I’ve scoured Kansas City for 5 years and, although expensive, they do get the job done. I got a little concerned after not having a toilet installed that I paid for about 3 weeks prior. I do like how they handle all communication with my clients and only reach out with major “go nogo” type questions. They definitely seem to tailor their services to my individual desires (ie they seem to generally remember my communication preferences and desire for permanent fix over temporary fix). For the time being they are my go to and I will likely be moving this to a 5 star as business with them continues.

We have nothing but good things to say about Dylan and his business, The Flow Doctors LLC. One of our basement pipes burst open because of the freezing temperatures. Plus it was the night of Christmas eve, so very few other plumbers were working. We risked spending our Christmas holiday with no running water in the house. After calling every available plumber in the city, Dylan was the only one who responded in our time of need.Dylan came prepared to handle the work. He was very professional about how he went about the task. After we explained the situation to him, he quickly and accurately identified the appropriate course of action. He had all the necessary tools to get the job done. He was also highly informative, telling us exactly he was doing and why. The procedure went by smoothly. We felt reassured and comforted by his presence. Thanks to him, we were able to get water back to our house so that we could continue celebrating the holidays.Thank you Dylan!

Dylan and his crew were great! I had a main drain back-up one morning and they were able to come out immediately and get it taken care of. This led to me also having them install a sump pump that same week. I realized this is very hard work, but they did great. Thank you to Dylan Carr and Haley with The Flow Doctor for an awesome job replacing all the old galvanized water lines under my house with brand new hot and cold pex lines that go right up to every fixture in my house. They were very prompt and professional. New shut off valves at every fixture and a main shut off valve to the entire house were installed, plus the line from the water meter to the house was replaced. Two new exterior faucets were added to the north and south side of the house. If furniture had to be moved to get to lines in the walls, they vacuumed and cleaned up once the job was done, and they moved the furniture back. Upon job completion they double checked for leaks, and Haley was sweet enough to vacuum the house and get any excess dirt that might’ve been brought up from the crawlspace. I 100% recommend these folks.

There was a part that got damaged in shipping which affected output from the heater. Dylan came back on a short notice and replaced the part. Amazing service!

We had a gas pipe we needed to remove and replace, and Dylan and his team went above and beyond to get the job done. Along the way we ran into several issues that needed troubleshooting, but he and the team stayed from 8:30 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. to make sure we were in good shape for the citys return inspection. Would highly recommend their work to anyone, as they were kind, professional and very fair in their pricing.

Dylan and his team were excellent to work with. I found The Flow Doctor on Home Advisor after my 16 year-old hot water heater went kaput. Within minutes of entering in the job details Dylan called with a competitive bid and provided me with additional information about code changes in my area and how it impacted my situation. Not only is Dylan a knowledgeable Master Plumber, but very professional as well. His team installed a new hot water heater within a couple of hours and left no water trail in my basement or anywhere else in my home. And there were no hidden charges. As I was walking in, I saw them grab the neighbor’s empty trash bins from the curb, (from our trash day,) and walk them up to the neighbor’s garage! If they take the time to do little acts of kindness—I imagine they take the time to do the little things right for their customers! I cant thank The Flow Doctor enough. Late in the evening, a waterline above my garage burst. Water was shooting out of my ceiling, out light fixtures; it was a disaster. I called up The Flow Doctor and Dylan came out that same night, located the burst pipe, fixed it, and had our water back on. He was at our home until 10pm. I cant thank Dylan enough for his expertise and work ethic and will use The Flow Doctor for all of my future plumbing needs.
