Chad came over for a hot water tank replacement. In the end, Chad removed two old gas hot water tanks and replaced with a Rinnai tankless system. He answered my questions, and didnt pressure me into anything. Everything was done well in just a day. He also did it while I was out of town so I obviously trusted him. We hired Chad after several quotes. He made us feel confortable and he was very affordable. He was quick to get to the house and was on time. His employees wore foot wear to protect my carpet and stayed focused and worked hard the entire time. They even were kind to my very curious child who asked him 100 questions that he answered all while working with a smile.6 months later we found that our flooring was lower than the toilet flange that was installed and when our flooring guy told us that we called Chad to see if it could be adjusted. He set an appointment for the next working day and had it fixed the next day. He made sure he was available to us so that it didnt delay our flooring. He is very honest and has been great to work with.We are starting repairs on our upstairs bathroom next and we will be hiring him again. I know I can depend on him to complete the job to my satisfaction.

Neighborhood Plumbing was superb in every way that counts when hiring a company to install a new tankless water heating system. First, Chad responded via telephone immediately when we were searching online for information. Next he arrived on time for our appointment, professionally attired with a mask and shoe coverings, to give us a bid for the project. After speaking so knowledgeably about options for our home size and the different grades of products within the popular brands, we knew his bid was very reasonable. Upon hiring him, Chad was able to accomplish the entire job the very next morning, arriving exactly when he said he would in their beautiful company truck. Finally, upon completion a few hours later, we immediately received an emailed invoice receipt showing that the installed item and project had been paid for in full. Chadd repaired a broken toilet flange and reset the toilet. There were complications that forced him to make two trips to get tools and supplies, to do the job. He completed the work and I signed the bill without seeing it. When I found it cost more than I understood I called him and he quickly sent me a check to correct the problem. He could have charged me more because of the complications but didnt. I would use him again.

I was so grateful to have found neighborhood plumbing. I needed a new home boiler. Chad came and gave me a bid several thousand dollars below all of the others. And he was straightforward with me. He didn’t try to add anything fancy that I didn’t need and was able to get the new boiler shipped to my house in a very reasonable amount of time. He got it installed immediately and even came back over after a few days to check on some small leaks that needed to be tightened up on one of the feeder pipes. Chad was great to work With.

The outdoor water spigot was turned on by one of my kids while it was still freezing temperatures, and the water ended up freezing in the pipe and cracking the pipe. The ice inevitability melted on the inside of our house, so I knew we needed to get this repaired. Chad responded by text very quickly, advised me how to keep more water from coming into the house, and set an appointment for the following week.The next day, Chad gave me a call to let me know he had a cancellation, and that he could reschedule me for the following day.Chad and his apprentice arrived on time the next morning and were able to fix the cracked pipe in less than an hour. They had to cut into a wall to fix the pipe, but did so with a minimum of mess, and cleaned up afterwards.I am very impressed with the speed, efficiency, cleanliness, and service that we received from Chad (Neighborhood Plumbing). Also, I was very happy with the price that we were charged for such wonderful service.We have already scheduled another appointment for next week to have some other plumbing issues in our house resolved! After interviewing 3 different companies I chose Chad from Neighborhood Plumbing because of his knowledge and solving problems skills and thinking differently and wanting to help. We needed a lot of work done. Everything we had was past the age of needing replaced and causing problems. Chad and Colin changed out our water heater, water softener, pressure regulator, put in a chair height toilet, and fixed our tub drain that had rusted and was causing issues. Chad was sensitive to the fact that we are retired and couldnt afford expensive things but put in good quality replacements.
