The circumstances of working with these guys were unfortunate, but Im glad we worked with Code 3. All of them are personable, easy to talk to, and hardworking.Our old copper pipes decided that they didnt want us to host Christmas this year. We called MANY plumbers, got many quotes, and Code 3 was by far the most reasonable option. Derrick is who we spoke to the majority of the time, and he came out the morning after Christmas to start the repairs. He was by himself the first day and was a workhorse. Guy got so much done on his own, super impressive.I dont know anything about plumbing but I feel a little less scared of that now, knowing that we have Code 3 to call if something happens in the future.I really appreciate the work that yall did, and how quickly you came to help us. This company was recommended to me by a friend. I called Friday morning, they were able to come out Monday to review what all was done and able to come Wednesday to complete the work! They could have came Tuesday, but that didn’t work with my schedule which shows how flexible and quick they are. The guys were very friendly! We had a gas leak coming from our water heater and they tried to make it happen over the weekend but the parts stores were closed so they came back first thing Monday morning. Code 3 walked me through everything they were seeing in the scope and came in with the most competitive bid. Throughout the process they were extremely professional and communicative. Jonathon at Code3 plumbing is first class.I called him at 8 or 9 AM and he was at my house by 11 to give me an estimate on a potential sewer replacement at the riser. They got out quickly and we’re able to locate the drain line, and the main sewer. They replaced the broken 90 and also installed a backflow preventer and cleanout. Very satisfied with their service, professionalism, and rapid response. I would recommend them to anyone!
