I have used Hamilton off and on over the past few years. For awhile I was going back and forth between companies. But will not be doing that anymore. Hamilton is the most honest and efficient company I have found. They have given me honest opinions on my furnace and ac. If you are looking to get some work done I would highly recommend giving them a call. Prices will vary from company to company but one thing that does not waiver is expertise and commitment to excellence. Hamilton cares about the community and does amazing work. Thank you Hamilton for doing a an awesome job and keeping my family comfortable and safe.

This is the second time and second review we have for Hamilton A/C & Heating. The first time we took advantage of the $69 tune-up (our long-time A/C guy retired), and they sent Steffen Riley, who did a fantastic job. He educated me on my 13 year old Kenmore A/C and furnace, and I proceeded with minor updates at that time.Now, two months later we heard loud sounds coming from furnace and we had no A/C. I called Hamilton again that night and I requested Steffen again. He came out the next day and he immediately diagnosed it as a failed and locked up blower motor. Now, I know nothing about A/C or furnaces except changing the filters, but when Steffen had the motor out and the thing-a-ma-jig on the motor wont spin, thats enough proof for me! Steffen gave me an option for a universal or OE motor and I chose the OE motor, which is more expensive, but better quality. He was able to track down a local supplier who had one in stock, picked it up, installed new motor, did a final system analysis with his fancy gadgets, and we are happy to be back to normal again! I know things dont last forever, but eventually we are going to replace both with better and efficient systems like some of my neighbors have. Well be calling him back in few months for the winter tune-up.

This entire experience of a complete re-do of our HVAC was absolutely the best! Their estimate was prompt and fair, they began the work very timely and all workers were polite and professional. They worked long hours to get the job done and I was able to trust them with my house key since it was a multi-day job. Cannot say enough good things. We had never used Hamiltons services before and when our regular plumber was not able to help us in our emergency, we decided to give Hamilton a try.Matt was our tech, who was a delight to have in our home. After analyzing the problem, he clearly explained to us what the issue was and how he was going to solve it. While doing the work, Matt was neat, quiet, and respectful of our home and furnishings. And, amazingly, he was able to complete the job the same day.Matt is very polite, mild-mannered, and very friendly. We have been using Hamilton for the past 7 years and are very happy with Hamilton as a company and their technicians. They replaced our water heater and furnace/AC unit that was way past its expiration date. With the yearly maintenance checks, the technicians have been courteous, professional and efficient. A big plus, they do not try to sell or up-sell. They give their recommendations and allow you to decide if or when you want proceed. If the recommendation can be done DIY they will tell you and even how you can find the part yourself. Shawn was just here for a heating system check and was just as I described above!

I have had the opportunity to work with Hamilton multiple times over the last few weeks, both with plumbing and HVAC. Alfredo, Skyler, and Jose were incredibly professional in the work that they completed. I appreciated how each spent time explaining their findings and concerns for my systems. Additionally, I was able to get techs out to me same day if needed. I recommended them to a neighbor who had an A/C system failure and they were also able to get out to them same day and get them taken care of quickly!

First, I didn’t expect to use Hamilton as a contractor for my A/C and heat, BUT, they’re estimate came in almost $1,500 less than my previous A/C and heating contractor.It installed today 5/6/24 and I’m thrilled with my new A/C unit!The technicians were very clean and professional. They put tarps over my wood floors before beginning the work, and took all their dust with them when they completed the install.I can finally set my thermostat to 74 and have it reach 74 in my home! Before the install, the unit would run all night when set to 74 and only reach 75. Thank you Hamilton!

You should probably give him a raise. I was not crazy about the office staff, but that’s that’s another issue I would say that this gentleman probably saved me from canceling my partner service with Hamilton plumbing anyway merry Christmas.

Salesman was very unprofessional and threatened to pull crew from the job after they broke my water line if I did not come up with another $7500 for them to replace that as well. Then I was quoted for 40 feet of new sewer line but they only installed 20 feet per thier own statement.

Fast friendly service on a Saturday for our Liberty, MO home. Shortly before noon, realized our 1996 water heater was leaking in multiple spots. Hamilton plumbing was able to send a plumber out in 2 hours. He went over our options and was able to remove and install our new unit the same day. Between the main office and the plumber, we were kept informed of each step of the process and any causes for delays or potential issues. Cant recommend the Hamilton team more highly! Will definitely contact them again for future plumbing issues.

We have just had a hot water heater installed in our home by Hamilton Plumbing and Heating through the Lowes program. The installation was very professionally handled by Jeffrey Benson. Jeffery was fantastic to deal with, as he was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and even stayed late to complete the job and get the hot water supply restored.His commitment to complete the job in a timely manner was great appreciated, as my Wife experiences some health issues and the availability of hot water was important to her.I would add that Jeffrey’s cleanup was impeccable and he corrected some venting issues from the old installation. Our AC stopped working and we were unsure who to call to get help. We had previously worked with Roger the Plumber and 4 Eco but both were bought up by another company. I was a little worried about the help I would receive from a large company but still called Hamilton. Not only are the people who answer the phones exceptionally nice and helpful. The Hamilton pros are the best! We had Michael come out to look at our HVAC. He did a very thorough diagnosis and showed me what was going on. He was so friendly and patient and helped get our AC back online. Although no one wants to spend money on the AC, Michael was able to fully explain everything so we felt comfortable understanding the issue and working to fix it. If I need HVAC help again I am calling Hamilton and requesting Michael. He is the man!

From the start, they communicated the arrival and then walked me thru the job they were going to perform and the approx. timeframe it was going to take. The job is now complete and it looks fantastic. Rudy and Jairo were great to work with, highly skilled, very professional. If you are looking to replace your furnace or AC, I would definitely recommend Bob Hamilton and if possible, I would ask for Rudy and Jairo. This company installed a AC/Furnace and duct work at my house, did a good job, Jayden has been wonderful and very patient, he came back and put a few more vents in which I am very grateful for, Jayden also told me that if I have any more problems to give him a call, O and after he left he even called me later to see if it was ok,... He definitely enjoys his job and it shows, its very hard to find a young person now days that arent lazy, Jayden keep up the good work your definitely going places, O and by the way I would add pictures but Im not climbing in no attic and too cold to go outside to take pictures of the heat pump, I would also like to add that Im really enjoying the heat, my room is nice and toasty and I have no complaints on granddaughters room either, we are really glad that they added the extra vents, thanks Hamilton!

Well to start, I actually need to review AGAIN my HVAC experience also because I messed up and it’s gone.So, here goes. This last month, I had my HVAC unit outside go bad, so I called HAMILTON to come out and give me an estimate. Wow 🤩 The fleet of cars and the professionals that represent the company are awesome! Patrick and Oslo! I had my unit..a complete system installed the next day! The technician/installers were fast, professional, and knowledgeable! WOW 🤩 again! I’m so glad I called HAMILTON. Oh, and the trucks! Very good advertising on my driveway! I feel so much better knowing that my HVAC is ready for my upcoming retirement next year or the year after.Now, I called HAMILTON because I was having an issue with the outdoor spigot dripping. While the technician/installer was there I showed him some old cast iron plumbing I was concerned about that maybe needed to be replaced. And maybe the hot water heater should be replaced, and so forth. Well, I’m ready I believe ALMOST for retirement. There really isn’t anything this company doesn’t do. I have some electrical I need to address but I have some time. Travis and Jason were awesome on the plumbing project. Travis Haynes was very patient with the financing process with me, we had a couple of hiccups but he’s an EXCELLENT PLUMBER.The financing was seamless to deal with. I’m so glad I found HAMILTON! They are the only company that is coming into my house I can guarantee that! You DEFINITELY need to give them a call! Service was great and on time. We are very pleased & impressed with the service we received from Alex today. He found a great solution to a pretty messy kitchen faucet problem. The old faucet which was spewing water at its base & leaking from the bottom had a charcoal water filter on it. There arent a lot of new replacement kitchen faucets with a high arch that will fit a filter attachment on the market right now. Id considered an under the cabinet water filter but, I wasnt looking forward to climbing under the sink periodically to change the filter. The solution he came up with improved this house & fixed the dilemma. The bad plumbing under the sink & down stairs at the main shutoff has also been replaced with new shutoff valves that work. A smarter, greener water filter placed at chest height, with easier access has been installed in the basement where the water line comes in. It actually works better than the old setup ever could & all the faucets all over the house will provide cleaner water. My laundry may come out looking better. All the other plumbing fixtures may work better & last longer. As a side benefit the new faucet included a sprayer that is actually usable. Its lightweight but has real water pressure that I havent had in years. He proposed a solution that looks better than I could have imagined & fit the budget as well. Since I cook a lot these improvements made a huge difference. Thank you, Alex
