We hired Joe Lillis Plumbing for a new sink and appliance install and could not be happier with the outcome. First, we received a quick response and quote from Mark. Then the owner, Joe, came out to verify the estimate. Finally, we had Eric show up on time, knock out the project in the timeline estimated, kept the place clean and orderly, and we ended up with an amazing sink right at our budget. If we have similar projects in the future, Joe Lillis is our first call.

Eric and Jacob did an excellent job of installing two new sinks and accompanying faucets. They were knowledgeable, courteous and when they were done they removed all the old fixtures and packaging. In addition, they were able to suggest a new way to solve a gas valve problem on our fireplace without dismantling the stone facade. I highly recommend them—Joe should give them a bonus! We have used Joe Lillis Plumbing for the last 12 years and have always had great service!

Roger was awesome! We had an issue so we called and they were able to get him out the next morning. Super friendly, our new toilet was installed fast and looks / works great and gave us advice on how to deal with our ceiling which had damage from the leak. He also fixed our shut off values and our whole house shut off in a mere few hours - quick and professional! Hope to not need him again but if we do, will come back to this company / Roger!

After paying a $99 service fee plus another $6 in fuel surcharge (because $99 did not cover that), to someone advertised to “trust with my house keys”, I was shocked at the attempted gouging bid of $1,000 to replace my basement main water valve. I thanked the tech but declined their service.A day later a friend recommended me to try Joe Lillis Plumbing, and I am glad I did. From Joe’s wife who answers the phone and is personable, to Eric the tech who came out and had the job done in under 30 minutes, I could not be more pleased. Turns out the $295 I was quoted on the phone for parts and labor came to…$295! How refreshing.Be sure to get more than one quote for your job and if the company advertises heavily on the radio and or television. you are paying for those commercials, not them.

What a great company. We had a leak from the jet tub in our master bathroom. I called, they answered, scheduled a technician to come out within 48 hours. He arrived as scheduled, sent a text beforehand.He listened to us describe the problem, asked questions, then set about troubleshooting. He explained to us what he felt the problem was, used pictures he took, recommended the repairs and price.He made the repairs, showed us the new plumbing connections and pipes, ran tests to ensure the problem was fixed.It feels great to have that quality of service, a company you can trust. During the most recent power outage I needed a new toilet.It was an emergency. I was told a technician could install it that day. I was relieved! He arrived on time and was professional and pleasant.When I realized it wasnt the toilet I wanted, I talked to Joe.He and I worked out a solution that went way beyond my expectations. He would replace it with the new one and not charge for the installation, just the difference between the 2 toilets. I will be using this plumbing company again for sure! I had gotten quotes from a big-name company that added up to thousands of dollars of work, which was absolutely insane given how simple each of the fixes were. I didnt trust them at all, so I called Joe Lillis on a recommendation from a neighbor. Joe Lillis plumbing came out and gave me a much more fair price for the work, and even looked at the shower pull that the other company had said they would have to spend hours fixing and charges several thousand to do, and the Joe Lillis plumber said its probably just a cartridge that needs to be replaced, and I have one in my truck for this brand already. He had it fixed in about 20-30 minutes and for a fraction of the cost.The plumber who serviced our house was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was very honest with us about the best fixes for everything.

I had gotten a estimate from another company who kept pushing me to spend $3,000 to replace my basement floor drain. Joe was recommended by a co-worker who did work in her house with a glowing review. I called and explained my situation, Joe came the next day. He determined I didnt need my floor drain replaced, it just needed cleaned out, which he did in less than 10 minutes. He was pleasant, courteous and professional. I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue! He will shoot you straight and treats the customer with respect.

When I called, I got a preliminary quote of $225, though I was told that if they had to cut into the wall, the cost would be more. I texted a photo, got a quote of $500-$600. Tab from Joe Lillis came out when he said he would, did the job correctly, and reduced the price based on actual time spent on the job! Highly recommend for customer service and professionalism. We weren’t sure if we needed a new sump pump or if maybe the sump pump line outside the house was clogged. We just knew our sump pump wasn’t working as it should. With 3 days of rain on the way, I was starting to panic. Due to their availability, we initially called Roto-Rooter. They came out and gave us a quote of “up to $3200” to replace the sump pump and backup battery. I’ve never had a sump pump replaced or even repaired, but a quick Google search revealed that a quote anywhere near $3k is ridiculous. With the clock ticking, I was frantically calling other plumbing companies. Superior Plumbing is actually who referred me to Joe Lillis Plumbing. I figure when one plumbing company refers you to another plumbing company, they probably know what they’re talking about.From the time I called Joe Lillis until we had a new sump pump installed, it was less than 3 hours…. and only $620. Of course, I know they might not always be able to respond so quickly, but regardless, they were timely, professional, and affordable. Don’t hesitate to hire them. While I hope we don’t need them again, when and if we need plumbing services again, I would definitely use Joe Lillis again.

I called Joe Lillis on a Friday morning for a pre-purchased garbage disposal installation. Calling on a Friday, I didnt expect same day service, but was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could get appointment between 2-4. At around 1pm, I got text saying TAB was on his way. Total bonus that he was early. TAB showed up, quickly installed disposal, while allowing me to chew his ear off. He was professional, knowledgeable, amicable, and did a great job. I told TAB that I would call Joe Lillis again for other issues, or future remodeling projects. TAB of course is not his name. Its an acronym for his name, so youll have to give Joe Lillis a call, have TAB come out, and ask him about it. Hell do a fantastic job.

I called Joe Lillis Plumbing based on the positive online reviews. They lived up to their reputation. I needed a new disposal and also had a water spot in our garage below a 2nd floor bathroom. They spent time with me on the initial phone call describing how they would approach each job.On the day of the job, they showed up on time and were done very quickly. They determined the leak was just a loose toilet seal. My wife commented that they were very professional and friendly, and she was surprised at how quietly and quickly they completed the work.The charges were very reasonable and fair. They gave us an estimate for a new water heater that was a great price, and we will be having them do that for us. I will be using them moving forward for all my plumbing needs and have already started telling people about them.

Honest, High Quality, Quick, and Stellar Pricing! Joe was recommended to me by a neighbor. I’m big on picking contractors and other such things based on google reviews as well as recommendations from others. But, I always get more than one bid so I don’t get hosed, and so I can choose using my gut according to how I’m treated. As such comparing Joe to other plumbers that came out: No gimmicks, I totally felt like I was being “sold” by the others. Joe was down to earth, kind, and you could tell the work I had for him was a no brainer for him. In fact he even suggested I pick different tub/shower trim kits to make the work easier on that particular job. It was a matter of switching brands for replacement rather than cutting walls and tiles to use the first brand I picked. THANK YOU!!! Both plumbers pointed out on the bar faucet that the plumbing coming from the wall needed to be rerouted because the new sink was deeper than the old. However, Joe explained the work much better, and looked in more detail at what it would entail before giving a quote. And the best part, his bid came in 1/3 the cost of the others!!! What a genuine, honest guy. Licensed Master Plumber that is going to take care of all your plumbing needs without ripping you off for something you can’t, and probably shouldn’t, do on your own.
