us back to let us know when they were on their way to our house with an estimated time of arrival. Start to finish, Air Design personnel were courteous, knowledgeable, and totally professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We’ve had Air Design come out for several different HVAC issues that we’ve inherited from the previous owner since we bought our house just under three years ago. We’ve never had to have them come back out to redo or fix an issue they’ve previously come out to do. Heat quit working just as the temp plunged below 40. Called Air Design because last summer they gave me some free advice which got my AC running. Thought I would give them another chance at making some money! An actual person answered the phone on the second ring and Kevin was the dispatched technician. He was the perfect professional- super respectful- and had my heat going in under an hour. Price was just for the service call, $150, which had been stated up front. Total time from my call to Kevin departing was only about 2 hours. In this day of phone trees and leave-a-message-and-maybe-we-will-get-back-to-you, this is getting to be very uncommon. Good price, professional service, and RAPID response. Nothing more to ask for.

Sure glad I called to get my ducts cleaned. Matt and Micha did a magnificent job. Very clean and respectful of my house. Matt asked if I had noticed a vibration and noise from my air handler. I said yes but just figured it was something I had to live with. He found insulation in my fan blades and removed it. No extra charge to my quote. Now my system is perfectly quiet. Air flow is 3 times what it was. If I could give 6 stars I would! Dont hesitate to have your ducts cleaned by Air Design Alan Williams

Lisa responded immediately to my call for emergency service @ 1502 hours as we had NO water whatsoever at our residence. At 1526 Stephanie from Air Design then called to inform that a technician was enroute. Technician “Darren” then arrived less than 10 min later & began the arduous job of digging under tree roots to locate the source of the leak….a buried water pipe broken at the manufacturers’ seam joint. In less than an hour (with dark and cold temperatures setting in) he had the repair completed & water restored. We have entrusted Air Design with our HVAC for many years and can now add their incredible plumbing service to the list of extraordinary services. I highly recommend Air Design Systems Inc. without hesitation.

Was time to replace the A/C system after selecting the right system for my home got it scheduled and started within just a few days. The crew showed up on time and got started after they put down drop cloths to protect the floor the work began. William and Adan worked hard to get the new unit installed and working properly. I called Sunday at 6am because my AC compressor would not stay on, it was 86 degrees in my house. Air Design was the only company out of 4 that called back (24/7 advertised by all). They arrived at 8:30 and had cold air blowing an hour later. I am so impressed with this company and their level of service! I had 2 technicians call me to get me worked in, Lamar and David, Big THANK YOU to both! David was the closest, came right out and fixed the problem! If you want a company that is professional, fair on pricing and has really great customer service, call Air Design!! I’ll be calling them for all my future needs!!!

We bungled our maintenance on our first tankless water heater and it failed on Saturday… a holiday weekend. Brendan came right out and tested the unit all at 7 at night on the holiday weekend after multiple other business said they’d come out and didn’t. He came back Sunday to fix it but it but needed some special help and Noritz was closed. I accidentally closed my service call with the office and when I figured out what I did Rory took the time to call around after 4 in the afternoon and find out that our unit is newer and needs a special processes to reset it after a failure. Brendan came back out at again at 5 at night and in the cold and rain to run the secret Noritz process and we can now shower again!!! I’ll go to nobody else for tankless hot water heater or other needs after this experience. If you have one of these units do yourself a favor and call Air Design for a service plan so you don’t end up doing a polar bear plunge in your shower on New Years Day. Thank you all we appreciate you!!!

My HVAC went out the night before New Years Eve. I talked to the technician Dave who at my suggestion (I didn’t want him to come out if not necessary) provided me with advice on steps I could take to repair the problem myself. After three attempts on my own and it working and cutting off I called Dave the following morning, New Years Eve. He and another tech came and looked at the problem and quickly found out it was a bad pump that was clogged. He had the pump on his vehicle and replaced it. We were up and running in less than 45 minutes from start to finish. Dave was great. He was knowledgeable and shared that information with me so I now feel more informed should the problem arise again.I highly recommend Air Design and I highly recommend Dave.

Since we moved to Pace, Fl from the Gatlinburg, Tn area we have used Air Design. Seems it never fails but our unit fails on nights and weekends. EVERY TIME we have called….they are on the way immediately. This past time I had to go to Destin at 4:30 am on a Saturday morning to pickup guest arriving. By the time I returned (7:30 am) they had already been there and repaired it and was gone.Then they called 3 times during the weekend to be assured it was repaired to our satisfaction. Our 14 yr old air conditioner quit working on a Friday night, I called at midnight to hear a pleasant and understanding rep on the phone. He took my number and a brief description of the problem and had a technician return my call. The technicians were busy on other jobs but estimated arrival at 8 am. At 7am we got a call that technicians were on their way and within an hour the technician had tested the system, identified the broken part, repaired it, cleaned the drain line, topped off the freon and was on his way. I was informed of every step, the cost, the purpose and felt confident that the work was done right. No work was done without consulting us on the price of the repair so there were no unpleasant surprises at the end. The part cost was competitive with other businesses, but the weekend after hours service was definitely cheaper than calling others who charge after hours fees! The technician was friendly knowledgable and willing to answer any questions we asked! I am officially a customer for life. Thanks Air Design Systems!

I can not say enough positive things about Air Design Systems! My water pipes went bad a few days before Christmas. I got a number of estimates which I considered to be extremely high. We called Air Design and Mr. Mike Driver came out to provide an estimate. He was extremely professional and patient with my all questions. His estimate was well below the three previous estimates to the point I was surprised. He also promised to start first thing following Christmas. The team of Ben and Mike started promptly Monday morning. The were highly professional and extremely courteous throughout the entire experience. In many cases, they went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy. I knew there would be cuts in the wall, but Ben and Mike took extra precautions to make sure everything was as minimal and as neat as possible. They also took extra precautions to protect our home both inside and out, and to make sure everything was professionally cleaned up. In all, it was nothing like the experience I imagined. I can not thank Mr. Mike Driver and his team enough for the outstanding job they did on my home. I would recommend Air Design for anyone who needs plumbing or HVAC work. I cannot speak highly enough about Stewart and Ben. We had a drain clog up and flood one of our apartments after hours, and these guys went above and beyond. They were able to quickly unclog the drain while being so friendly and personable, it just made the entire situation much more bearable. Its one thing to come out and do you job, but its another thing entirely to do it quickly, efficiently, and with a smile on your face, especially at 9:00 at night after youve already worked a full day. Theyve earned our business in perpetuity.

I had been told that I needed to have the iorn piping replaced that leads from my kitchen to my septic tank,, told it was corroding out. Air Design sent out David J, to give me an estimate on the cost of the repair. To my good fortune he asked why I thought the pipe was deteriorating I told him the end rusted out and was cut off, that a forty foot line couldnt clear the blockage. He took his equipment onto the roof and almost instantaneously cleared the line. Then told me that if the pipes were corroded through there would be water comming out from the walls . He explained the layout of the piping saying that fortunately cast iron almost lasts forever. I was happy to pay the payment I had to make. I very highly recommend David J, and Air design, give them 5 stars.

Air Design spent 3 1/2 days replacing the AC Ducts in my home. I was concerned about how disrupting the project would be. Their technicians, Dylan & London were terrific, they worked hard, made little mess and cleaned up what there was, were very friendly, and now we have clean AC in our home. Phenomenal and very affordable service from a responsive organization! I would definitely recommend them to others and I intend on calling them from now on for my maintenance needs.I had an old pipe that broke bad enough to where we had to get ECUA to shut our water off. After two days of calling, waiting for callbacks, having plumbers say they couldn’t do the job or dismissing us after getting their weekend arrival fee, my husband and I were stressed beyond belief.I called Air Design and was thrilled from the moment I requested someone to come down. I received a call back within moments from a very kind, empathetic and helpful employee named John. He assured me that he would have my water back on before the day was over and he certainly delivered on that promise! Not only that, but he got the job done in just shy of an hour and charged a quarter of what I was quoted by others for the repair! If you get John, you are sure to receive excellent service!

Tim was great. Very efficient and knowledgable. Also I paid much less than what I went into this expecting to pay. I plan to use them for all my AC needs moving forward.

Ive only had barely warm water coming to my kitchen sink for 7 months since we moved in to our house. 3 other plumbing companies were baffled... they tried and failed to fix the problem. Talk about aggravating! I was bracing for a huge bill, punching holes in the walls and tearing stuff up to find and fix why the hot water was coming everywhere except my kitchen sink. Ben took 10 minutes, accurately figured out what the issue was, didnt have to punch a hole in anything, and NOW I HAVE HOT WATER!!! Its like a miracle!! He also fixed a leaking soap dispenser for me... a small thing, yes, but no more puddles under the sink is a big thing for me! They came within 24 hours, were on time, charged a very reasonable fee, and most importantly, had the experience and know-how to quickly identify what the problem was. There is simply no need to call anyone else. Thank you AIR DESIGN! I have you on speed-dial now.
