The quote provided was reasonable, and they didnt charge anything extra for a custom color (aged bronze). The two plumbers, Walter and Jerome, who worked on the project were quick, polite, and professional. Their work exceeded my expectations. My bathtubs plumbing access was blocked by kitchen cabinets from the backside, so they had to perform the whole task through a small hole they cut. Despite the complexity, they did a fantastic job. Weve had our main valve swapped out, replaced pipes that had frozen, and most recently, the removal and replacement of our two hot water heaters. The first couple of jobs - swapping out the valve and replacing the pipes, were handled with great professionalism by blake and jerome, who charged us a fair price. Despite a few challenges, they made the jobs seem routine and easy. The replacement of the hot water heaters needed some consultation as i was thinking about switching to a tank-less system. It seemed like a good idea but after discussing it with curtis, he explained the extra labor, retrofit and unit costs, we all agreed it was better to stick with the original setup and save the extra cash for other home improvements. i really appreciate his advice as it was a more practical solution for us. curtis and his team did a superb job and on top of that, we now have a much better hot water flow due to the old age of our previous system and the superior workmanship and quality of the two new hot water heaters!

Despite their busy schedule, they managed to squeeze us into their afternoon slot. However, due to a last-minute cancellation, their large service vehicle was on our site by 10 am. Frank and Jerome carried out a quick evaluation of the situation, clearly explaining the potential costs before commencing their work. Every time they passed my office on the way to their truck, they would provide a brief update on their progress. They used two reels of plumbers snake to unblock the drain, reaching almost to the external manhole. The water started flowing again, but they decided to use one more snake for good measure. As a result, a huge mass of the usual suspects causing the blockage was removed (photos can be provided if desired). Their swift and thorough work ended up saving me roughly 70% of what I had anticipated spending.
