    In town visiting my grandmother who has terminal cancer and noticed that the main line from the kitchen sink was not draining properly. Tim was able to come out and fix it same day.     Last night, I discovered a bit of water on my kitchen floor by the dishwasher. I cleaned it up and at 8:10 am I called Roto- Rooter. The lady that answered was very kind and gave me an appointment for today. The gentleman, with his expertise, solved the problem quickly, It was my garbage disposal. It had something plastic stuck inside.I am grateful for the immediate attention that this company responded to my problem. I also appreciate the kindness shown to me in time of need.     Trevor was outstanding. Our toilets suddenly wouldnt flush and no amount of plunging or boiling water cleared them. It was already evening and we were afraid that we wouldnt be able to use them for many hours, or perhaps days. I saw that Roto-Rooter advertises 24 hour service and Trevor came to our rescue about 8:30 pm. It was cold and dark outside but he worked diligently to locate the problem and clear our lines. He even located a second clean-out plug that was buried about a foot deep and was under some bashes. He cut out the bushes and dug out the plug and made certain that our lines were clear all the way to the main sewer lines in the street. Highly recommended!

    Quick response time! my main water line leak was in my foundation, estimated amount was spot on with my invoice My repair was a challenge as it was in a bad spot but Trevor did a wonderful job making it work.     Called out Roto Rooter due to a severely clogged AC condensation drain pipe after my AC guys had many failed attempts to fix. Trevor was incredible and was able to snake the pipe completely from different (and some very tight spots) in my aging two story home!     Gavan and crew member came out on a rainy day with sewer line inspection camera and roto rooter auger machines to locate and clear a clogged sewer drain line at my home. They worked efficiently, located the clog and cleared it. I was favorably impressed and very happy with their professionalism and great results.

    We called Roto-Rooter on Sunday evening and were able to get an appointment next day. Our tech was Ryan, he came in and assessed the problem and fixed it.     Keegan was very good. He called me at about 430 and was honest that it would probably be a while. He ended up showing up about 730. It took him about 30 minutes to clear the clog and then he was on his way. He took the time to educate myself and my wife on what caused the issue and how to prevent this from happening again. If I ever have to use a plumber again, I’ll be looking out to make sure it is Keegan and roto-rooter.

    Roto Rooter saved the day for me! Our lift pump started alarming last night. This morning I reached out to the office and they had both a pump out truck and a plumber here within a couple of hours. After surveying Ryan realized we needed a new pump. He drove from Niceville to Pensacola and back and still managed to install the pump so we could have service for the weekend. Thank you for your speedy service and great customer service!

    Roto-Rooter has always been honest and competent to us. This time kinda blew us away. Flooded sub-kitchen sink cabinet. Tech Trevor found simple leak caused by loose nut on sink spray hose, showed us how it leaked into cabinet below sink every time we ran the faucets. Fixed it. THEN, noticed PVC pipe from disposal and dishwasher had been installed crooked such that threads did not align well enough to engage connecting PVC pipes. He could have just departed in 10 min!Instead, Trevor chose to correct the PVC pipe alignment problem by cutting PVC pipe at correct angle, gluing it in. We watched every step. He is a craftsman. Give him a raise. Probably saved us $100s!

    My technician Denys was very pleasant to deal with and gave me details about his findings regarding the absence of the evidence of roots in the lines leading to my septic tank. This was very good news to me! Roto-Rooter on 9 mile Road in Pensacola has been providing preventive maintenance on the septic tank for many years and I have confidence in all of the employees that I have dealt with through the years. As I was not in town at time of this service call, Denys called to tell me that he was in route to my house, and that he had arrived at my house. I was quoted a reasonable price . Denys took the payment by credit card at the end of the work and promptly emailed me my receipt.     Very courteous, very professional, very cutesy, very mindful, very demure!For real tho, this is a group home for women with intellectual and developmental disabilities and severe maladaptive behaviors. The women can get a little rowdy, especially when a cute man comes into the house. He handled them with professionalism and grace, and I did not notice any judgment at all, which is rare when strangers come into the home not expecting to encounter this demographic. He did an amazing job, both eith the plumbing and the environment! Thank you!!

    The tech was very nice except when he looked at our tankless water heater he made the comment that he’s never seen a water heater like that. Proceeded to take a picture and sent to supervisor who told him that we probably need a new one without the tech even taking out a tool but of course he had his phone handy. So the new technician charged us a diagnostic fee of eighty dollars without doing anything at all. I won’t ever call roto rooter again and definitely wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone. I’m going to report it to the BBB since I’m on a fixed income and taking advantage of seniors is very poor business. .The supervisor called and was very kind and explained his side and after talking it out we both understood that communication might have been part of the problem. So maybe I jumped the ball but I’ve changed my opinion of the company and would consider them again.

    Was friendly and patient, even when kids potty breaks delayed water line repairs a bit. Coincidentally, fixed a leaking shutoff valve that failed while he was about to leave with the same positive energy.
