Marcus Rivers took my call personally. I needed a quick fix and it was a Friday morning. No one could come out for less than $550 & they werent available for almost a week. Not only was Mr. Rivers the best price in town, he was here within a matter of hours. He went above and beyond the scope of the job & Im so grateful that I decided to call around some more. As a single parent on a fixed income, I greatly appreciated the affordable rates, promptness, and incredible customer service. When Mr. Rivers saw the job wasnt going to be able to be completed today (my fault not his), he said he come back at no extra cost to complete my faucet install. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. Thank you so much!Update: the man saved my bathroom from total destruction at 11pm on a Friday night when he took my call. Marcus Rivers is a good man who loves his job & cares about helping people. Thats hard to come by these days.

Mr.Rivers and his partner are Awesome!! They were both very professional and efficient. They knew exactly what needed to be done to fix a horrible leak that was causing our family to be without hot water. I also appreciate that that they followed COVID-19 safety guidelines by wearing masks and limiting contact. I definitely recommend Rivers Plumbing and Gas.

These guys are amazing. We had them out for several repairs inside and outside our home. They are quick, professional and extremely nice. They are solutions oriented, came with a full van of tools and cleaned up after they were done. Well never call another plumber.

Marcus is the rarest of contractors! He keeps his word and his work is excellent. When Marcus tells you he will be at our house, he will be there and if by chance he doesnt finish the job in one day you can be assured that he will be back first thing the next day, even Saturday. Nobody in plumbing business is better!

Marcus is great!! He came to our rescue. Wee had water damage in our bathroom, another person had totally messed up. Marcus got in there and re-did everything. Never complained, and worked after hours. The work was done correctly this time. You dont find good people that do good quality work anymore that dont rip you off. Thank you Marcus!!!!

He came, he saw, he fixed! I couldnt figure out how to stop my shower from leaking and Mr. Rivers came highly recommended on FB. Called him up, he & his partner came same day, had the parts in his truck, did his thing, and left. I am very appreciative of his efficiency most importantly....and the fact that he already had shoe-booties to cover his shoes before coming in the house.

I had an emergency, nothing flushed or drained. I over heard someone in home depot mention Rivers plumbing, so I check the reviews and called. Marcus stated he could be here in 30 minutes, from the time I called to total completion took less the an hours. Needless to say I was IMPRESSED, problem solved and for a very reasonable rate! I would absolutely recommend Rivers Plumbing 5 🌟
