Trent Hoffman serviced our furnace previously, and we were highly satisfied. So when my furnace was showing we could not figure out; so we called the company and requested Trent again because of his knowledge. He came and promptly discovered the problem and stayed and fixed it until late in the evening. We were more than satisfied with his work ethic and his expertise. Barlow installed our heater and air conditioner today. A few days earlier, they inspected our furnace and found a gas leak. They were quick to get us scheduled for replacement and even provided us with space heaters. The two gentlemen who came to do the install were kind and worked efficiently to get the job done. I found Barlow Service Experts to be a very professional, reliable and responsive company. After experiencing an issue with my AC unit, they immediately dispatched a technician to troubleshoot the issue. After Jim Murphy ran numerous tests and answered numerous questions, he then recommended replacement of the 27 year old unit. Adam clearly explained all our options and worked up a detailed estimate. They then immediately got me on the schedule for two days later. Chris and Tony showed up bright and early on a Saturday morning to get the old unit out and the new one installed within 5 hours. Great job all!

Our A/C went out in the middle of a dangerous heat wave, and our house was 82 degrees. After calling Barlow, Chris C the lead installer, came (5 hours early-which was incredible) and had our A/C fixed in no time!! He was even super friendly with my dog who desperately needed his attention. Our house cooled down instantly and it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a speedy repair. 10/5 stars!

Im really happy with how fast Barlow was able to sent a technician. Riley did not only find the problem immediately, she also had replacement parts available. Anthony Peterson and Ike did a very nice job installing a new heat pump system at my house. During the preparation to start the work Anthony inspected the layout and let me know exactly how the installation would proceed. They completed it in one day and left the house and work areas very clean. He also instructed me on the systems operation and answered all my questions. The system works great - very quiet and keeps the home very comfortable.

Trent and Brock were terrific to work with. They were able to schedule me at the end of their very busy day so that I can get my A/C issue resolved on a very hot day. They explained all my options and were direct in their recommendations. The only thing was they were so fast that I did not really get an itemized breakdown of the costs, but I was willing to spend it for the results I received. I also like Barlows membership experience and service for $10 per month. Thanks again Trent and Brock, I slept well last night!!!

Our Thermostat started acting wonky. The screen went completely white and then developed vertical colored lines. We called Barlow and they came out the same day. The technician Ty diagnosed the issue quickly. The thermostat was going bad. He replaced it quickly and got the AC flowing again. Ty was very friendly and professional. Great service all around.

Caleb Ahasteen was amazing! There was a misunderstanding regarding the furnace tune up. It was mistakenly understood that only the A/C was to be serviced. When I pointed out that the furnace was what I needed serviced he gladly stayed and did the furnace servicing as well. It was critical to our contract negotiating on this home purchase that we know the furnaces condition. He helped us out willingly in our moment of need. Cant say enough good about Caleb. This company also does water softener systems, I asked for education, and now I feel I can go into that decision well informed. Barlow will be back in the fall to check my system again (I signed up for a $10 a month membership) to keep up with the health of my hvac system. I hope Chris is the one to come back.

I had Trent come by to fix my old unit (he came the same day I called), and he did very quickly, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me about the newer units and how more efficient they are and set up a free consult about upgrading. Drew came and did some measuring and inspecting of what I had and gave me several options for upgrading. of course, I wanted the best system for the lowest price. I ended up getting what I felt was the best system, I got a new A/C unit, new furnace with humidifier, and a water heater. they had to make my return air vents bigger and add another return air line. they did it all in one day, Dave, Garth, Jones and about five other guys came. overall I’m very happy with everything, there was a small water leak from the humidifier line that Trent fixed when Trent and Drew came back a week after the install to see how everything was working. They truly did go out of their way to satisfy me. Great Job Guys!

Moms Lennox furnace (11 yrs old, best furnace Ive ever dealt with) wouldnt light. She has been a Barlows customer for a long time, so set up an appointment for service (same day).She pays for a twice a year tune-up plan that I always thought was a waste. Turned out not to be the case if for no other reason than the discounts she got on the parts and labor.Setting the appointment was easy, Jim arrived early and ready to help.He was courteous, very knowledgeable, quick, and thorough.Had to change 2 pressure valves, but checked/cleaned all other orifices and air flow areas while he was there.I was so impressed with Jims visit, Im moving Barlows to the top of my call list next time I have an HVAC or Plumbing job. I added plumbing because I know theyve come to moms house for plumbing problems before and shes always said what a good job theyve done. We verified it with another HVAC professional and then met with a sales representative, Brock. They worked the entire day and had it ready to go by sundown. They put tarps over all the carpeted areas and left the storage room in very tidy order, no debris at all. Chris was the lead. I could not find his partners name but both were courteous and professional. We also had 2 more calls and 2 more follow up visits by Brock. At this point we are feeling very good about all involved in our purchase.

After listening to my account of what I observed, he meticulously went about deducing the source of failure. The required part wasnt stocked on the truck (since it was a low failure item), but was housed at the main facility -- which was quickly picked it up. The new component was removed & replaced; it remedied the problem. Total time on the job site: 1 hour! His equipment provided clear accurate readings for airflow and expected temperature. He walked me through the readings as the test was run and explained thoroughly. He identified issues present in the system in the home I am renting and provided me data to back that up. I now have an understanding of why services need to be performed and how critical they are.Harry’s service made me see value in continuing my service contract with Barlow.

My AC stopped working this year so I called Barlow to come look at it. Its way old - 1998, so its time to replace. The service tech, Chris, was very helpful. He was honest about the pros and cons of repair vs. replacement. We also had a very informative conversation about my 1997 furnace, which I have known is on its last leg. I knew I could trust Chris and the advice he was giving me. Felt very safe with his recommendations. Im planning on updating to save money on my energy bills and to save energy in general. Looking forward to more efficient heating and cooling!Caleb came today for maintenance on my furnace. Afterwards he took the time to explain to me what he did, which I found helpful. Thank you!

Garrett arrived early in the appointment window and spent an hour and a half setting up our window swamp cooler for the season. He was very meticulous, cleaning the scale from the inside of the cooler and the filters, and then cleaning the patio where the detritus had fallen. He checked and repaired leaks. Although he was here only for the swamp cooler, he climbed up into the attic and repaired a loose cover on the furnace which had been making an annoying rattle. We have lived in this house for 44 years, and Derrick is the best technician who has ever come here. We will be asking for him every time we schedule future service.9/29/22Rodolfo was very competent, positive, and friendly. When we asked him to disconnect it hose inside the house, he did it without complaint. He’s a good member of your team.9/28/23Caleb was up in the hot attic for a long time. He was very thorough and did some things (pictures) that nobody had ever done before. We will ask for him next year.

Barlow provides both great Customer Service and Maintenance Service and has great employees. I would rate them a 10+. Darren is the tech that came to my property today and he was very professional and knows his business. He replaced a faulty gas regulator and also re-worked some of the natural gas piping and fittings which connect to the hot water heater. I also am under an Annual Contract for both the Heating/Cooling which is a great service and at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Barlow to both family and friends.
