Just wanted to give a shout out to ANDREW who came out late this afternoon for routine maintenance on our tankless water heater (installed by Roger the Plumber a year ago). Andrew tweaked a couple of other things for us while he was here; plus put in A LOT OF OVERTIME on one particular issue (the pipe farthest from the unit). We were SO IMPRESSED that he did not rush off at five oclock. Thank you, Andrew, for going the distance and for your INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has consistently been our experience with Roger the Plumber for plumbing and AC: 10 out of 10!

Roger the Plumber responded to my call with a prompt appointment. Our service technician, Mike Schultz, was the best service tech, including all other types of service repairmen that have been in our home. He introduced himself by full name and the company name. Great start as he decided a sense of respect. He listened with intent as he asked us to describe the issues that led us to call Roger the Plumber. Donning shoe covers, he went straight to work inspecting the HVAC system. After finishing the inspection, he detailed what he had found to include specifics of what components needed replacement and why. He also explained why the AC kicked on, but without the blower. The price was very fair and we had no problem agreeing to the quote as we felt Mike was knowledgeable, asked us if we needed additional clarity on his recommendations (we didnt, he was that good), professional & respectful. The latter is not often felt as servicemen tend to rush to get the job done. Rushing doesnt reflect respect. We will continue to use Roger the Plumber. I dont know if specific technicians can be requested, but if they do let us, Mike is our technician of choice.

Roger the Plumber is an aggregate plumbing and heating/cooling company, but we’ve been using their service for 3 years now and have always felt their contracted checkup service provided good value. A little pricey if something needs replaced, but the covered scheduled checkups keep us up to date, and balances out the cost well. More than anything, their service and employee standards are excellent, esp for an aggregate service. All of our service techs have been fantastic. Very professional.

Had the pleasure of working with Adam who is great. He’s very professional, trustworthy, and detailed. He took the time to listen to our issue and upon completion of his inspection he not only showed us where the issue is but also provided his recommendations and our options. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained what he would be doing to correct the issue in detail. Adam is very honest and just a good person that you can trust. Our experience with Adam definitely gave us someone we trust if additional issues arise.

These guys are great. I was installing a new garbage disposal and the drain pipe out of the house was rusted and couldnt thread any pipe onto it. Bryan came out on time, gave his honest opinion and gave me a quote and suggestions for the time being until I have the money to replace the whole drain pipe. He was very friendly and not pushy to do the expensive fix right then. I will definitely call them when Im ready.

Just got an estimate to replace a main shut off valve. Seems like an easy job since its not in a difficult to reach location. Quoted at $419 and said they would not charge us if they had to get into the drywall for any reason. I did like that they had a sheet with prices for all their possible jobs. Made me feel like I wasnt being cheated. Have two more estimates to get but I would definitely use them in the future.

The company was easy to work with - quick to get me scheduled and came when they scheduled the appointment. Leo was the technician and outlined everything clearly for me and gave me my options. I had a technician in the last intentionally try to sabotage my unit so it would have to be replaced, and they helped explain everything simply and were honest about my options. They also gave me a better deal on the repair than initially quoted. It seems like a trustworthy company and I would happily use again!

I had Austin come out for our annual water heater maintenance check, and he was extremely friendly and professional. Gave a handful of suggestions on things to look out for, and was able to provide me with cost estimates for some work Id like done in the future.The maintenance program they run is a fantastic price to keep our AC/furnace/water heater in proper condition all year long, and I highly recommend it. Ive been using their maintenance program for over 4 years now, and plan to continue using it in the future.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Christopher J Bohling recently through my Roger The Plumber HVAC investment, and I must say he is absolutely amazing. His work ethic is top-notch, and his ability to explain all things related to AC/HVAC systems is truly wonderful. Christopher went above and beyond to ensure our HVAC system was in perfect shape.He meticulously repaired the problem, including rinsing the compressor and thawing out the ice on the coils, patiently waiting until it melted. He also installed a new thermostat inside the house and a thermometer outside. Christophers dedication didnt stop there; he even came back two days later to ensure everything was running smoothly and provided valuable recommendations for the future.What truly sets Christopher apart is his unwavering integrity. Bryan and his fellow associate were very professional and on time. Bryan pointed he didn’t see any issues with what we thought was our water heater but pointed out on this visit a couple other issues that should be addressed in the near future. He was the only plumber to ever mention the potential problem we could have and after looking at the pipes & valve he was referring to you can plainly see that yes this could become a big problem. I believe this is our first time using Roger The Plumber and it won’t be the last. In fact I decided to take him up on the annual inspection offer while saving money in regards to the visit. The annual inspection looks like a pretty extensive check when they do come out so that’s a great peace of mind knowing our Plumbing/ AC/ Furnace will be checked thoroughly to prevent any future problems.

Jack and Chris just finished removing an old toilet and replacing it with a new more water conserving toilet. It looks great! While removing the old toilet, Jack discovered that the emergency shut off valve was leaking and per my decision, he replaced that as well!Jack and Chris were very polite and have excellent customer relations skills. They were very efficient as a team. Both were very respectful of my home. I was impressed by the way they carefully handled the new toilet installation.Both encouraged me to observe the work being done and asked if their efforts such as cleaning the floor around the seal was to my satisfaction.The floor under the old toilet was cleaned up in spotless condition. This is important to the homeowner because they did not try to hide anything from me.During payment, Jack took the time to go over the invoice. I had some questions about future work and both took the time to look at the situation, measure distances for planning purposes and provide an estimate.I will be working with 4 Eco Services, Inc from now on. I called this company because of a heating issue and spoke with Hunter. He was extremely helpful and was able to get Adam to my house within 30 minutes. Adam was very patient and knowledgeable about their products and which would be the best options for my situational factors. We came to a decision and hours later the removal and install crew of Erich and Joe were getting to work. They finished the complete job all in one day with great care, manners, and skill (this was in February, so I have seen both the AC and Furnace improvements within this time). He was very friendly and demonstrated a deep knowledge relating to the hot water heater, as well as discussing our water filtration system. He had a few questions for us that prompted the decision to reduce the water termperature 10 degrees to go from scalding to correctly hot! Austin was great, even giving insight into garbage disposal product rankings. Really great service start to finish. Timely and efficient...while still being thorough. He provided upcoming maintenance relating to garbage disposal and ion rod, but didnt recommend any replacement at this point. Great honesty.

I dont have a lot of experience in dealing with service companies due to how things have gone for me and almost always living under someone elses roof for a main portion of life, and thus the services they offer typically werent involving me at all. Now that I have my own place, this became something I needed when I was in need of replacing a toilet at the apartment I rent at and started shopping around. 4 Eco has delivered on everything I would have expected from a company of this sort plus extra. They are very communicative when there is a request for services or they are inspecting a unit (such as a water heater I just had looked at as part of a preventative maintenance service they offer, which is very nice). Also, they offer warranties on their installations, which Ive noticed not many other similar companies do.The tech I had, Justin, who was the one who performed both tasks Ive had done through this company, was very easy to talk with and very informative about the various things he was here to do. I had always wondered how people could end up with carbon monoxide in their homes in the first place, as I never knew what could create it, and thanks to his educational explanations, now I do. He was also punctual and respectful.Only gripe I could have is that when they contact you to verify an appointment that if youre unavailable it would be nice if they left a message the first time (I had received a few calls while at work and unable to answer, and was unsure who was calling), and perhaps maybe they could have louder phones/mics for their dispatchers, since I could barely hear them when on the phone even with my volume maxed.Regardless of the above, since they are rather minimal complaints, I have been very pleased with the service and work done by this enterprise and will continue to use them. Recommended!

Recently bought a house that had an AC unit which had been previously serviced and installed by Roger the Plumber. Shortly after we moved in, the AC unit started having issues (the unit is only two years old). There was then a several month process to figure out the problem. It required Roger to do an investigation and have several tries in attempting to solve the problem. Long story short it wasnt anything Roger had done wrong but was the fault of the previous homeowner. I cant emphasize enough how impressed I was by not only their commitment to solve the problem for us but also their fairness in what they charged us. I would highly recommend Roger the Plumber. I had never had them service our AC/Furnace until 2 weeks ago when we scheduled our annual furnace tune-up and discussion about replacing our ancient AC, and possibly, our 10 year old furnace.Matthew Black with 4 Eco Services came out for this service and discussion. He recommended a new AC unit, pointed out problems with our old furnace installation, suggested a new 2 zone furnace to cure our nagging problem of a 10 degree difference between our first and second floor, and repairing the problem with our non-working humidifier. I have never been so impressed with a HVAC guy as we were with Matthew. He is knowledgeable, honest, a true professional, not pushy, and firmly believes in his employer. 4 Eco Services is lucky to have him.We were so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and his belief in 4 EcoServices as an honest and professional company, that we told him, a day later, after some discussion, to go ahead with his recommendations. As expected, Matthew and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing our old AC & furnace, and repairing the problem with our central humidifier. We couldn’t be happier with our new system. God forbid anything happen in the future, but if it does we will call Roger again.

We had bought a new heater and had an AC tune up from Rogers. While there were a few issues, I will say that Rogers tried their best to make it right. Sometimes you cant control everything that happens with an install, (mistakes happen) its how you react to those mistakes that make or break a company. They do care about their reputation and that shows in how they react to a situation. I will appreciate Rogers for fixing the issue and for their techs that genuinely care for their customers needs with revolving a problem.

Zach conducted our annual furnace check, was very professional and didnt try to shame us about the filter. Yes, it was dirty and is a washable one. I appreciated his discussion about the merits of the disposable pleated filter versus washable ones. We did get a new washable one since our current one has put in at least a dozen years and can be retired. Justin was very thorough with the water heater inspection. The connection at the top was corroded and had been installed at the last visit. He replaced this at no charge, flushed the system and looked at all the plumbing areas including the sump pump. Very respectful and professional.

Shortly after moving into our home, we had several things go wrong. We couldn’t do laundry because of a clogged pipe, and then our water heater went out. We called Roger the Plumber, and we are extremely pleased with the services they have provided! All our appliances are working and draining properly, and we have hot water 🙌🏻 They took extra measures to ensure our floors stayed clean, by laying out a drop cloth to and from the work area, as well as wearing shoe covers. All technicians that entered our home were respectful, and very knowledgeable. Thanks to them we can now do our laundry and take a hot shower!! On top of fixing everything, the way they fixed it is extremely convenient if we ever have to have it unclogged or looked at again, instead of our laundry pipe being under concrete like before, it is now accessible directly behind the washing machine on the wall. And our water heater is now up to code, which the old one was not. 10/10 recommended this company for your plumbing or HVAC needs!

Before meeting Kirk i have doing my own research as i had time on hand as my furnace started to give problems couple months back . Found him very genuine. I trusted him & Eric both . Matter of fact Eric the Installation manager, i had a misunderstanding with him on day one evening. But a person working from morning 8.30 to night 9.30 it bound to happen, i call it being human. Coming back to the point this is my third night 2 at the upper level , now in basement. I feel good. I called 4Eco for my plumbing needs, as I have used Rainbow Plumbing in the past a number of times, but they were bought out by 4Eco. I had old original plumbing components in my basement bathroom, which had just basically worn out after 70 years.The plumber who did the work was named Alfonso. He was personable and seemed to care to do a good job, which he did in the end, as I had to have both the toilet and faucet replaced. During the course of it, he made sure everything was done correctly and even cleaned the bathroom sink really well, as it had a bunch of mineral build-up and stains. When he was done, the 70-year old sink looked really good again. The only bad part for me was the final cleanup but he did a reasonable enough job of cleaning before he left, and he took away the old components that were replaced.All things considered, I was pleased with the work and for what all had to be done, it didnt cost as much as I thought it might. I recommend 4Eco for plumbing and Alfonso as a plumber.Update on 4/21/21: We have had this company come over and do multiple things like plumbing and HVAC inspections since the previous review and we have had good experiences with them. Today their tech named Brandon came over to auger the main sewer line. He did a good job and cleaned up what little mess occurred after he completed the job. We also had a camera probe down the main sewer line which showed tree roots growing into it and a breakage at the connection to the city service line. They gave us a couple of estimates for repair and replacement. Since we pay for line insurance we will see if/how the repair can be worked out. We have no problem in having RTP do the work for us if we can.

Michael Schultz from Roger the Plumber is a phenomenal service provider. He came out and performed the normal maintenance routine as expected. The recommendations he suggested were spot on for our heat pump system and its efficiency. I would say Michael Schultz is one of the more knowledge, professional and personable techs I have seen over the many years. He also noticed a bend in our undersized propane supply line to the house, which we will need to have replaced very soon.

This was a much larger task than I anticipated, requiring the removal of a very old rusted out waste pipe and replacement with the modern standard size. Very thorough and communicate great. However we didn’t remove washer and dryer before replacing drain pipe, not knowing if they needed to test anything before removal. They had to do it, and just ripped dryer vent off without loosening it. Had to fix that and they left plastic shavings from new drain on the new wet concrete.

Ive had 4 Eco Services out a couple of times. Their service professionals exceed expectations in professionalism, responsiveness, cleanliness and punctuality. They seem do a good job on the plumbing too. But be warned, they will definitely try to add on extra elements to the job. ($$$) I went from thinking I just had a clogged faucet in my bathtub to getting a whole new water heater. They tried to have me install a whole-house water filtration system that day as well, which I declined. Then a year later they came out for a maintenance check on the water heater and said I needed a pressure regulator on the house (when I was not having any plumbing problems whatsoever) and also offered to do a walk-through to check all of the plumbing in my house, which I declined due to COVID. I find it hard to assess whether something is really worth doing because it just feels like theyre trying to make more money on the job, and consequently find myself saying no to everything they bring up. Id feel better if they pointed out a few things that looked good and dont need to be fixed.

Todd, a supervisor, was the first to come out and assess our situation. He was very courteous and respectful and patiently walked through the pricing with me. Sam carried out the actual repair(partially in freezing cold weather!); he was efficient but always stopped to answer my questions in a way that I understood. As we continued to experience some issues, that were not quite resolved, both Todd and Sam came back, explained the situation, got in there and figured it out until the problem was going help our household. Thanks guys! I say that because plumbing can be a thankless job!

Jack not only did a wonderfully professional job on all the plumbing tasks -- replacing the rough in shower valve and installing shut off valves -- he found a broken valve elsewhere, counseled me on a better placement of the shut offs to avoid having to cut a hole in the wall for an access panel AND got the house up to code by installing a pressure regulator. Moreover, he was a kind and encouraging trainer to his assistant Taylor, who himself was a responsive and super positive worker. These are the kind of service professionals I was grateful to have in my home to do the jobs I couldnt complete myself. They clearly pride themselves on doing a good job.

I would give him a five star rating.I will add the following statements, even though I agree with the above statements.An untended accident soaked my bathroom carpeting. He used all the toweling he had to soak it up, but it did not do the job. I put a fan in the room as well as used some more towels to try to soak up the wet carpet.Unfortunately, the carpet is still quite damp and the fan has been runningever since yesterday afternoon. I think you should refund a part of the money I paid to make up for the accident.

Called 4ECO on Friday afternoon, no one answered. Saturday morning I get a call and its from 4ECO. They apologized for not being able to take my call and asked if there was something they could do for me. I told her about my water heater pilot light. We scheduled a technician for Tuesday after the holiday. Technician (Brandon) was on time, performed his assessment and got it to light after resetting a switch. Talked to Brandon about some other things and he was very informative. Service call was approx. $200. No issue with cost, I had two other companies come out and do assessments and both suggested full replacement, one for $1800, the other for $3100. I will recommend 4ECO to anyone who asks.

Thursday night my kitchen sink backed up both sides and I wasnt able to clear the line myself with a snake. Friday morning I called several local plumbers and none could come out until the following week, but when I called Rogers Plumbing I spoke to Ryan who was able to squeeze me in, even though their schedule was full. Jason and his assistant came to my house that afternoon, wore booties to not track dirt inside, investigated the problem, explained it well and fixed the backup- in addition, the machine they brought wasnt working and I was afraid that would mean theyd have to come back another day, but their manager drove out a replacement, even though it was late Friday evening.Nobody wants drain problems, but if you run into one I would highly recommend Rogers Plumbing. Courteous, efficient, good pricing and job well done.

Jason didnt leave us with a fixed quote for the work. We didnt want to exclude 4ECO we just wanted to get another point of view on the issues.
