There were some issues that came about with parts missing and error codes on appliances, but he faced them head on and GOT THE JOB DONE. WE WILL NEVER BE USING ANYONE ELSE but Xtreme! We made a costly mistake of going with someone use who did not fix our problem. Joseph and Johnny were an amazing, professional, knowledgeable, honest, kind and as soon as I told them my issue, they made me feel at ease. I knew it would be handled. Such a relief. Grateful for Xtreme and their staff. Affordable as well! Also, phone staff of who answered the phone(female) I don’t catch her name, was friendly and helpful immediately. She understood my situation, panic, desperation and how annoyed I was with the other company. I have used Xtreme in the past but I learned my the hard way by straying. Lesson learned! I’m living in my first ever house with a septic tank, and my knowledge was zero. I was told I needed my tank pumped, so I called Xtreme. Michael and Rondale showed up to my house and really helped me out so much. My tank didn’t actually need to be pumped, so I only was charged the service fee. They could have easily lied to me and took my money, but they didn’t. They also explained so much of the septic system and how things work. Super grateful for these 2 men, and their knowledge and kindness!

I hired Xtreme to move two storage containers I purchased and transport them to my residence. Kris and his partner provided great services! They were able to beat all other prices and negotiated a deal fairly. Kris worked with me prior to picking up the units by meeting me and picking up the payment for the company I was buying the units from. He delivered the payment, which ultimately saved me from having to drive 2 hours to the company I was buying the units from and/or saved me from having to pay a credit card fee to the company. Upon arrival at my residence, Kris made sure to drop the units exactly where I wanted them and even helped me push the units by hand to slide them about a foot or so, to get the two units as close together as possible. Kris was very helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

We used Xtreme FL for a 200-person event. It was a complex event, with multiple locations to outfit for the day. Our contact with Xtreme was very professional throughout the quote process. When our rentals were delivered, we had direct contact with our driver the day before, so I knew we could get in touch to coordinate drop-off times, meet the driver at the sites to ensure the placement we wanted. The items were extremely clean, in like-new condition, and stocked and ready for the event day. When it was time for the items to be picked up, we again had direct contact with the driver to arrange for access (locked gates, etc) and he arrived at the time expected, allowing for a timely wrap up to the day. For a complex event, taking care of a large group of people, not being able to provide restroom services could have derailed the day. Thanks to Xtreme, we had absolutely none of those worries! They really came through for us! And Id use them again and recommend them to anyone in their service area, no questions!

Joseph and Matthew are the best staff Ive come across from Xtreme, especially Joseph. Hes always punctual, professional, nice, and xtremely knowledgeable and not mention does a hell of a job getting my grease trap clean, it practically shines by the time hes done with it. He knows how to treat a customer with the utmost respect. He parks in smart places vs some have blocked a busy street before in the past but I havent seen those gentlemen since. Its always a pleasure when Joseph comes to pump my grease trap. Matthew is in good hands when it comes to learning how things should be done correctly and courteously. Matthew was a very nice and courteous member as well and both seem to really care about the quality job they do.I hope that the future staff I encounter will learn the same work ethic and customer service as these gentlemen.

We were desperate! We haveone bathroom and it was not working. During the day a local plumber told us the septic tank needed to be pumped out. Something his company doesnt do. Five(5) companies were called & they were booking a week out or no longer pump tanks. Finally, we stumbled on Xtreme Septic & eventhough theyre 2 hours away Joseph Allen, a guy with the best work ethic came to our rescue. He drove 2 hours to our house and he was cheerful, informative & he wasted no time before he started digging. He dug up the tank lid(back breaking work!) & cut the roots and branches that caused the system to clog. It did not need to be pumped out.He put the yard back together & never complained as he wrapped up his 15-16 hour day. We were so impressed with Joseph and Xtreme and we will certainly turn to them for all our plumbing needs!

As a realtor, it is important to have key communication, as well as great service. Although there was a hiccup with the initial scheduled appointment for a pre-purchase septic inspection/certification, Whitney made it right and worked our order in the same day. The second scheduled time was delayed due to the prior appointment taking significantly longer than expected. however Joseph reached out at 7pm to let us know he was still on his way. Obviously they are dedicated! Joseph then had to call back to inform me the septic was on another property..ugh! . But the communication and diligence by Joseph and Mandale was greatly appreciated. For 5 months my water sewer and electric bill have been sky high several plumbers have been out and just walked in said your toilet is not running the dial is not spinning outside so nothing is wrong never attempted to look under the trailer to check for a leak. Well today Josh came out immediately look under the trailer to find a leak. Another company came out last week to check the water heater and said nothing was wrong with it. Josh immediately figured out that the water heater had a bad valve and was causing the leak. Shout out to a company that cares about there customers and just not out for a paycheck. Job well done and I look forward to my bill getting back to normal after this thanks again Josh.

The 2 guy crew (Jeremy Shirk and Jorge) they sent out went wayyyyy above and beyond what their jobs curtailed. These young men explained ever step before performing the task. As they were explaining what needed to be done they were patient with us and allowed us to ask as many questions as we wanted. At no time did I feel like they were there to get the job and take my money. So far the best crew they have sent us. An Amazing experience! We have experienced septic tank issues since our home was built in 2003. Original installer never took the drain lines past the hard pan. Drain lines were replaced 10 later and although they apparently tried, they never got past the hard pan.Spoke with a friend in the plumbing business, explained our issues, and all he could say, was to call Joe Nelson. So, . . . .thats what I did. Two days later, Mr. Nelson was on our property. Within two days, his septic crew had pumped out our septic tank. The following week, in comes the heavy equipment. They drilled a 5 wide hole, 28 deep, replaced the end of the fill line, inserted a drain pipe, and back filled the pipe and hole with gravel and sand.Our system has never worked better!Thank you Mr. Nelson, Edward Folsom, Kristopher Burnham and Gage Cornette for your professionalism, hard work, heavy duty equipment skills, and kindness!!! I dont want anyone to experience our septic tank issues. However, if they do . . . Xtreme Plumbing and Septic will get the referral.

Everyone I dealt with was super nice, helpful, just great. They were quick and efficient. It was an after hours call so we paid extra but when you need your tank pumped you normally dont have time to wait. I will definitely use them again. Hopefully I can schedule during regular hours :)

After finding and digging up the cover, pumping the contents, and inspecting the tank, Joseph provided us with a no nonsense explanation of what had occurred and what our options were moving forward. I got a new septic tank with this company. I was able to get financing which was a huge plus💰. The workers that came out to do the tank install love basketball 🏀 I learned lol. I have basketballs and a goal in my back yard. I wouldnt have mind them playing so much if I didnt have people still trying to sleep😴. It was about 7am. That part was a little rude but the guys were very kind and respectful the times I had to communicate with them. When the job was done they packed up and leave. No communications as to when you can use water, how to handle your tank the first 30 days, 90 days, etc. I was looking forward to a knock on the door and just a general wrap up of my system. But I havent had anymore back ups like before with the old tank and so far Im enjoying how the water in my house is flowing🥳. My one and only issue with this company is that youre not told the aftermath of having a new septic tank installed. If you have any type of bad plumbing in the house, you need to take care of that prior to getting a new tank. Tank fumes/gasses seeped into my home 2-3 days after the install🤢🤮. We went 2 weeks before addressing the issue with Xtreme. They told me to check P-traps, reset my toilets, and if that doesnt resolve the issue the have a smoke test done. I wasnt prepared to spend a whole lot of money on plumbing after spending $8000 for a septic tank🤯. Its just a very scary situation to be faced with after spending that kind of money because it really is harmful breathing those gasses for long periods of time. Then knowing you have several more hundreds of dollars💸, maybe even a couple thousand, youre going to have to spend to get all your plumbing looked at...it was just a lot to take in😮‍💨. But everything Xtreme suggested and told me was true🫂. I just wish I was told prior to getting a new tank. It ended up only being my toilet needing to be reset with a new wax seal. I made sure water was in all my P-traps and no leaks were going on there and now its been 3 days so far with no odors in my home when at first it was every single day.

Their guys, DJ and Chris did a great job of cleaning my septic tank and dealing with the sins of the previous homeowner (cooking grease, etc). Instead of trying to sell us a pump that we did not need, he told us what was wrong with the pump and the piping. He fixed the piping which fixed the pump. He made certain to do everything in two settings so that we could easily afford it. Since I am new to septic systems, he could have easily sold me things not needed. Quote was provided quickly and permit work was done fast, scheduling was easy. I was given details that a portion of my back fence would be removed to allow for equipment and would be repaired after the job was completed and that some of my yard would be removed. I gave the green light.On the day of repair a tech tried to drive a small backhoe through my front gate, tearing up a fourth of my front yard. Either the instructions to the tech to enter from the back were not provided or were not regarded. They removed the aforementioned section of fence and then told me they would also need to remove part of my garden fence...on the opposite side of my lawn. I was not advised in any way that the septic replacement would take up the entire back yard. Job was not finished first day but the system was working, which was acceptable.On the second day I was not given a time to expect the tech, so I called around 9 am as I am in the middle of moving and have multiple errands that need my attention. The woman that spoke with me was polite but did not have any information on the books, which was not her fault. Minutes later I hear the backhoe start up -- the tech came through the back without knocking or calling and it was awkward and a little concerning, but the job was getting done.Everything was finished on the second day after a setback of the original crew needing to leave to handle an emergency, which I understood. The second crew showed up 3 hours later. They propped up the fence, didnt try to repair it, and left. I was told four times someone would let me know when the job was done to collect payment. They didnt. They emailed me a payment link, Im assuming because they didnt want to tell me they couldnt repair my fence.The septic seems to be working with no issues so far, and the price was great, and they got the job done, but the little things, and the big things like having an entire back yard that is now nothing but dirt when that was not told to me to expect, added up.

The employees were nice enough but it seemed like they were done too quickly so Im worried it wasnt pumped completely and they didnt wear gloves while handling any of the equipment, grabbing the inside of the hose end to drag it. There also werent any drips from the hoses afterwards and every time Ive had the tank drained in the past our water hose was used to rinse equipment and the tank filter. I paid the $255 I was quoted but something doesnt seem right about the job.A crew was sent to examine the tank shortly after this review went up. They examined the tank and yes, it had been pumped. They werent wearing gloves also and when I asked they said they dont which left me a little squeamish.

Very professional and respectful. They asked me if I want to see the septic before they pump and I did - pretty gross but when I saw the septic after they finished pumping, I was very satisfied. The property I now own is the first ive been in that has a septic system in it.I plan to have them pump it in a few months and probably do a bit of pipe work for the kitchen because of how often theyve come by for my property and how professional theyve been.

I had a blockage between my tank and drain fields, but didnt know how to go about fixing it. After paying another company who took my money to pump the tank and left without fixing the issue, I called Xtreme Pumping and Septic. Kenny came out to the house late in the day and dug up the other half of my tank. Turns out, the tank had a filter that the other company didnt notice. Kenny unclogged the filter and presto! Got me working again. I would highly recommend the technicians from Xtreme Pumping and Septic for any septic system pumping, diagnostics, repair, or general septic system projects. Well done guys! Xtreme excavated 8 of dirt out of our yard and replaced the drain lines for our septic system. They were very professional at all levels and did a quality job. My yard looked like a dirt track in the middle of the job but they made things right by grading my yard and putting down grass seed to replace what was lost. I would definitely suggest Xtreme to anyone with septic issues!
