We have used the services of Lula for over one year now and it has made a world of difference for us with maintenance of all our properties. Less time for us, less staff for us, faster 24/7 service for the tenant, no added costs to us or our owners. The tenants seem to be happy also since they can get troubleshooting for their problems and sometimes dont need a vendor to schedule anything. We currently rent our property, and our management company recently changed and switched to Lula and it has been the best decision they have made! We recently put in a request, and within a day (even on a weekend) I was receiving notifications that the request was filled, and after I submitted my timeframe, that it was already on the schedule to be serviced! Phil, the contractor, came out and serviced our door. He was extremely kind, professional, and timely. He went above and beyond in so many ways! A few hours later we were provided the day and time for our appointment and they text us when the heating company was on the way. The company they sent was professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to find the issue right away and correct it. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently Lula handled our request. We have heard nightmares about other property maintenance companies luckily Lula is nothing like that. I am glad they are handling our maintenance issues.

This is a very good service. I have only used them once, so far, and they have some bugs to work out, but at the end of the day, my request for service was completed promptly by a very professional provider. The bugs are: (1) The first provider who took my job was a first-time provider. He arrived on time, but the job was more than he expected and we agreed he would come back the following day with the right equipment. He never came back. (2) After waiting all day, I contacted Lula and they were very helpful and professional, including assuring me that the original provider would not be retained. They sent out another provider -- a really good one -- the following day. He was great. I was absolutely satisfied. (3) There are some glitches in their system -- it seems to work best if you download and use the mobile app, instead of their website. For example, after my job was completed, they sent me an email and a text asking me to rate the provider. In the email, I clicked on the Rate Your Provider button and was taken to their website, where there was no system to rate a provider. I contacted Customer Support and they told me that it appears you can only rate a provider using the mobile app, which begs the question, whats up with the email? Customer Support took my provider-rating via Chat. So, everything ultimately worked out fine. Once these bugs are worked out, I think its a 5-Star operation.

The app makes it extremely easy to choose the jobs I want in the location that I want and the time frame that I want. It even reminds me when I have job upcoming! If theres a communication issue with a tenant, Lula support is always ready to step in and take care of that as well.No buying bogus leads, no making two to three trips to the client to quote. To schedule the cleaning, I downloaded the Lula app to my phone and entered some brief information regarding my home, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I chose to schedule for a future time and was notified within minutes that a company had picked up my job. The cleaners arrived right on time and did a very thorough job. My house hasnt been this clean since we moved in 5 years ago! Payment is handled through the app as well.One other thing: the CEO and staff at Lula are SO NICE. I was truly impressed how involved they are in every step of the process and how concerned they are with customer satisfaction.
