I had a pipe issue on my hot water heater. Called Mike Bachman Plumbing and they sent a technician to the house within 2 hours. They got my water to the house shut off and a plumber was here the next day and replaced the worn pipe. I am grateful for the fast, friendly, service. A great company.

A visit for a bid on water softener install turned into the need to unclog our main sewer line to the road. When we realized the blockage had occurred just a hour before their visit, they were able to pivot to clearing it. This was on December 26th... not the best time. They were very efficient, knowledgeable & communicated well thru the process. Also did have them install the softener the following day.Would definitely recommend.

Fast response. Came out same day to give an estimate at a time convenient for us. Gave a few options and steered us to the one that was most cost efficient for the situation. Installed a new water heater in a very tight spot the very next day. They were right on time and professional and courteous the entire time. Cost was reasonable with no surprise expenses. Works perfectly and we cant be more happy with their service and value. If you are looking for work to be done, call them immediately. You wont be sorry!

We needed a plumber. Called Mike Bachman Plumbing. They came out the next day. After explaining our concerns, the worker quickly went to work. The bathtub drain was first to be addressed. Within half an hour that was fixed. Now the attention was focused on the bathroom sink. It was taken apart. Some stuff was cleaned out. The way the pipes were put in may require them to be augured out, which would cost a staggering amount. And this may or may not fix the problem. It was decided not to take a chance. We will live with what we got.

I was very pleased with my recent experience with Mike Bachman Plumbing. I had five faucets that were almost unusable because the cartridges inside them were worn out.When I called them the lady taking my call was so pleasant. She made an appointment for me the next morning and the plumber showed up right on time. He was aware of what I needed and got right on it. As he worked he explained everything to me. In a short time he had fixed all five faucets. I’m completely happy with the results and I recommend this company.

I met Randall when I was out with some friends and one of my friends mentioned that a loan program was opened again, and I could use it to fix my sump pump connection issue. Randall asked what was wrong with it and I told him that the guy I bought my house from did a lot of DIY wrong ans routed the sump pump into the sewer line and I needed to fix it, because its illegal to have it set up that way, and the city was aware of the issue and wanted it fixed ASAP. I had bids from other plumbers between $4,000 and $5,500, but I hadnt been able to afford it. Randall said Mike Bachman Plumbing could do it for significantly less, and showed me the pricing tiers. All of the tiers were so much less than the other companies started at. I called them the next day, and within an hour my problem was completely fixed. Having this fixed has taken so much weight off my shoulders, and it feels so good have it all done for under $300. Mike Bachman Plumbing is hands down the best.

I was really impressed with the service I received. I expected things to be worse than what I thought it would be. My plumber took the time to educate me with ways to keep the lines clean and draining well. I also forgot to mention the discount to my plumber. I called them to see if we could cancel the transaction to add it. She said she would need to get authorization from the owner. I got a call first thing in the morning stating that they would mail me a check for the discounted amount. I really appreciate that they were willing to do that even for my mistake. This says a lot about a company and the importance of their clients. I have used Any Hour in the past and got ripped off and was really worried about that happening again. Mike Bachmans has proven to be a trustworthy plumbing company. Thank you! I will for sure use them again.

Taylor of Mike Bachman Plumbing helped to save my Thanksgiving. My garbage disposal decided to leak all under my kitchen sink in time for the holidays. After checking with a plumber I had used before and finding them booked out until the next week, I contacted Mike Bachman Plumbing because of their statement that they could respond the same day. They were true to their claim and Taylor showed upa couple of hours later. He was very professional, discussed my options, gave me some good advice and the cost of the work and had my new garbage disposal installed in a short time. Now definitely on my short list of contractors for future work and highly recommended if you need someone fast and competent for your future projects.

Mike Bachman Plumbing was a lifesaver! After being quoted an outrageous $5,800 by another company to replace my 4-year-old water heater, I called Mike Bachman for a second opinion. Their plumber came out the next morning and actually took the time to troubleshoot the issue thoroughly. He discovered water inside the heater, something the first company completely overlooked, and gave me honest options.The best part? My water heater was still under warranty, and instead of charging me thousands, Mike Bachman only charged $800 for labor to replace it! Their plumber also checked my water pressure, which the previous company claimed was the issue, and confirmed it was perfectly normal at 50 PSI.Mike Bachman Plumbing was professional, honest, and efficient. I can’t recommend them enough! If youre looking for a plumbing company that won’t take advantage of you, this is it. I’ll be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on!

We’ve hired Bachman for years and have been really happy. Recently we had a problem with our toilet - it kept getting backed up. It happened a few times a week.The last straw was my husband cleaning poopy water off the floor and about having a breakdown over it. He’s a neat freak and this was the last time he could imagine doing that job.I called and they came that morning. The tech is friendly and laid out all our options. One was to purchase and they install a higher power toilet. Maybe we could flush some people out who don’t belong any more out next!I wasn’t convinced but he’s paying, so… we have a new toilet. It’s quite a throne! Both he and my daughter are thrilled. It’s like Christmas at our house!Now he wants to replace all our toilets. I don’t quite understand their enthusiasm. However, it’s there and I respect it. They cannot stop raving about this new addition to our family!I even have a photo. I feel like it should wear a crown as it takes its place as head of the bathroom.

Four years ago, they replaced a hot water heater with a six-year warranty. Sunday, we came home from church, and it was cracked and leaking all over the floor. Even though it was a Sunday, they called me back, made arrangements for a service call the next morning. Masen showed up at 9:30 and by 11:00 it was replaced with a new water heater. No charge to us, so they certainly honored the warranty completely. Masen was great, answered all my questions, was very honest, and customer service was terrific. The only plumber I trust. These guys are the best. They are honest, have fair and competitive pricing, try to solve your problems, and truly empathize with you. I know this first hand from working with them three times now on three completely different projects. These guys have even noticed other things in my house that needed fixing, that were not associated with the job I hired them to do, and fixed it for free: Oh thats an easy fix. Ill just quickly fix it and not charge you. If youre like me, youve had to deal with those plumbing companies that try to sell you stuff you dont need, or charge you a fee based on how they feel you understand plumbing. These guys dont. In fact theyre the opposite. They truly care about you and your plumbing needs, and work to get it fixed. I will always go back to Mike Bachman plumbing.

Our tech, Chris was right on time. He did a good professional job installing our new faucet, giving me an estimate on some future items and answering questions I had about some existing equipment in our house. We were going to have him install a dishwasher too and I’m sure he would have done that well also. It seems Bachman uses a flat rate for dishwasher installation, rather than time expended by the plumber. Their rate appears to be designed to cover a range of scenarios, consequently we thought it too expensive for our situation, so we declined to have Chris install it. That’s a business decision by Bachman, I understand. I’ll call Bachman again when we have plumbing work.

This was the second time I’ve called Mike Bachman Plumbing for service at this home. I was not disappointed either time. I had an emergency that I tried but couldn’t fix myself. Matt arrived on the weekend within 1.5 hours of my phone call. He was professional and fast. He was knowledgeable and fixed my shower quickly. I will be using them again. One thing to note, expect an emergency service fee of $200 on the weekends or with any emergency after hours. But I felt that was reasonable.

We have a fail switch that I had no idea about. I called this company and they answered right away. I told them I had no hot water and she sent someone the next day! He was kind and professional and walked us thru the problem. Luckily I didnt need a new water heater. Somehow the fail switch switched off and he was able to switch it back without any problems! Fast. Efficient, friendly and very helpful! They did charge me $20 to light the pilot but I was more than happy to pay that instead of getting a new water heater!Thank you for getting us hot water quickly!

Very impressed, never in my life had to hire a plumber up until I just sold my townhome in Ogden and upon inspection, I had to get a few things repaired before closing on the deal, yesterday I went in blind finding a company to do the repairs and came across this company, they had an appointment for me not even 24 hours later, showed on time, even took care of a couple other services I needed done on top of what I requested. Most important I did not feel like I was just a transaction and rather the employee shook my hand upon leaving. I will deff use this service in future.

I have had the Mike Baughman company come several times the past couple years to fix things in my older home and I could not have better service. Their repairmen are prompt, courteous and really take time to listen to my concerns. They go the “extra mile” in solving your problem and expalaining your options. One time I had a repairman come from another company was told me that to fix that bathtub , I would need to tear out the tile on the wall to fix the problem. Your repairman came and had it fixed in less than ten minutes. And I was so surprised and pleased when I got the bill for all his service.

I scheduled an appointment with Mike Bachman Plumbing online and got a call back the next business day to confirm the day and time of my appointment. At the scheduled time, the journeyman plumber and assistant showed up to see what I needed fixed. I needed the main shut off valve for the culinary water to my home replaced. That was a pretty easy task with 3/4 PEX Pipe. The other two items were more complicated. I had two outdoor culinary faucets (hose bibs) that were worn out and difficult to shut off. Both were mounted in stucco, one was in the unfinished part of my basement. But the worst one was in the ceiling of a finished bedroom in my basement. I was not looking forward to cutting the sheetrock or stucco to replace this valve. Their plumber was able to determine that the valve body was still okay and he rebuilt the valve with a new stem and components. This saved me having to rip apart the sheetrock and stucco. He showed me the old stem and components and how they had failed. I was impressed! It was the best plumbing job I ever did. (Pulling out my credit card and paying the man.) Thanks for your expertise and experience! He got the other faucet rebuilt also and now it is very easy to turn on and off. First time customer and now a lifetime customer! Thanks again!

I didn’t know any plumbers and googled it to find Bachman plumbing to help relocate gas lines as part of a kitchen remodel. They did a fantastic job and were very nice and professional and got it done quickly. They also came a second time 2 years later to troubleshoot a water pressure issue and solved it within 5 minutes and replaced the part within an hour and had our plumbing back up and running. The service tech even acknowledged a step he skipped and made sure to tell me about it and fixed it and took some money of the price of the service. It was minor and I would never have noticed it.
