Our kitchen sink was clogged, I called around , no one was available until the next day, then I called Roto — Rooter, they were super fast, they sent tech out within an hour, Josh is very knowledgeable, he knows his job well, he explained everything in detail and give me an estimate which was quite high, I told him, I can’t afford, is there anyway you can lower the price, he gave me a huge favor and gave me associate discount, he was quick, fixed the issue and get everything going, he also added 6 months warranty with the same price. I highly recommend this company. Josh is a handsome smart Tech 😊great customer service!!

I scheduled an appointment online late at night, it was confirmed right away, and my requested appointment time was met. Kaleb was fantastic. I had just returned home following a long hospital stay when our bathtub drain stopped up on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. We called Roter Rooter and Josh arrived at our home an hour later. Our home is over a hundred years old with aging unconventional piping that became an issue. What should have taken 1 hour took 3 1/2 hours. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem so we wouldn’t have to wait until the weekend was over to call a plumber. Best of all the, the price quoted for a one hour job was the same 3 1/2 hours later. Thank you Josh!!

They showed up within an hour of me calling and had my main line and had it cleared out pretty quick. It took a few hours for someone to show up with the line camera but I was able to see exactly why it keeps getting plugged. They offered suggestions in how it could be fixed and even had someone come out who could tell me if there was water damage in my house from the flooding.It seems expensive but the service was great and now I have better information than I had previously.

The company was super responsive and fast. The gentleman sent out was great. The price just seemed a little high for the labor required. I give five stars to the technican, Joshua, who was professional and did a good thorough kitchen sink drain clog clearing. I only give three stars for Roto-Rooter’s pricing structure that is excessive and was 3 hours late beyond confirmed appointment window. Scheduled a 5-7pm appointment online that Roto-Rooter confirmed by text. However then kept getting hourly phone calls after 7pm saying they were delayed and no technicians were available till Joshua arrived at 10pm. Was then quoted nearly $500 for a clogged kitchen sink drain, which seems excessive for sending a tech three hours later than the confirmed appointment window, and I already had the sink drain dissembled and sink cabinet cleared out with doors removed, ready to be rootered. It was explained to me that price covers if the snake auger ends up not clearing out the clog and they might need to have a return appointment come camera the line. Sounds like each customer has to pay an inflated price in the chance the clog is a worse-case scenario. At least I got a veteran discount. The actual snake auger time was only half an hour. Then Joshua spent time replacing a couple drain gaskets as he reassembled the drain line and tried to find why it had a drain drip. Eventually he found a small crack in the plastic sink drain basket. He said that was beyond the regular $500 clog clearing job, and quoted about $200 more for parts and labor as an “extremely discounted price” to come back another day and replace. I ended up paying him the $400 after veteran discount for the simple drain clearing, and replaced the drain basket on my own for only $30 in parts.

I live in sandy ut. I had a plumber by the name of Rick come over last Friday and he spent 4hrs looking at my bathroom plumbing and he said he would be back the next day.
