Ensley Septic was excellent from beginning to end. They collapsed my old system and put in a new one in a different location. It was not an easy.install. They did not leave until nightfall. The owner says he has been doing this 50 years and loves what he is doing. It is a family owned business. They fixed all the issues along the way and kept me updated. I dont have bumpy ground. The only way you can tell they have been here is the flat dirt. They were even fixed the latch on my fence. Some of the most professional and technical service I have received in Escambia county. Great price. The office staff was a pleasure to work with too. Highly recommend.

We were on a waiting list since our septic tank was at least somewhat functional. The wait was well worth it. Hard working professional employees completed the job. They were so great! Very kind and went above and beyond with our septic system. We had called another company x-……, and they didn’t do the job right and we’re so rude only pumped the water side of our duel septic tank which is two parts and so we called Ensley and they pump both parts and knew what they were doing, just awesome and friendly. Highly recommend them before calling anyone else. They’re honest and won’t try and to rip you off like some of these others out there.

What an amazing company, from the first phone call I made to Kim to Mr. Nelson and the crew driving away nothing but professional! I cant express how pleased I am with my choice to go with Ensley Septic Tank Service for my new septic tank and drain lines. The price was great and the experience was wonderful. They were in and out in about 2hrs and they left my yard looking great. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Another happy customer here! I cant say enough good things about this company. James and Mike did a great job and went above and beyond in my opinion. Roots got into a pipe and was causing big issues. They checked the septic first and went further upwards to find out what was going on. Once they found the issue they cleared the line and showed me what came out. Once everything was done they told me good preventives and helped with that as well. They just kept going above and beyond what i expected. This company has a great reputation and i understand why theyre so busy in the Pensacola area. Professional, hard working, to the point and exceeded expectations. Couldnt ask more from a company.

I HIGHLY recommend Ensley if you need any work done on your septic system. These guys went above and beyond service expectations. They were knowledgeable, professional, polite, efficient, and most importantly to me honest. They answered questions during the entire service. I have the worst case situation as my drain field is failing. They did not pressure me in any way to repair the $3000 problem but pumped my tank to buy me some time and explained various options. They were also attacked by swarming bees in my yard while they were working and still finished the job with professionalism and amazing attitudes.I have had my tank pumped three times in current home and the previous 2 services by other companies were very unpleasant and dishonest. One local company pumped my washer tank knowing it was the wrong tank charged me $300 and left me with a full waste tank. A company I called before Ensley on this problem began quoting me drain field and repair prices without even looking at the problem. I am single female homeowner who didnt know much about septic systems who could have and has been taken advantage of. I now have a clean tank and a better understanding for how it works as these guys taught me a lot. I am confident this company is one of the best in the business. If you want great service for your septic system CALL ENSLEY! I will definitely use them from now on.

I was almost in tears when I called Ensley. Miss Kim answered and I told her the problem I was having with an alarm for my septic system. I had only purchased my home 3 months ago and knew nothing really about the system. I had spent a very difficult weekend with a family upset because we were afraid to use the septic system. I had been trying different companies and when I said septic alarm most of the companies said we dont do that. I was about at my wits end. Miss Kim was so reassuring. She told me she was going to check with her guys and call me right back. She did within 10-15 minutes and told me they had some guys near my house and they would swing by on their way to their next call. They did. The problem was a simple fix and they took the time to explain the system and how it worked to my brother. They gave some advice as well to help us keep the system working well. I had called on my way to take my daughter to school and they had the problem fixed and my stress level and mind relieved before I even got home from dropping everyone off for the morning. I then was crying tears but happy tears. Ensley Septic is the best and most understand. I knew it had to be something simple and probably stupid but with no knowledge I had no idea what it was. They were so professional and courteous. They deserve 10 stars.

Needed a new drain field and a work crew consisting of about six men including the owner and his son showed up in the morning. Two hours later the job was finished and advice was offered to help maintain a smooth operating septic tank system. Even used their backhoe to remove two popcorn trees on my property that apparently do bad things to a septic tank system (from seventy five feet away!). Highly recommend this company !

My family has depended on these guys for years. I had to call a plumber due to a drainage issue. Each said it was the septic tank. Sent one plumber away (he kept wanting to pile on charges.) The other tried and was unable to clear the drain; they attempted to look at the septic tank - knowing they couldnt drain it if it was full. Finally called Mike and his team to rule out the septic tank. It wasnt full. They cleared the drain and found the problem. They know what theyre doing! Theyre just an awesome family!

My pump in my septic tank would not stay on so I called and told them about my problem. Rather than send a driver and charge me a fee, they put a tech on the phone who helped me determine the problem was not with my pump but with the outlet box it was plugged in to. Very helpful and saved me money!
