We stopped in to look for a tub drain. An employee in the office greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to help us. She took a lot of extra time to ensure that we found exactly what we needed. She then called us to be sure that the drain fit and worked correctly. We are so appreciative off the extra time she took to help us out. It is hard to find such exceptional customer service. -
