John was amazing! We are in the middle of potty training our two toddler boys and curiosity got the best of them and they flushed a teething ring down the toilet. I gave him a call and 2 hours later the teething ring was removed. He was quick, straight to the point, and let me know everything that was going on through the process. After looking at the entire line it was determined that the sewer did not need to be lined. John was very friendly and honest. He worked fast, efficient, and explained everything he did.The tub clog was 195, and the sewer line clog/inspection was 400. I dont know if this is expensive or not, but for the quality of work I got I feel it was reasonable.

He arrived on time and within an hour of the call. We had some tree roots almost 90 feet away from the clean out. He cut them and videoed the results. He recorded the video and sent me the file so I could reference where the roots are in the event I need to dig them out. The video has the distance in feet on the screen. I had hired a plumber not 10 days earlier for the same service and it wasnt done well which resulted in a bigger issue. His equipment is high quality which makes for fast and efficient service. He charged the same as the previous plumber but had more expertise and better equipment. He offered great recommendations to help with this clog. I would recommend Rhino Rooter any day. Although I hope to never need his service again I will certainly call him if needed.

Awesome experience. After poor experiences with other companies that were unable to fix our problem but charged us anyway, John came out and got things taken care of. We had a unique issue of a clogged sewer line that was an unusually long distance from our access point (250+ ft.) John was able to use the right equipment and hydro jet the clog quickly, carefully, and effectively. He took the care to find the issue, fix it, locate neighbors shared lines for us (so we have an idea of what’s out there), and check the condition of the lines for our peace of mind. And his prices were better than anyone we had talked to. 10/10 great experience and will be my go to call if any issues ever come up.
