This had become a running joke in our household due to the absurdly low height of these toilets. We decided to upgrade to ADA-compliant toilets for my mother, who has mobility issues. These new toilets are so elevated that she doesnt struggle to sit down or get up anymore. Additionally, the builder had installed some outdated crystal knob faucets in our bathrooms. We now have modern high-arch faucets, which allow us enough space to wash our hands without them knocking against the sink bowl due to low clearance, a problem we had with the old faucets. The plumbers, Axel and Chris, were very considerate. They called to inform us when they were on their way and called again upon arrival, knowing that I was working from home and might be in an online meeting. They didnt want to interrupt by ringing the doorbell. Their work was quick and efficient, and the installation process went smoothly without any issues. He recently dedicated 8.5 hours to a job that was initially expected to be a quick 30-minute task. The task involved fixing a leak in the main water pipe in our front yard, a common issue it seems. We had to make do without water for those hours, but the real sympathy was for Chris who had to fix the issue three times under sweltering heat, and also had to run around to find the right part on three different occasions. Despite the inconvenience, I felt slightly relieved that I paid $1,400 for an 8-hour job rather than for a mere 30-minute job, a task we clearly lacked the skills for which is why we called your services to begin with. It would have irked me if he had managed to complete the job in 30 minutes. To the management: trust your plumbers and heed their parts recommendations so they can efficiently complete more jobs for you in less time. I am confident all your plumbers are competent, but I am inclined to believe that Chris is your best plumber and well request him specifically whenever we require plumbing services.

Despite being weary, the team went the extra mile to return my yards hedges and bushes to their original positions. A few days later, they masterfully restored the cement sidewalk. Jonathan was always quick to respond to our urgent requests. We were dealing with a blocked sewer line and a consequent overflow of raw sewage. We had collected 2 other estimates, but this team offered the most reasonable price. Jonathan was extremely fair, honest, and knowledgeable. In contrast, their competitors seemed dishonest, attempting to inflate the bill with unnecessary extras such as tree removals, a new sewer trap, and additional pipe replacements that were not needed at all. A couple of days later, the crew showed up at 8:00 am and worked non-stop, excavating a 25-foot long trench that was 10 feet deep and 5 feet wide. They discovered that the ceramic pipe was damaged and raw sewage was seeping into the soil! They secured the dirt with wood and replaced the pipe in just a day and a half! Axel proved to be a true professional, working tirelessly from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, even in heavy rain! They were honest plumbers who did their job excellently and with integrity, even when I wasnt there to supervise them! Since our usual plumber had retired, i began searching online for a new plumber and potential replacement water heater models. A reliable friend, who used to hire only competent professionals for their own household repairs, suggested i try a certain company. Although i found other promising companies, their recommendation made me give this one a try. im glad i did. i spoke to axel, the business owner. i sent him pictures of our broken heater and he quickly sent back a price estimate. The quote was excellent, and their replacement rheem professional 75g unit had superior specs than our old one. He told me hed call the next day around 8:30am to confirm delivery and installation, which included removal of the old unit. The following day, he called right on time, confirming that everything was set and theyd arrive between 10 and 11am. At 10:33am, i received a call that he and his team were at my place. The installation was top-notch. The new replacement rheem professional 75gal unit was exactly as he promised. It came with all the necessary paperwork. The date of manufacture stamped on it showed it was fresh from the factory, not some old stock from a warehouse. The installation was very professional: the venting, copper piping, the proper grounding -- even the copper-plated hanging straps looked impressive! Regarding pricing, i wont share my exact figures, but they were competitive with all the decent quotes i got. They even matched the full cost quoted by a big-box store for a similar, but decidedly less durable model. My final advice: for important tasks like replacing heating, boilers, commercial refrigeration, etc., hire someone who is fully licensed. i checked and confirmed that axel is a licensed master plumber and a licensed master hvac-r. Highly recommended.
