James Garcia was my tech and he was amazing. I had been trying to figure out the AC and resolve it myself, but I didnt understand the compressor well enough to do so, so I called Whipple. He dealt with my MANY questions and was kind and considerate. I didnt use their repair services because once we found the issue I knew it was well within my ability to fix. He did not pressure me or get frustrated with my decision to decline further help. In fact he made sure to point out a few safety suggestions and gave me his card to get direct help if I got stuck.Due to his accurate diagnosis of a failed capacitor I was able to get my ac running again the same day at minimal cost. Further, with his recommendations I have now created a maintenance schedule for the compressor so I dont run into this issue again.

Justin Stelly was absolutely incredible with helping me out! He came early on a holiday to help us with a plumbing emergency. He was friendly to everyone in the house, including the dogs, and put us all at ease. He explained things in a way that we were all able to understand and was welcoming/able to answer any questions we had for him. He took his time making sure that we had everything squared away and collaborated with the other members of the Whipple team to ensure everyone was on the same page for the game plan. He left us a card with all his information on it so that we could call with any questions or if we needed his help again. Not only was he efficient and caring with his work at our house, but he also kept things VERY clean. Our dogs absolutely loved him and he was a calming presence throughout the craziness of our plumbing issues. The Whipple team as a whole showed up quickly! Eduardo showed up first thing in the morning on Labor Day to get our emergency project assessed. He was able to bring out Justin to help with looking at the pipe damage, got a restoration team in, and gave us an overview of what the project steps and timeline would look like. They helped with making sure we were in contact with insurance and were transparent about pricing and the things that were necessary to get fixed. We were left with no questions and a clear idea of what happened and what the plan was to fix it. To have a plumbers, restoration, and inspectors come early on a holiday with last minute notice was more than we could have asked for! We look forward to working with them over the next week as we complete the projects in our home!

Huge shout out to Sam Kanz for the amazing plumbing job in our home. New toilet, faucets in the kitchen and bathroom and mostly the fantastic high-flow whole house filtration system. Paul was amazing! I had another electrician come out and look at our home and they couldn’t find the problem and the only fix they could come up with was cutting into the walls which would cost a few thousand dollars and possibly not even fix the problem. Paul was able to find a GFCI that had tripped on the opposite side of the house outside. He fixed that and didn’t charge us anything. He was incredibly nice, Cannot recommended their services enough. Adam stopped by to look at our electrical systems today. Been having some issues with the AC unit flipping the breaker this summer. Within a couple quick glances he was able to diagnose some problems and offered same day solutions. Our Furnace was unfortunately unfixable, but they were able to install a new furnace and air conditioner same day. From start to finish it was painless and amazing service. We called for an emergency inspection last Thursday and they got someone right over. Tim Mcpeters was thorough and explained everything from start to finish. We wound up needing to replace our water heater and I could not have asked for a better technician. He came out first thing this morning with a coworker and spent over 4 hours redoing things that had been done incorrectly by the prior homeowner. These poor guys definitely got a work out in due to us living on a hill and the house being 3 stories tall, with the water heater on the top level. They never once complained and were very focused on their work and completely cleaned up everything. Thank you so much for all you did!!

Christian communicated his time of arrival first thing this morning. He showed up at the coordinates time and he walked the work area. After assessing the project he provided me the potential options, and after selecting the service option I wanted he got right to work. He had my Tesla charger, breaker, and power line fully installed and operational within 2 hours. He then tested my system, walked the area showing his work, and finalized the work by conducting a secondary recheck that the charger was connected remotely and maintaining a constant current.

Whipple coordinated visits by their HVAC expert (Jake) the following morning and their plumbing expert (Lee) the following day. Both arrived as scheduled, were very professional and knowledgeable, and had me a quote on the same day of the visit. I was impressed by Whipples communication protocol, sending Pics and even backgrounds prior to the experts arrival at my location.Im still evaluating the quotes, however they appear to be a top notch organization based on my experience so far.

I appreciate that. However, this error should not have happened.

Truitt Jorgensen did a fantastic job of quickly and efficiently replacing our water heater. Our water heater broke in the night and flooded our basement. Truitt was amazing. Very knowledgeable. He got us all set up with a new tankless water heater system with all the fixings. (They were able to buy back some regular water heaters from us that were less than 2 years old) He definitely went the extra mile. He arranged and installed things in our mechanical room to give us the most storage space possible. He replaced and fixed things that weren’t up to code and weren’t safe or that were flying to give out soon. He swept and cleaned everything up very nicely and was just an overall nice guy. Would definitely recommend!

I had a slow drain in the main bathroom sink that I could not get to the clog. Called Whipple and they were able to schedule me within the hour. My technician was Eduardo and he showed up right on time. Eduardo was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. He snaked the line twice and verified there were no leaks and cleaned up very well. Later that night my down stairs laundry backed up due to the upstairs clog being pushed to the downstairs. Called Whipple at about 6pm and explained the problem and they contacted Eduardo. He arrived back at our house within 30 minutes. He snaked the downstairs and all the pipes are clog free. I will say the speed of response and Eduardo’s professionalism and friendly attitude is why I would recommend Whipple to any future customers.

He showed us the package cost of a code upgrade that saved us hundreds of dollars. His work was fast, very professional, and he took the time to answer questions, educate and clean up after himself.
