I am totally impressed with the level of the customer service that I have received from Neal Harris during my recent furnace installation. Alan was at my home the next day after I called to get appointment for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable of the products and explained the features very well so that I could make an informed decision. Jason and Erick did the fabulous installation the next day amazingly. Top-notch technicians who were not only experts at their trade but very personable and professional as well. I would highly recommend Neal Harris for anyone who wants a top-quality product and top-quality service.

Zach went out of his way, on multiple occasions, to accommodate me through my process of gathering estimates, giving me multiple options, educating me on the equipment as well as installation processes and all the steps he would take in order to ensure my space ended up the way I wanted it. Vincent did a great job. It went slower than he wanted due to needing to run to get a power cord (twice-due to the first one stating it was for the model of garbage disposal he was installing but wasn’t), once he had the second (correct) cord he did the installation quite quickly. He cleaned up his work area, which is much appreciated. Additionally, I will add, he was very cordial and a pleasant person to talk to. Oh, also, at my request, he corrected the route of the dishwasher drain hose that was blocking the pull down sink faucet sprayer from retracting correctly.

Austin Lemmons was dispatched when we called Neal Harris Service Experts to have a plumber come and replace our leaky outside faucets before winter. When he arrived, we showed Austin where they were (front and back) and wanted frost free replacements. In addition, he suggested new shutoffs inside which turned out to be a god send as well. Austin is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and what it entailed and turned out to be a much better setup than what we had before. He made quick work of the job too! No more leaks and so happy with the new hardware. We will definitely be calling Neal Harris Service Experts again for future plumbing. Ryan Rizo is the best technician and provided the best maintenance of my furnace and air condition out of any others I’ve had. I never previously had a technician who took so much time, took photos of everything that could possibly become more serious in time (my furnace is nearing its life span) and explained everything to me while also having documented it all. The humidifier also wasn’t getting water so while he was there, Ryan helped me isolate the source of the problem to make sure it wasn’t as simple as the copper line being clogged with debris. On top of it all, Ryan is an animal lover so my dogs were all over him with love. 🥰

Jordan & Oscar did our duct work cleaning today. They were an absolute amazing team. I can’t believe what they found in my duct work.I would highly suggest getting this done. Neal Harris has a great team of people. Crystal was the sales person and she was very detailed and knew what she was talking about.You will be surprised what you will find. Whether you have a new house or an older home or maybe like me a remodeled home never know what you’re going to find.They found everything from tile pieces to shreds of wood, nails, door stop, sheet rock mud, staples, trash…., masking tape, (this one is my favorite) brand new pack of Camel 🐪 cigarettes.Clean your ducts and breathe better today. Plus I know my furnace and AC will Run much more efficiently. If I am lucky I might save some $$ on utility bills 💵!

By far, the service I received from Neal Harris Experts is exemplary. Weve been customers for many years but this recent experience was phenomenal. After a routine service revealed need to repair the AC and that occured, the unit failed within four days. We contracted for a new furnace and AC. There were a few hitches and glitches in the next week. Each instance was treated as priority and executed promptly. The reps were solicitous and knowledgeable. Im highly recommending this establishment. 👍👍

We had a great experience with Neal Harris from setting up the appointment to the technician coming out to look at our system.They were honest and fair about their assessment. Tim, the salesman, came out on a Saturday to talk us through the advantage plan. He said the technicians would be out the following Mobday to install everythingWe had a complete new Hvac system installed. Technicians showed up around 8:30 am. Said they would be all day to install it. Actually, they got done around 2:00pm.In a previous house I had used Neil Harris and the Advantage Pkan and was very satisfied with their service.

Alec worked very hard at resolving our problem. We knew we had a clog in our main sewer as it started backing up into the basement floor drain. We were concerned as 4 months prior another company installed a new PVC pipe in our yard from the cleanout in the basement out into our yard but not all the way to the street. We were not aware of any guarantee on it though. We called that company first as well as texted and emailed with no response. We needed help and fast. Hello Neal Harris Service Experts! We think Alec went well above and beyond the call of duty after finding our problem was worse than we originally thought. Not only hard working, but Alec is also knowledgeable, explained the processes he was taking, kept us informed at every step, and answered questions we had. Of course during the oppressive heat of August my A/C goes out. The landlord said Neal Harris did the install and it should be under warranty. So we got in touch with them and they sent out a technician on the same day. Moe Hashim was very professional and listened intently while I told him what the system was/wasnt doing. After about 20 minutes he determined the issue, due to parts availability they are working with my landlord to figure the best fastest way to repair. So far Im very satisfied!

We had our furnace maintenance done two weeks ago by Andre and it was determined that we would need a new furnace. Andre has been our technician for the past 4 years and we consider him family, so we trusted his findings. Zach was with him and assisted with providing us information on cost of a new system and has been available for this entire process, even checking in on us after hours! Since the unit was 17 years old, we decided to invest in a new AC unit as well and a hot water tank which we had been needing. Antonio and Jun did the HVAC install this week in less than 9 hours. We’ve not yet had a bad experience with Neal Harris. Whether it’s a planned HVAC replacement or repair or an emergency, Neal Harris is timely and professional—even on a Sunday. A few days ago when our AC acted up, Corey arrived within hours and addressed the issue quickly and professionally. He was also exceedingly personable. Our issue was fixed in less than an hour and much less expensive than feared. We will be calling Neal Harris again for any future HVAC emergencies.

I am so glad I called Neal Harris! I had bad experiences with hvac professionals not following through. My experience with NH was the complete opposite. I had a quote with Bill & Kevin for a new A/C for my house. They were great. The day of install Jun and Kevin showed up early and got right to work. Worked all day until after 7 pm on a Friday. They ended up replacing quite a bit of flu pipe in my crawlspace. Kevin did show up later in the day to help them get things to a stopping point. All 3 guys were very nice and professional. The next day Jason T. And Jeff M. Showed up early to finish the job. Despite being in a crawlspace and being covered in dirt all these guys kept a good attitude. I am so grateful for the hard work they did. I now have a safe flue pipe system and enjoying my new A/C 😎

5/30/23 It is nice seeing Andre again for service of the system. Having no problems but routine maintenance.Last year: I had no air conditioning with temperatures in the upper 90s. Neal Harris Service Experts came through quickly when another company might be able to help in a week or so. The people I came in contact with were experienced, respectful, professional, knowledge. I learned that because of their size that they have capabilities that other companies simply do not have. I liked the other company but Neal Harris now has just gained a new customer. They suggested a new main shut off valve and a pressure regulator which sounded like a good idea to me.Im so grateful for the work they did and their suggestions to improve my system overall. The technician who checked the furnace last Spring, documented the issue so well that AJ was fully aware of the situation and he quickly and meticulously checked our system, found/fixed the problem and then thoroughly cleaned our furnace.Great maintenance service! My family has had a maintenance plan with Neal Harris for over a decade. We would not trust anyone else.Anthony was sent to find out why there was so much noise when the system would turn on and why the the thermometer showed it was over heating.Anthony took time to track every wire, called tech support but found the issue before tech support responded.... He found the issue, made the needed adjustment and the furnace has been quiet and working perfectly ever since.I am so pleased with the plans they offer. Very reassuring!Thank you Neal Harris Team!!

Did tune-up on my high-efficiency furnace. Austin and Moe were themselves highly efficient, explaining what they were doing and why it mattered and letting me know how to maintain things between tune-ups. Moe even fixed my humidifier by somehow managing to remove a broken gasket that had become lodged in the transfer pipe. I highly recommend Moe.
