They did such a wonderful job installing my second water heater and water softener. We are moving from Minnesota to Utah and working with them remotely has been so easy. They did a fabulous job at our house. They even text me photos since I wasn’t there. My new washer and dryer was installed the day they were working on my house too and Michael took the time to check the connection on those appliances too to make sure the other company did it right. Troy has been awesome at recommending other businesses for other services we need as well. Which have all been wonderful too. Would highly recommend. They also were the company that did our home inspection and did an amazing job for that too.

I called Nook-N-Kranny Plumbing two days ago with news of a gas valve issue on our hot water heater. After sending them the model & serial number, they ordered the parts which arrived yesterday and Mike installed the new parts today in about an hour. The hot water heater was under warranty and Nook-N-Kranny handled the claim; I only paid the labor cost which was reasonable. Mike was friendly, very knowledgeable and took time to explain to me what he had to do. I highly recommend Nook-N-Kranny Plumbing.

Well I was super glad that we had Justin from Nook & Kranny Home Inspectors do the inspection. It more than paid for itself with the items they found. Further, I responded to the reminder email they sent with some questions and pictures of stuff I was concerned about. I sent them late night the day before a morning inspection and I had a response first thing in the morning and the inspector addressed all my concerns. Had Nook & Kranny out for a pre-purchase inspection. They did a very thorough job and provided a detailed report. There were a couple services they ended up not performing, one because it was determined it wasnt needed and the second due to circumstances outside their scope. The cost for those services was reimbursed and they were able to direct me to a professional who could provide the desired inspection.All around pleased and would recommend them.

They did such a good job on inspecting the home we bought. They were very thorough and even provided panorama pictures of each room in the house. This is the second time Ive used Nook & Kranny Home Inspections and they are the only home inspection company I will use in the future.

Justin took care of my home inspection last week. He walked me through every room in the house with his findings and emailed me a detailed inspection report that included pictures and descriptions and the report was color coded from minor repairs to major repairs. He was very personable and professional. Would definitely use them Nook and Kranny again.
