The office manager was very understanding and stayed on top of the situation calling me with updates as to when the Techs would arrive. The Techs showed up promptly. Were professional and understanding. They found the problem and fixed it in in a short amount of time. My only issue would be the office manager absolutely refused to even talk with my home warranty company. I really dont blame them. My home warranty company is the reason I incurred so much damage because they refused to treat the issue as an emergency. So Im sure the plumbing company has had bad dealings with regard to home warranty company s. All and all I am very pleased with Certified Plumbing. I highly recommend and endorce the company.

I had an extensive water leak at a rental property. My water bill went from $50 a month to $180 - I called a well known plumber who told me I had to call a leak detection specialist, which they referred me to. The leak detection guy charged me $250 to find the leak. Then the plumber came out and fixed it charging me over $300. They told me the leak was fixed. The next months water bill came in and again it was $180. I called the plumber back and they told me first of all that I should call the leak detection company and have them come back out, as there must be another leak, so I then called the leak detection service, and they told me that the plumber shouldve checked the meter when they finished the job to make sure it had stopped spinning and they wouldve come back out. This went back and forth with both parties pointing the finger at the other one, until they finally just told me that I would probably have to have the entire place re plumbed as the pipes were so old that there would probably be more and more leaks. They quoted me $2k to do the replacement. I then called Certified Plumbing for a second opinion and a price to re plumb my whole house, as they were referred to me by a friend. Mr. Smith came out the same day, listened to my whole saga, and after inspecting my pipes, the previous companys repair, he proceeded to dig up my yard for about 10 feet between the meter and the house and voila, they found one of the pipes were totally cracked, leaking large amounts of water out under ground. He replaced the pipe and also proceeded to check all the pipes, and told me that they were in good shape, not corroded or showing signs of needing to be replaced. He said I can give you an estimate to re pipe the whole house, but you dont need it. He charged me $268 for the whole job. They checked the meter and it had stopped spinning. This company has my business for life - I totally appreciate his honesty and integrity; and him solving my problem in a direct and knowledgeable way. I highly recommend them if you want to have someone with high integrity as your plumber.

Ive used this company twice for plumbing issues at my business. Both times were an emergency and they were so nice and understanding. They were able to have someone there and fix the problem in less than 2 hours. They were professional, tactful and respectful of my staff and clients. Will definitely use them again.

We are a commercial customer. We had used them a few times in the past to work on various minor problems.One was the main drain line that had been infiltrated by a tree root. They got that done. We recently got them to install new lines for outside spigots. Due to a communication mis-understanding, they connected the lines to the wrong meter. We called them (thank you Jennifer) and I was so impressed with how they handled it. No blaming, no upset communications, just professionalism. They came back out and hooked up to the correct meter (was labor intensive) and only charged us for materials. They now have a customer for life. We are very appreciative of them . Have no hesitation when working with Ronnie and his team.

I was very happy with the service! Richie called to let me know when he was on the way, and I met him at the house. He opened up the line in the kitchen sink and got it draining within about 30 minutes. His attitude was positive and he had such a happy out look it really took any worries away. He cleaned everything up when he was done. I will recommend them to everyone!

Certified Plumbing came highly recommended by a friend and I see why. I called and spoke with Jennifer. She got me on the schedule for the next day, was very friendly, and made sure to give me notice before they were on the way. The 2 employees who came out were on time, very efficient, nice, and went out of their way to work around our clients during business hours. Definitely recommend. Will definitely be using them for all plumbing needs from now on. Reliable, quick, and very fair pricing.
