We had our home completely repiped by Jason. They did a great job. Its no easy task and he worked hard and was dedicated to the job to the finish. They were careful to minimize cuts to the ceilings and walls. They were sure to clean up when they were finished for the day. Jason and team were prompt and professional. I would recommend S&B for any plumbing job you have.

These guys are some of the most honest, polite, and hard-working plumbers I’ve ever met. Scott came out to help fix a leaking outdoor faucet. He found that the homeowners before me had rigged the faucet to work. After grabbing a new rod and rebuilding the hose bib, we were solid and back in working order. Scott was super polite and informative. He had opportunities to try to upsell me if he wanted to try to push that, he didn’t. He was very respectful and treated me like another human should. I’m definitely calling you guys back out when I need more plumbing work done. S&B is the place I can trust.

We’ve used S & B plumbing several times over the last 4 years we’ve lived here. They respond to jobs quickly and always notify me when a technician is on the way. The plumbers have all been very knowledgeable about their trade and always spend an adequate amount of time answering questions and educating about how to keep our household systems running well. Their receptionists to their technicians are always so kind and helpful.

I see why they are Ogdens best plumbers. The plumber was great and did everything right but while he was trying to work or explain to us what was going, on his office wouldn’t quit blowing up his phone. How can he give our problem his full attention if they want his attention on someone else’s problem. Good thing was that he tested every little thing to make sure it was fixed right before he left which made us feel better!

This company has a real shining star by the name of DAVID! S&B have been called out to our place of business on a couple of occasions and the do good work. This occassion they sent their best ! What we thought was our problem was not our problem at all! That man looked at the big picture and found the root of the problem and fixed it, and walked us through the entire process so we had a good understanding of what was going on!I would give a 5 star for him but a 2 star for the office! First you cant get anyone to talk to you until 9am. Then you cant get the girl to just listen and send someone. The process was so chaotic that I almost called someone else.Glad I didnt! If you have patience to talk to the office just tell them to send DAVID. Its worth it!

Brian and his team are amazing!!! They are legit! He has fixed many issues over 10 years for me and recently we had them install a steam shower, toilet, sinks, rough plumbing, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, water softener, & water heater. I also own a commercial building and they have fixed many issues for us there too. Obviously they know their stuff and are responsible and great people. I highly recommend them!!!

Andrew is awesome. Recently moved from Maryland to Utah. Had a leak though the ceiling. S & B came out next day to fix a leak from a manufacturers defect. I work at Servpro and often times we need plumbing services before we can do any mitigation. Today I needed a plumber at the end of the day on a Friday! The job was all the way across the valley and not only did S & B get a team out for me immediately, they did it without charging me after hours fees. We purchased a new home and had a plumbing company install a sump pump. This company did not place the sump pump low enough in the ground or even water test it. We found water moisture on the concrete flooring and water in the bucket. I contacted S & B Plumbing and they immediately sent out Pat and Reed from S&B. Pat and Reed immediately assessed the situation and properly installed a new sump-pump bucket flush with the cement floor and cemented around it for a nice clean look. They properly tested the system and completed a very clean look. Pat and Reed are an asset to S&B Plumbing and so is Hilary White who is very pleasant and helpful when answering the phone and scheduling appointments. I would recommend S&B Plumbing.Thank you,R.Cox

S&B plumbing is amazing! Had main sewer line backing up into basement and didn’t have time to do it myself. Called and they sent Chuck out to have my line jetted. But only was he professional and quick, but he was super nice and threw in a camera after to show the completed project. Gave it to me on a thumb drive and said that’s usually a $300 service. Also they were about $500 cheaper than other bids I had. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

After the office had checked on which crew was going to be finished with the job they were on, I was called right back and told a time when to expect the crew. They arrived right on time.After installing the new faucet, they explained how the sensor worked, how to reset the sensor if something happened and where the battery case was located.When the job was done of all the things needed to be installed (we remodeled our kitchen and bathroom) the crew made sure everything was cleaned up, no messes were left behind.We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

We had my mother-in-law living with us and we had to have this toilet replaced very quickly because shes older and feeble. Great to work with a company that’s not just out to get your money. Jason went the extra mile to check all things that could possibly be causing my hot water heater’s to be preforming not so good, instead of just selling me new hot water heaters he found a bad expansion tank and pressure regulator also pointed out that the heater’s were not getting good air flow. Jason cleaned them and took the time to educate me on how to keep the vents clean and free of debris so that my water heaters could perform to their max ability. If you want A professional job done in a timely manner S&B plumbing will not disappoint....

Just after buying our home one of the water heaters started leaking. Brian was able to get a replacement 50 gallon water heater installed and plumbed inline with the second water heater within a few hours of calling him. We were able to avoid any water damage to our home because of his fast and professional service. Then to top it off while he was there he noticed the copper line that fed the cold water to our home humidifier was not installed correctly, he was able to fix that and also added a shut off valve to the humidifier for the just in case. I will always be using S&B plumbing for my needs and anyone I hear needing plumbing will get referred to Brian and his team..

Recently we had a VERY bad drain issue. Turned out the city had broken some concrete in a repair it it settled where my line connected. UGH! My S & B fellas got it fixed - it was a toughy that may have cause a lesser plumber a long time. Not these guys!They also found the last of a non-code drain issue that had been bugging me for years - some sewer smell sometimes backed up because of the old drum system.I scheduled another visit with them and Conor took care of it very professionally! Everything was clean and running smooth in just 3 hours. Considering the problems of old houses, Im just delighted at the service and the price AND the people.THANK YOU!!!

Brian and the team really took care of me. I needed a new water main run to my house, but it was tricky, they had to go under the sidewalk, under a boulder retaining wall and through my front lawn. They were there only for a few hours and I couldnt even tell that they were there at all. Not a single rock or a blade of grass out of place. Very professional, clean work. Thanks guys!

We called S&B Plumbing Services when our water heater died. At first it was going to be a 3-day delay, but Brian the owner said that was too long, so Brian & Pat came out within 2 hours and replaced our old water heater with a new Rheem water heater. After the wonderful installation of the new unit, they cleaned up the residue from the old water heater! Good work on the new installation, and it is working great! Brian & Pat were very pleasant & professional! Water was leaking through our kitchen ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. We were expecting a ceiling tear out and a big bill. Connor suggested we check everything possible before we tear up the ceiling. He found the leak, was able to repair it, and no ceiling tear out! He really cared about the customer and was not just trying to make a lot of money! I totally recommend this company if you need a plumber.

I was very pleased with the service we received from S&B Plumbing Services. They came out to replace our water heater after it started leaking the night of a big blizzard. They were able to send a small crew out within a hour of us calling and we were only out of hot water for a few hours from our initial call. They were very professional and were able to solve our problem by replacing the old leaky water heater. We are very grateful that they helped us out.

I was so impressed with S&B after Roto-Rooter was called for an active water leak at my daughters house. Roto-Rooter sent out a man to confirm - yup, thats a leak. Then the plumber never came. S&B was then called. They came right out, fixed everything. A month later I called them for a leaking tub faucet. We had them fix the leak and replace the valve assembly in the wall. $400 - new valve and fixtures. Everyone else was quoting $1000-1500 and tear out the bathtub wall. Great service!
